本发明期待可较佳地空中拍摄存在高低差的被摄物体。本发明是一种生成用于利用飞行器进行空中摄像的空中摄像路径的信息处理装置,且具备进行与生成空中摄像路径相关的处理的处理部,处理部获取空中摄像范围的地形信息,且在空中摄像范围中的地面每一高度上,将空中摄像范围分割,生成多个区,在每一区中生成用于空中摄像的第1空中摄像路径,并将每一区的第1空中摄像路径连接,生成用于在空中摄像范围进行空中摄像的第2空中摄像路径。
