Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型保温式半球阀,包括阀门本体,所述阀门本体的外侧设置有保温夹套,所述保温夹套的靠上方设置有进水口,所述阀门本体远离保温夹套的一侧设置有L型卡槽,所述L型卡槽的下方设置有连接座,所述连接座的内部设置有密封圈,所述密封圈的内部设置有插孔,所述插孔的内部设置有阀杆,所述阀杆的外围设置有内层罩体,所述内层罩体的外围设置有外层罩体,所述外层罩体与内层罩体之间形成密封水腔;本发明在原有的新型保温式半球阀的阀杆上增加双层罩体结构的隔热装置,内层罩体与阀杆之间填充吸热材料,外层罩体与内层罩体之间填充冷水,避免阀杆上的温度过高,损坏阀杆周围的零部件。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于偏心半球阀技术领域,具体涉及一种新型保温式半球阀。
背景技术
半球阀,是为解决溶液及矿浆等两相混合流介质输送的技术难题而研发的是一种新型阀门。半球阀的研发成功,为化工,石油,燃气,冶金,电子等工业部门溶液工艺流程中为易沉淀,结垢,析出而影响流程的困境中提供了可靠的控制阀门,为提高我国工业管理装备水平提供了新型优异产品。
现有技术存在以下问题:1、现有的保温式半球阀在球阀本体上增设保温夹套,保温夹套与球阀本体之间形成保温腔,保温腔内注入热水以保持阀腔内熔盐的温度,同时温度也会传递至阀杆上,但半球阀的阀杆安装位置离管线较近,阀杆周围温度过高容易损害阀杆周围零部件;2、现有的保温式半球阀的阀杆在工作状态时一直处于熔盐中,熔盐容易进入阀杆与阀门本体之间的缝隙,当阀门在停线检修时,阀杆与阀门本体之间的熔盐变成固态,容易影响阀杆的操作。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种新型保温式半球阀,具有隔热,操作方便的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型保温式半球阀,包括阀门本体,所述阀门本体的外侧设置有保温夹套,所述保温夹套的靠上方设置有进水口,所述阀门本体远离保温夹套的一侧设置有L型卡槽,所述L型卡槽的下方设置有连接座,所述连接座的内部设置有密封圈,所述密封圈的内部设置有插孔,所述插孔的内部设置有阀杆,所述阀杆的外围设置有内层罩体,所述内层罩体的外围设置有外层罩体,所述外层罩体与内层罩体之间形成密封水腔,所述密封水腔的靠上方设置有冷水进水口,所述密封水腔的靠下方设置有冷水出水口,所述连接座的上方设置有倒L型卡块,所述阀门本体的内部设置有阀腔,所述阀腔的内部设置有半球阀芯,所述半球阀芯远离连接座的一侧设置有半轴,所述阀门本体的靠下方设置有出水口。
优选的,所述连接座、L型卡槽以及倒L型卡块均由耐高温耐腐蚀材料制成。
优选的,所述内层罩体与阀杆之间填充吸热材料。
优选的,所述L型卡槽与阀门本体以及连接座与倒L型卡块之间通过焊接方式连接。
优选的,所述半轴的上端设置有与阀杆的下端相同的结构。
优选的,所述保温夹套与阀门本体之间形成保温腔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在原有的新型保温式半球阀的阀杆上增加双层罩体结构的隔热装置,内层罩体与阀杆之间填充吸热材料,外层罩体与内层罩体之间填充冷水,避免阀杆上的温度过高,损坏阀杆周围的零部件。
2、本发明在原有的新型保温式半球阀的阀杆底部与半轴的上端增设连接座,阀杆与半轴插入连接座中,插孔与阀杆及半轴之间设置密封圈,阻止熔盐进入阀杆与阀门本体以及半轴与阀门本体之间的缝隙,影响阀杆及半轴的使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种新型保温式半球阀,包括阀门本体1,阀门本体1的外侧设置有保温夹套4,保温夹套4的靠上方设置有进水口2,阀门本体1远离保温夹套4的一侧设置有L型卡槽5,L型卡槽5的下方设置有连接座6,连接座6的内部设置有密封圈13,密封圈13的内部设置有插孔12,插孔12的内部设置有阀杆3,阀杆3的外围设置有内层罩体17,内层罩体17的外围设置有外层罩体14,外层罩体14与内层罩体17之间形成密封水腔15,密封水腔15的靠上方设置有冷水进水口16,密封水腔15的靠下方设置有冷水出水口18,连接座6的上方设置有倒L型卡块11,阀门本体1的内部设置有阀腔7,阀腔7的内部设置有半球阀芯10,半球阀芯10远离连接座6的一侧设置有半轴8,阀门本体1的靠下方设置有出水口9。
