Abstract
一种塑胶车轮制作方法,包括如下步骤:使用第一模芯(70)注塑成型轮毂(10);在第二模芯(80)中设置配合容置轮毂(10)的容置空间和用于注塑成型轮胎(50)的注塑空间,注塑空间环绕并连通容置空间;将轮毂(10)置于容置空间中,在注塑空间中直接注塑成型轮胎(50),使轮胎(50)直接注塑固定成型于轮毂(10)上,实现了轮胎(50)与轮毂(10)的牢固连接,避免轮胎(50)脱落。
