Abstract

本发明公开了一种罗丹明B荧光涂料及其制备方法与应用,其特征在于,将罗丹明B与丙烯酸丁酯BA、甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、正十六烷HD、十二烷基苯磺酸钠SDBS与适量的水混合均匀,搅拌均匀后在0~4℃水浴中超声分散300s,得到相应罗丹明B乳液;将罗丹明B乳液放入四口烧瓶中升温至70℃,加入引发剂过硫酸钾KPS后反应2~3小时,得到聚丙烯酸酯/罗丹明B复合胶乳,即罗丹明B荧光涂料,本发明制备的罗丹明B荧光涂料应用于棉织物印花工艺,具有优异的荧光性能及耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。

Description

一种罗丹明B荧光涂料及其制备方法与应用
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新型荧光涂料,具体是指一种罗丹明B荧光涂料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术:
有机荧光分子是荧光染料或荧光涂料的基础。荧光染料用于纺织品染色或印花不仅能够提高染色制品的色彩饱和度和颜色鲜艳度,而且能发射荧光,尤其在光线不足的夜晚或者阴雨天可提高纺织品的能见度,使织物具有高可视性。荧光分子在浓溶液或聚集状态下,荧光强度显著减弱甚至完全消失,这就是聚集荧光猝灭现象(aggregation-causedquenching,ACQ)。这主要是因为分子间的相互作用导致了非辐射能量转换或形成了不利于荧光发射的物质。防止荧光分子聚集,提高荧光分子的分散稳定性一直是该领域中的研究热点、难点。
发明内容:
本发明的第一方面目的在于提供一种低毒、具有良好荧光效果和耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度的罗丹明B荧光涂料。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种罗丹明B荧光涂料,包括按质量百分比的下述组成:
上述英文名称对应的化合物如下:丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、正十六烷(HD)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、过硫酸钾(KPS)。
本发明的第二方面目的在于提供一种罗丹明B荧光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将罗丹明B与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、正十六烷(HD)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与适量的水混合均匀,搅拌均匀后在0~4℃水浴中超声分散300s,得到相应罗丹明B乳液;将罗丹明B乳液放入四口烧瓶中升温至70℃,加入引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)后反应2~3小时,得到聚丙烯酸酯/罗丹明B复合胶乳,即罗丹明B荧光涂料。
本发明采用传统的水溶性荧光物质罗丹明B为有效物质,通过细乳液聚合法制备出罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳胶,测试其荧光性能,并应用在棉织物上,可达到与市场同类产品相同的荧光效果。此制备方法简单易操作,整理工艺简单,粘合剂用量较低,织物染色牢度优良。
本发明的第三方面目的在于提供一种前述罗丹明B荧光涂料在棉织物印花中的应用,具体工艺步骤如下:将质量分数4%~10%罗丹明B荧光涂料、质量分数5%~10%粘合剂和质量分数5%增稠剂及适量的水调成印花色浆,对全棉织物进行刮印,织物在80℃烘干3~5min,焙烘温度130℃时间2~3min。检测印花后的棉织物,具有优异的荧光性能及耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。
本发明的原理及有益效果如下:
罗丹明B为水溶性有机物质,低毒,在水溶液中具有较强的荧光性能,是一种传统的荧光物质,由于聚集荧光猝灭现象使其在纺织面料上的应用受到限制,整理于织物后荧光性能降低,难以达到市场同类荧光涂料效果。本发明通过选择罗丹明B与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、正十六烷(HD)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的配方组合,采用细乳液聚合法制备罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳胶具有良好的荧光性能,可达到市场同类产品性能,另外,该荧光乳胶应用在织物上时可降低传统粘合剂的用量,同时织物具有良好的皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度,有效地解决了罗丹明B在纺织面料上的应用限制。
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合胶乳的制备
100g反应体系的标准配方:
制备方法如下:
将罗丹明B与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、正十六烷(HD)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)与适量的水混合均匀,搅拌均匀后在0~4℃水浴中超声分散300s(150W,超声3S,间歇3S),得到相应罗丹明B乳液;将罗丹明B乳液放入四口烧瓶中升温至70℃,加入引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)后反应2~3小时,得到聚丙烯酸酯/罗丹明B复合胶乳,即罗丹明B荧光涂料。
实施例2:罗丹明B荧光涂料在纯棉织物上的应用
将质量分数4%~8%罗丹明B荧光涂料、质量分数5%~15%粘合剂和质量分数5%增稠剂及适量的水调成印花色浆,对全棉织物进行刮印,织物在80℃烘干3~5min,焙烘温度130℃时间2~3min。检测印花后的棉织物,具有优异的荧光性能及耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。
实施例3、
基于实施例1的配方和制备方法:调整配方中的罗丹明B的含量如表1所示,其中乳化剂SDBS含量0.4%;并检测其对罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳胶的性能影响,检测结果如表2所示。