为了避免连接座6、L型卡槽5以及倒L型卡块11受到高温以及熔盐的腐蚀侵害,连接座6、L型卡槽5以及倒L型卡块11均由耐高温耐腐蚀材料制成。
为了避免阀杆3上的热量向外扩散,内层罩体17与阀杆3之间填充吸热材料。
为了固定连接连接座6与阀门本体1,L型卡槽5与阀门本体1以及连接座6与倒L型卡块11之间通过焊接方式连接。
为了避免熔盐进入半轴8与阀门本体1之间的空隙,半轴8的上端设置有与阀杆3的下端相同的结构。
为了在停线检修时保持阀腔7内熔盐的温度,保温夹套4与阀门本体1之间形成保温腔。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:将阀门本体1通过法兰连接到运输管道上,操作阀杆3,使半球阀芯10处于开启状态,熔盐进入阀腔7内,阀杆3与外围套设的内层罩体17之间的吸热材料吸收阀杆3上的温度,内层罩体17与外层罩体14之间形成密封水腔15,通过冷水进水口16向密封水腔15中注入冷水,避免阀杆3温度向外传递,影响阀杆3周围的零部件,通过L型卡槽5以及倒L型卡块11在阀门本体1上固定连接座6,连接座6上设置插孔12,阀杆3插在插孔12中,插孔12与阀杆3之间的密封圈13阻止阀杆3与熔盐接触,避免熔盐进入阀杆3与阀门本体1之间的缝隙,影响阀杆3的操作,当需要停工检修时,进水口2与热水管道进口连接向保温夹套4与阀门本体1之间的保温腔中注入热水,避免阀腔7内的熔盐变成固态,堵塞阀门,出水口9与热水管道出口连接,避免热水长时间停留在保温腔中。

1.一种新型保温式半球阀,包括阀门本体(1),其特征在于:所述阀门本体(1)的外侧设置有保温夹套(4),所述保温夹套(4)的靠上方设置有进水口(2),所述阀门本体(1)远离保温夹套(4)的一侧设置有L型卡槽(5),所述L型卡槽(5)的下方设置有连接座(6),所述连接座(6)的内部设置有密封圈(13),所述密封圈(13)的内部设置有插孔(12),所述插孔(12)的内部设置有阀杆(3),所述阀杆(3)的外围设置有内层罩体(17),所述内层罩体(17)的外围设置有外层罩体(14),所述外层罩体(14)与内层罩体(17)之间形成密封水腔(15),所述密封水腔(15)的靠上方设置有冷水进水口(16),所述密封水腔(15)的靠下方设置有冷水出水口(18),所述连接座(6)的上方设置有倒L型卡块(11),所述阀门本体(1)的内部设置有阀腔(7),所述阀腔(7)的内部设置有半球阀芯(10),所述半球阀芯(10)远离连接座(6)的一侧设置有半轴(8),所述阀门本体(1)的靠下方设置有出水口(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温式半球阀,其特征在于:所述连接座(6)、L型卡槽(5)以及倒L型卡块(11)均由耐高温耐腐蚀材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温式半球阀,其特征在于:所述内层罩体(17)与阀杆(3)之间填充吸热材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温式半球阀,其特征在于:所述L型卡槽(5)与阀门本体(1)以及连接座(6)与倒L型卡块(11)之间通过焊接方式连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温式半球阀,其特征在于:所述半轴(8)的上端设置有与阀杆(3)的下端相同的结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保温式半球阀,其特征在于:所述保温夹套(4)与阀门本体(1)之间形成保温腔。
