Abstract

本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体为刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖及其制备方法,(1)原料配料,按照质量份数,电熔刚玉50‑80份,97电熔镁砂0‑10份,高纯烧结镁铝尖晶石5‑25份,轻烧氧化铝微粉2‑6份,水玻璃RM‑Ⅲ粉2.4份,适量的结合剂;(2)配料混练和机压成型,再经过热处理。本发明提供的刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖,为精炼钢包用无碳无硅不烧砖,通过添加电熔镁砂细颗粒,使镁砂和刚玉、氧化铝微粉在高温下反应,生产镁铝尖晶石提高耐磨性能和热震稳定性;通过使用水玻璃做结合剂,促进中高温下钠离子挥发和莫来石的生成。引入预合成镁尖晶石,也进一步提高了不烧砖的抗侵蚀渗透性能。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体为精炼钢包用刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上钢铁生产和消费第一大国,精炼钢包用炉衬材料逐步向无碳无硅质耐火材料发展。现有的无碳无硅质耐火材料制成的耐火材料在抗侵蚀渗透性、抗热震性能方面不尽人意。
发明内容
本发明提供一种精炼钢包用无碳无硅刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖及其制备方法,通过用料优化组合和选择合适的结合剂,提高砖的抗侵蚀渗透性、抗热震性能。
具体的技术方案为:
本发明提供的刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料配料,按照质量份数,电熔刚玉50-80份,97电熔镁砂0-10份,高纯烧结镁铝尖晶石5-25份,轻烧氧化铝微粉2-6份,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ粉2.4份,适量的结合剂;
(2)配料混练和机压成型,再经过热处理。
所述的结合剂包括液态水玻璃2.2份和水1.4份。
所述的热处理条件为260±7℃条件下24小时。
本发明提供的刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖,为精炼钢包用无碳无硅不烧砖,通过添加电熔镁砂细颗粒,使镁砂和刚玉、氧化铝微粉在高温下反应,生产镁铝尖晶石提高耐磨性能和热震稳定性;通过使用水玻璃做结合剂,促进中高温下钠离子挥发和莫来石的生成。引入预合成镁尖晶石,也进一步提高了不烧砖的抗侵蚀渗透性能。

精炼钢包用无碳无硅刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,电熔棕刚玉50份, 97电熔镁砂5份,高纯烧结镁铝尖晶石20份,轻烧氧化铝微粉5份,电熔白刚玉20份,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ粉2.4份,液态水玻璃2.2份+水1.4份做结合剂,配料混练和机压成型, 260±7℃条件下24小时热处理。
实施例2
精炼钢包用无碳无硅刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,电熔棕刚玉60份, 97电熔镁砂2份,高纯烧结镁铝尖晶石15份,轻烧氧化铝微粉6份,电熔白刚玉17份,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ粉2.4份,液态水玻璃2.2份+水1.4份做结合剂,配料混练和机压成型, 260±7℃条件下24小时热处理。
实施例3
精炼钢包用无碳无硅刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,电熔棕刚玉55份,高纯烧结镁铝尖晶石20份,轻烧氧化铝微粉4份,电熔白刚玉18份,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ粉2.4份,液态水玻璃2.2份+水1.4份做结合剂,配料混练和机压成型,260±7℃条件下24小时热处理。

1.刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料配料,按照质量份数,电熔刚玉50-80份,97电熔镁砂0-10份,高纯烧结镁铝尖晶石5-25份,轻烧氧化铝微粉2-6份,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ粉2.4份,适量的结合剂;
(2)配料混练和机压成型,再经过热处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的结合剂包括液态水玻璃2.2份和水1.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的热处理条件为260±7℃条件下24小时。
4.刚玉镁尖晶石质不烧砖,其特征在于,由权利要求1到3任一项制备所得。