注:表中聚丙烯酸酯/罗丹明B乳胶的荧光性能使用F-4600荧光分光光度计测定。
由表1可知:
罗丹明B的含量对罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合胶乳有较大影响,随着罗丹明B的含量的提高,制备罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合胶乳具有更好的荧光性能,其平均粒径在70~90nm之间,根据Zata电位可知复合乳胶在水中稳定性较好,当罗丹明B质量分数为1%时,复合乳胶的荧光性能最佳,随着罗丹明B的含量的进一步提高,制备罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合胶乳荧光性能有所下降。
实施例4、
基于实施例1的配方和制备方法:调整配方中的乳化剂SDBS含量如表2所示,其中罗丹明B的含量1%;并检测其对罗丹明B/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳胶的性能影响,检测结果如表2所示。

注:表中聚丙烯酸酯/罗丹明B乳胶的荧光性能使用F-4600荧光分光光度计测定。
由表2可知:
乳化剂用量对罗丹明B/复合胶乳的荧光性能影响较小,对其Zeta电位影响比较明显,乳化剂含量为0.4%时,可以获得较佳的荧光性能和分布稳定性,而当乳化剂用量为6%时,复合胶乳的荧光性能和分布稳定性最佳。
实施例5、本发明制备的罗丹明B荧光涂料,与市售荧光玫红涂料的性能对比。
如表3所示,调整实施例2的复合胶乳用量,检测其对棉织物印花工艺的影响,复合胶乳中(罗丹明B的含量1%;乳化剂SDBS含量6%)。
以市售市售荧光玫红涂料1、市售荧光玫红涂料2为对比实施例,与本发明制备的罗丹明B荧光涂料进行对照。
对比例1:
将质量分数:4%的市售荧光玫红涂料和质量分数20%粘合剂、质量分数5%增稠剂和水调成印花色浆,对全棉织物进行手工刮印,织物在80℃烘干3min,焙烘温度130℃时间2min。
对比例2:
将质量分数6%的市售荧光玫红涂料和质量分数25%粘合剂、质量分数5%增稠剂和水调成印花色浆,对全棉织物进行手工刮印,织物在80℃烘干3min,焙烘温度130℃时间2min。
表3、不同印花工艺条件下棉织物性能对比
注:表3中织物荧光性能以荧光反射率来评价,荧光反射率越大表示织物荧光性能越强。在Datacolor 600电脑测色配色仪上D65光源和2o视场角下测定UV通过率为100%时织物反射率的最大值(R100)和UV通过率为0%时织物反射率的最大值(R0),计算两者之差即为荧光反射率。
表3中:市售荧光玫红涂料型号为荧光玫红3407,粘合剂型号为101型常温粘合剂。
如表3所示:
1、荧光涂料及粘合剂用量不同,对整理后棉织物的各项性能有较大影响,经检测发现:当复合胶乳质量分数为4%时,织物的K/S值及荧光性能达到市售荧光涂料性能,织物具有良好的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,并且粘合剂用量仅为市售涂料粘合剂用量的1/2。
2、随着荧光涂料用量的提高,织物K/S值及荧光性能随之提高,但是当荧光涂料用量超过4%之后,织物的荧光性能和耐摩擦色牢度降低。当荧光涂料用量为4%,粘合剂用量为10%,织物的综合性能最佳。

1.一种罗丹明B荧光涂料,包括按质量百分比的下述组成:
罗丹明B 0.4~1.5g;
BA 10g;
MMA 10g;
HD 0.6g;
SDBS 0.4~10.0g;
KPS 0.8g
其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种罗丹明B荧光涂料,其特征在于,包括按质量百分比的下述组成:
罗丹明B 1g;
BA 10g;
MMA 10g;
HD 0.6g;
SDBS 6g;
KPS 0.8g
其余为去离子水。
3.一种权利要求1所述罗丹明B荧光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将罗丹明B与丙烯酸丁酯BA、甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA、正十六烷HD、十二烷基苯磺酸钠SDBS与适量的水混合均匀,搅拌均匀后在0~4℃水浴中超声分散300s,得到相应罗丹明B乳液;将罗丹明B乳液放入四口烧瓶中升温至70℃,加入引发剂过硫酸钾KPS后反应2~3小时,得到聚丙烯酸酯/罗丹明B复合胶乳,即罗丹明B荧光涂料。
4.一种权利要求1所述罗丹明B荧光涂料在棉织物印花中的应用,具体工艺步骤如下:将质量分数4%~8%罗丹明B荧光涂料、质量分数5%~15%粘合剂和质量分数5%增稠剂及适量的水调成印花色浆,对全棉织物进行刮印,织物在80℃烘干3~5min,焙烘温度130℃时间2~3min;检测印花后的棉织物,具有优异的荧光性能及耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。
