Abstract
本发明公开了一种祛痘温敏凝胶及其制备方法,按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.05‑0.5份、盐酸小檗碱0.01‑0.5份、甘草次酸0.01‑0.5份、儿茶素0.01‑0.5份、表儿茶素0.01‑0.5份、泊洛沙姆407 10‑100份、泊洛沙姆188 1‑50份和蒸馏水150‑1000份。其制备方法是:1)将泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188放入蒸馏水中,搅拌后置于低温环境溶胀至透明,得A品;2)将所有药物原料混合,加入无水乙醇搅拌直至混合物溶解,然后加入蒸馏水混合至呈透明液体,得B品;3)将A品与B品混合均匀,即得祛痘温敏凝胶。本发明的温敏凝胶具有易涂布、易洗除,不易污染衣物,便于携带使用,且药物具有控制缓释效果,祛痘药物利用度高,痤疮疗效好的特点;此外,本发明的祛痘药物是一种新配方,具有祛痘效果好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种祛痘凝胶及其制备方法,特别是一种祛痘温敏凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
青春痘又叫做痤疮,是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,多发于青少年群体,大多数会在青春期后自然减轻或者痊愈,临床症状表现为面部出现粉刺、丘疹、脓包等皮损情况,对青少年的心理和社交影响比较大,发生该疾病以后患者会出现敏感、自卑、自闭等心理,不利于其身心健康发展。因此,该疾病的治疗至关重要。
凝胶剂(gels)是一种适用于皮肤、黏膜及腔道给药的新型剂型,《中国药典》2015年版四部通则 0114规定,凝胶剂系指药物与能形成凝胶的辅料制成溶液、混悬或乳状液型的稠厚液体或半固体制剂。
现目前的祛痘药物存在的主要问题就是不易涂布和洗除,且易污染衣物和不便于携带使用,另外,药物无控制释效果,祛痘药物利用度较低,对痤疮疗效较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种祛痘温敏凝胶及其制备方法。本发明的温敏凝胶具有易涂布、易洗除,不易污染衣物,便于携带使用,且药物具有控制缓释效果,祛痘药物利用度高,痤疮疗效好的特点;此外,本发明的祛痘药物是一种新配方,具有祛痘效果好的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.05-0.5份、盐酸小檗碱0.01-0.5份、甘草次酸0.01-0.5份、儿茶素0.01-0.5份、表儿茶素0.01-0.5份、泊洛沙姆407 10-100份、泊洛沙姆188 1-50份和蒸馏水150-1000份。
前述的祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.1-0.3份、盐酸小檗碱0.1-0.3份、甘草次酸0.1-0.3份、儿茶素0.1-0.3份、表儿茶素0.1-0.3份、泊洛沙姆40740-70份、泊洛沙姆188 20-30份和蒸馏水400-700份。
前述的祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.25份、盐酸小檗碱0.2份、甘草次酸0.25份、儿茶素0.25份、表儿茶素0.2份、泊洛沙姆407 60份、泊洛沙姆18825份和蒸馏水550份。
一种前述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188放入蒸馏水中,搅拌后置于低温环境溶胀至透明,得A品;
2)将金钗石斛水提物、盐酸小檗碱、甘草次酸、儿茶素和表儿茶素混合,加入无水乙醇搅拌直至混合物溶解,然后加入蒸馏水混合至呈透明液体,得B品;
3)将A品与B品混合均匀,即得祛痘温敏凝胶。
前述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,步骤1)所述低温环境是指3-5℃。
前述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,步骤1)所述溶胀的时间为3-4天。
前述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,所述步骤2)中,加入无水乙醇后采用超声溶解。
方中石斛提取物、盐酸小檗碱和甘草次酸具有显著抗炎作用,用于治疗创面炎症,儿茶素和表儿茶素具有显著抗氧化和修复创面作用。
本发明的有益效果
本发明通过将祛痘药物制成温敏凝胶,凝胶剂更容易粘附在皮肤上,易涂布,且容易清除。此外,不易滴落,不会污染衣物,便于携带使用。最主要的是,在涂抹后,凝胶剂能够控制药物缓慢释放,使药物的利用度更高,治疗的疗效更好。
同时,本发明通过调整药物的组成和配合比,使得药物的祛痘效果更好,与温敏凝胶剂的剂型相配合,能够发挥出更好的治疗效果。

