The hopper comprises a hopper body 811 and a hopper bottom plate 812 which is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the hopper body, and a first driving device for driving the bottom plate to rotate is arranged on the hopper body; a support 82 and a bracket 83 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bin body, a section of first I-shaped steel 831 is respectively arranged on each bracket, a plurality of rollers 821 are respectively arranged on each support, and each roller is abutted against the first I-shaped steel at the same end; the bin body is provided with a second driving device for driving the bin body to horizontally reciprocate; the first bracket is provided with a lifting device for driving the hopper to move up and down; two second i-beams 22 are arranged in parallel on the second bracket. As can be observed from the attached drawing, the bottom of the roller of the hopper is abutted against the first I-shaped steel, and the bracket and the support at the same side are not directly connected without interference; therefore, when the hopper is lifted until the first I-beam and the second I-beam are aligned, the hopper is horizontally moved onto the second I-beam under the action of the second driving device.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first driving device includes a horizontally disposed first transmission shaft 844, and a first motor 841 for driving the first transmission shaft to rotate; two ends of the first transmission shaft are respectively provided with a reel 845, a coil of steel wire rope (not shown in the figure) is respectively wound in each reel, and the end of each coil of steel wire rope is respectively connected with the hopper bottom plate. The main shaft of the first motor and the first transmission shaft can be connected in a chain transmission mode. The hopper bottom plate can rotate around a horizontal axis, and after the first motor rotates to release the steel wire rope, the hopper bottom plate is opened; on the contrary, after the first motor rotates to roll the steel wire rope, the hopper bottom plate is closed.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, further, the second driving device includes a second transmission shaft 854 horizontally arranged, and a second motor 841 for driving the second transmission shaft to rotate; two ends of the second transmission shaft are respectively provided with a driving gear 855, each driving gear is respectively meshed with a driven gear 856, and each driven gear is respectively arranged on the outer edge 8211 of one roller 821 at the same end. As shown in fig. 4, each roller is provided with an outer edge 8211 for limiting. Preferably, two rows of rollers are respectively arranged on each section of the first I-shaped steel. The main shaft of the second motor and the second transmission shaft can be connected in a chain transmission mode. After the second motor rotates, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, each roller is further driven to rotate, the horizontal movement of the hopper can be achieved, the movement principle is similar to that of a travelling crane, and details are omitted here.
As shown in fig. 6, further, the lifting device includes a third transmission shaft 4 disposed at the top of the first bracket, two lead screws 5 disposed at the left and right ends of the first bracket, respectively, and a third motor 3 for driving the lead screws to rotate; two ends of the third transmission shaft are respectively connected with the top end of the screw rod at the same end through a bevel gear 49 (shown in figure 7); the spindle nut (not shown) of each spindle is connected with a mounting seat 6, and each mounting seat 6 is connected with the bracket 83 on the same side. The main shaft of the third motor and the corresponding screw rod can be connected in a chain transmission manner, that is, the third motor drives the corresponding screw rod to rotate, then drives the third transmission shaft to rotate, and then drives the other screw rod to rotate, so that the two screw rods synchronously rotate.
As shown in fig. 6, further, the first support 1 comprises a bottom plate 11, a top frame 13, and four upright rods 12; two upright stanchions 12 at the same end are provided with screw rod seats 50, and each screw rod 5 is connected with the corresponding screw rod seat 50.
As shown in fig. 8, each vertical rod 12 is further provided with a guide slot 120, and each mounting seat is provided with a plurality of guide rollers 7, and each guide roller is inserted into the corresponding guide slot 120. Through setting up the leading wheel, when the mount pad vertical movement, can play the guide effect.
Further, a weighing device (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the bottom plate of the first bracket. That is, the hopper is located on the weighing device, and after the user has thrown the waste into the hopper, can measure out of the waste in the hopper.
Further, a height detector (not shown in the figure) is arranged at the bottom of the storage bin. When the hopper runs to the position above the corresponding garbage can and the waste is put into the garbage can, the height of the waste in the corresponding garbage can be measured. If a preset height is reached, the waste in the bin can be diverted away. The height detector may be implemented in various ways, such as a photoelectric sensor, an ultrasonic detector, a radar detector, etc., and is not limited herein.
In addition, for convenience of operation in practical applications, the waste recycling apparatus is generally provided with an operation panel 93 (shown in fig. 1) to realize human-computer interaction. However, the arrangement of the operation panel is not the point of the invention, and is not limited to the specific one.
As shown in fig. 1, in practical applications, a protective cover 91 is disposed outside the waste recycling apparatus, the protective cover is provided with a front door, a plurality of side doors (for easy observation of the internal structure, the side doors of the protective cover are not shown in fig. 1) can be disposed on the left side (or right side) of the protective cover, a garbage bag is respectively sleeved in each garbage can 90, and one side plate 901 of each garbage can be opened (functioning as a side door plate). When the waste in the dustbin needs to be transferred, the side plate of the dustbin is only required to be opened, and the garbage bag and the waste are transferred out together.
For ease of understanding, the working principle of the waste recovery plant is briefly described here: (1) putting the waste into a hopper, and weighing the weight of the current waste by a weighing device; (2) the third motor drives the two screw rods to synchronously rotate, so that the hopper rises until the two sections of first I-shaped steel are respectively aligned with the two second I-shaped steels, and the third motor stops rotating; (3) the second motor drives the rollers to rotate, so that the hopper moves from the first I-shaped steel to the second male steel until the hopper is positioned on the corresponding garbage can, and the second motor stops rotating; (4) the first motor rotates to release the steel wire rope, so that the bottom plate of the hopper is opened, and waste products in the hopper are thrown into a garbage bin below the hopper; (5) the height detector detects the height of the waste in the current dustbin; (6) the first motor rotates to wind the steel wire rope, so that the bottom plate of the hopper is closed; the second motor rotates to drive the hopper to horizontally move and return to the first I-shaped steel; the third motor rotates to drive the hopper to descend onto the weighing device, so that the hopper is in a return initial state.
According to the waste recycling equipment, the lifting device is arranged to realize the up-and-down movement of the hopper, the support, the first I-shaped steel, the roller and the second driving device are arranged on the hopper, and the second I-shaped steel is arranged on the second support, so that the hopper can move horizontally, waste in the hopper is put into the corresponding garbage can, the waste is sorted and recycled, and the operation is convenient.
It should be noted that the invention is claimed for a waste recycling apparatus, not involving a new computer program.
