Abstract
本发明公开了一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液及其制备方法,其是利用水和乙二醇为基础液,作为载体,提供一定的粘性,并作为粘性指数调节剂;亚硝酸钠是金属钝化剂;碳酸铵是铜离子激活剂;乙二醇单乙醚是溶解剂,可以溶解尼龙残渣和火药残渣;四硼酸钠是pH调节剂;纳米陶瓷材料是摩擦剂;在表面活性剂的作用下结合纳米陶瓷材料、二甲亚砜,获得具有极强的渗透能力和稳定性能的擦拭液。本发明的擦拭液可有效去除射击武器内腔中的火药残渣以及铜、铝残渣,并对内腔无腐蚀作用,提高其耐腐蚀能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及射击武器养护技术领域,特别是涉及一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液及其制备方法。
背景技术
武器射击结束后,内膛会残留大量火药残渣,由于炮弹与膛壁的高速摩擦,膛线上会挂上一定量铜、铝及树脂状胶质残余物,如不及时清除,会对火炮的防护和射击产生不良影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液。
本发明的另一目的是提供了该擦拭液的制备方法。
本发明所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液包括以下重量分数的组分:
乙二醇10-20%,
亚硝酸钠2-8%,
碳酸铵15-20%,
乙二醇单乙醚6-12%,
四硼酸钠3-6%,
纳米陶瓷材料2-5%,
表面活性剂2-5%,
二甲亚砜0.5-2%,
其余为水。
优选的,所述纳米陶瓷材料为纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化铝或纳米碳化钛,粒径为10-50nm。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
进一步优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。
本发明清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇加入到水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)搅拌均匀的溶液在不断搅拌过程中,按比例按顺序逐次加入四硼酸钠、亚硝酸钠、碳酸铵,且在加入过程中需待前一种组分溶解完全后才可以加入下一种组分,搅拌均匀后制得混合溶液一;
(3)按比例称取乙二醇单乙醚,然后逐次将表面活性剂和二甲亚砜加入到乙二醇单乙醚中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液二;
(4)在混合溶液二中按比例加入纳米陶瓷材料,搅拌均匀制成混合溶液三;
(5)最后将混合溶液一倒入混合溶液三中,搅拌均匀即制成清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液。
本发明的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液可以用于清除射击后武器内膛中残余的火药残渣。
本发明的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液可以用于清除射击后武器内膛中铜残渣和铝残渣。
本发明的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液提高了武器内膛中的钢材料的防腐蚀性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的擦拭液利用水和乙二醇为基础液,作为载体,提供一定的粘性,并作为粘性指数调节剂;亚硝酸钠是金属钝化剂;碳酸铵是铜离子激活剂;乙二醇单乙醚是溶解剂,可以溶解尼龙残渣和火药残渣;四硼酸钠是pH调节剂;纳米陶瓷材料是摩擦剂;脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯是表面活性剂,具有良好的乳化、增溶、润湿、分散、柔软及抗静电等表面活性,同时用于纳米陶瓷材料的稳定剂;二甲亚砜为渗透剂,具有极强的渗透能力;
本发明的擦拭液可有有效清除射击后武器内膛中残留的火药残渣以及铜残渣、铝残渣;
本发明的擦拭液在清除残渣过程中为武器内膛钢材料表面覆盖一层保护膜,提高了其耐腐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,包括以下重量分数的组分:乙二醇15%,亚硝酸钠5%,碳酸铵15%,乙二醇单乙醚10%,四硼酸钠5%,纳米二氧化硅2%,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5%,二甲亚砜1%,其余为水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇加入到水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)搅拌均匀的溶液在不断搅拌过程中,按比例按顺序逐次加入四硼酸钠、亚硝酸钠、碳酸铵,且在加入过程中需待前一种组分溶解完全后才可以加入下一种组分,搅拌均匀后制得混合溶液一;
(3)按比例称取乙二醇单乙醚,然后逐次将脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和二甲亚砜加入到乙二醇单乙醚中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液二;
(4)在混合溶液二中按比例加入纳米陶瓷材料,搅拌均匀制成混合溶液三;
(5)最后将混合溶液一倒入混合溶液三中,搅拌均匀即制成清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液。
实施例2
一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,包括以下重量分数的组分:乙二醇10%,亚硝酸钠2%,碳酸铵15%,乙二醇单乙醚6%,四硼酸钠3%,纳米氧化铝2%,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2%,二甲亚砜0.5%,其余为水。该擦拭液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇加入到水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)搅拌均匀的溶液在不断搅拌过程中,按比例按顺序逐次加入四硼酸钠、亚硝酸钠、碳酸铵,且在加入过程中需待前一种组分溶解完全后才可以加入下一种组分,搅拌均匀后制得混合溶液一;
(3)按比例称取乙二醇单乙醚,然后逐次将脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和二甲亚砜加入到乙二醇单乙醚中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液二;
(4)在混合溶液二中按比例加入纳米陶瓷材料,搅拌均匀制成混合溶液三;
(5)最后将混合溶液一倒入混合溶液三中,搅拌均匀即制成清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液。
实施例3
一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,包括以下重量分数的组分:乙二醇20%,亚硝酸钠8%,碳酸铵20%,乙二醇单乙醚12%,四硼酸钠6%,纳米碳化钛5%,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5%,二甲亚砜2%,其余为水。该擦拭液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇加入到水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)搅拌均匀的溶液在不断搅拌过程中,按比例按顺序逐次加入四硼酸钠、亚硝酸钠、碳酸铵,且在加入过程中需待前一种组分溶解完全后才可以加入下一种组分,搅拌均匀后制得混合溶液一;
(3)按比例称取乙二醇单乙醚,然后逐次将脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和二甲亚砜加入到乙二醇单乙醚中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液二;
(4)在混合溶液二中按比例加入纳米陶瓷材料,搅拌均匀制成混合溶液三;
(5)最后将混合溶液一倒入混合溶液三中,搅拌均匀即制成清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液。
性能测试
利用本发明实施例1-3制备的擦拭液对大量的射击后的枪弹武器内腔进行使用,其内腔中的火药残渣的平均去除率以及铜、铝残渣去除效果如表1所示。

1.一种清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:
乙二醇10-20%,
亚硝酸钠2-8%,
碳酸铵15-20%,
乙二醇单乙醚6-12%,
四硼酸钠3-6%,
纳米陶瓷材料2-5%,
表面活性剂2-5%,
二甲亚砜0.5-2%,
其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,其特征在于,所述纳米陶瓷材料为纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化铝或纳米碳化钛,粒径为10-50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将乙二醇加入到水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)搅拌均匀的溶液在不断搅拌过程中,按比例按顺序逐次加入四硼酸钠、亚硝酸钠、碳酸铵,且在加入过程中需待前一种组分溶解完全后才可以加入下一种组分,搅拌均匀后制得混合溶液一;
(3)按比例称取乙二醇单乙醚,然后逐次将表面活性剂和二甲亚砜加入到乙二醇单乙醚中,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液二;
(4)在混合溶液二中按比例加入纳米陶瓷材料,搅拌均匀制成混合溶液三;
(5)最后将混合溶液一倒入混合溶液三中,搅拌均匀即制成清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液应用于清除武器射击后武器内膛中火药残渣。
7.根据权利要求1所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液应用于清除武器射击后武器内膛中铜残渣。
8.根据权利要求1所述的清除武器射击残留物的擦拭液应用于清除武器射击后武器内膛中铝残渣。