实施例1:一种祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,由金钗石斛水提物0.25份、盐酸小檗碱0.2份、甘草次酸0.25份、儿茶素0.25份、表儿茶素0.2份、泊洛沙姆407 60份、泊洛沙姆188 25份和蒸馏水550份组成。
实施例2:一种祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,由金钗石斛水提物0.05份、盐酸小檗碱0.01份、甘草次酸0.01份、儿茶素0.01份、表儿茶素0.01份、泊洛沙姆407 10份、泊洛沙姆188 1份和蒸馏水150份组成。
实施例3:一种祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,由金钗石斛水提物0.5份、盐酸小檗碱0.5份、甘草次酸0.5份、儿茶素0.5份、表儿茶素0.5份、泊洛沙姆407 100份、泊洛沙姆18850份和蒸馏水1000份组成。
实施例4:一种祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,由金钗石斛水提物0.1份、盐酸小檗碱0.1份、甘草次酸0.1份、儿茶素0.1份、表儿茶素0.1份、泊洛沙姆407 40份、泊洛沙姆188 20份和蒸馏水400份组成。
实施例5:一种祛痘温敏凝胶,按重量份计,由金钗石斛水提物0.3份、盐酸小檗碱0.3份、甘草次酸0.3份、儿茶素0.3份、表儿茶素0.3份、泊洛沙姆407 70份、泊洛沙姆188 30份和蒸馏水700份组成。
实施例6:祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188放入蒸馏水中,搅拌后置于4℃的低温环境溶胀3天,得A品;
2)将金钗石斛水提物、盐酸小檗碱、甘草次酸、儿茶素和表儿茶素按比例混合,加入无水乙醇后超声溶解,然后加入蒸馏水混合至呈透明液体,得B品;
3)将A品与B品混合均匀,即得祛痘温敏凝胶。
实施例7:祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188放入蒸馏水中,搅拌后置于3℃的低温环境溶胀4天,得A品;
2)将金钗石斛水提物、盐酸小檗碱、甘草次酸、儿茶素和表儿茶素按比例混合,加入无水乙醇后超声溶解,然后加入蒸馏水混合至呈透明液体,得B品;
3)将A品与B品混合均匀,即得祛痘温敏凝胶。
实施例7:祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188放入蒸馏水中,搅拌后置于5℃的低温环境溶胀3天,得A品;
2)将金钗石斛水提物、盐酸小檗碱、甘草次酸、儿茶素和表儿茶素按比例混合,加入无水乙醇后超声溶解,然后加入蒸馏水混合至呈透明液体,得B品;
3)将A品与B品混合均匀,即得祛痘温敏凝胶。

1.一种祛痘温敏凝胶,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.05-0.5份、盐酸小檗碱0.01-0.5份、甘草次酸0.01-0.5份、儿茶素0.01-0.5份、表儿茶素0.01-0.5份、泊洛沙姆407 10-100份、泊洛沙姆188 1-50份和蒸馏水150-1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘温敏凝胶,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.1-0.3份、盐酸小檗碱0.1-0.3份、甘草次酸0.1-0.3份、儿茶素0.1-0.3份、表儿茶素0.1-0.3份、泊洛沙姆407 40-70份、泊洛沙姆188 20-30份和蒸馏水400-700份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的祛痘温敏凝胶,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括有金钗石斛水提物0.25份、盐酸小檗碱0.2份、甘草次酸0.25份、儿茶素0.25份、表儿茶素0.2份、泊洛沙姆407 60份、泊洛沙姆188 25份和蒸馏水550份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188放入蒸馏水中,搅拌后置于低温环境溶胀至透明,得A品;
2)将金钗石斛水提物、盐酸小檗碱、甘草次酸、儿茶素和表儿茶素混合,加入无水乙醇搅拌直至混合物溶解,然后加入蒸馏水混合至呈透明液体,得B品;
3)将A品与B品混合均匀,即得祛痘温敏凝胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述低温环境是指3-5℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述溶胀的时间为3-4天。
7.根据权利要求4所述的祛痘温敏凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中,加入无水乙醇后采用超声溶解。
