背景技术
空气污染物是指以气态形式进入近地面或低层大气环境的外来物质,如氮氧化物、硫氧化物和碳氧化物以及飘尘、悬浮颗粒等,有时还包括甲醛、氡以及各种有机溶剂,其对人体或生态系统具有不良效应,空气污染物主要有:一氧化碳、氮氧化物、碳氢化合物空气污染物、硫氧化物和颗粒物等。
在一些还有烟尘颗粒的污染空气进行清理时,污染空气在利用活性炭进行吸附有害物质进行清理时,由于空气中含有烟尘,污染空气中的烟尘颗粒与活性炭接触覆盖在活性炭表面,降低了活性炭吸附污染空气内的有害物质的效果,不利于污染空气的清理。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,过进气结构将带有烟尘颗粒的污染空气抽入到清理结构内部后,通过过滤结构对污染空气进行二次过滤,提高污染空气的烟尘颗粒的过滤效果,使过滤后的污染空气进入到吸附结构内部后没有烟尘颗粒附着在吸附结构表面,提高吸附结构的空气清理效果,清理后的污染空气从出气结构排出,表面污染空气堵塞出气结构,从而利于出气结构的排气;通过出气结构和过滤结构的配合使用,出气结构在排气的过程中使过滤结构进行往复滑动,将过滤结构上附着的一些烟尘颗粒进行抖落,提高过滤结构的过滤效果,使的污染空气被吸附结构更好的吸附有害位置进行清理,从而利于出气结构排出清理后的污染空气。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将治理装置中的进气结构外接排放有污染空气的管道中,使得污染空气进入到治理装置中,并利用清理结构、过滤结构和吸附结构间的相互配合,对进入到治理装置中的污染空气进行清理、过滤和吸附;
S2:在S1的基础上,待对污染空气的治理完成后,打开出气结构,将完全治理好的污染空气排出治理装置;同时,定期对治理装置进行清理,避免由于清理污染空气产生的灰尘影响治理装置的使用;
本发明采用的治理装置包括底座、清理结构、进气结构、出气结构、过滤结构及吸附结构,用于支撑和固定的所述底座顶端固定有用于空气污染物清理的所述清理结构,所述清理结构连接有用于进行污染空气抽气的所述进气结构,所述清理结构内部连接有用于空气污染物过滤的所述过滤结构,所述清理结构内部连接有用于污染空气中有毒气体吸附的所述吸附结构,所述清理结构连接有用于污染空气清理后排出的所述出气结构,所述出气结构连接所述过滤结构。

1本发明所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,通过进气结构将带有烟尘颗粒的污染空气抽入到清理结构内部后,通过过滤结构对污染空气进行二次过滤,提高污染空气的烟尘颗粒的过滤效果,使过滤后的污染空气进入到吸附结构内部后没有烟尘颗粒附着在吸附结构表面,提高吸附结构的空气清理效果,清理后的污染空气从出气结构排出,表面污染空气堵塞出气结构,从而利于出气结构的排气。
2本发明所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,通过出气结构和过滤结构的配合使用,出气结构在排气的过程中使过滤结构进行往复滑动,将过滤结构上附着的一些烟尘颗粒进行抖落,提高过滤结构的过滤效果,使的污染空气被吸附结构更好的吸附有害位置进行清理,从而利于出气结构排出清理后的污染空气。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-图5所示,本发明所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将治理装置中的进气结构3外接排放有污染空气的管道中,使得污染空气进入到治理装置中,并利用清理结构2、过滤结构5和吸附结构6间的相互配合,对进入到治理装置中的污染空气进行清理、过滤和吸附;
S2:在S1的基础上,待对污染空气的治理完成后,打开出气结构4,将完全治理好的污染空气排出治理装置;同时,定期对治理装置进行清理,避免由于清理污染空气产生的灰尘影响治理装置的使用;
本发明采用的治理装置包括底座1、清理结构2、进气结构3、出气结构4、过滤结构5及吸附结构6,用于支撑和固定的所述底座1顶端固定有用于空气污染物清理的所述清理结构2,所述清理结构2连接有用于进行污染空气抽气的所述进气结构3,所述清理结构2内部连接有用于空气污染物过滤的所述过滤结构5,所述清理结构2内部连接有用于污染空气中有毒气体吸附的所述吸附结构6,所述清理结构2连接有用于污染空气清理后排出的所述出气结构4,所述出气结构4连接所述过滤结构5。
具体的,所述清理结构2包括清理箱本体21、固定盖22、箱盖23、第一清理室24、第二清理室25、隔板26及进气阀27,所述底座1顶端固定有所述清理箱本体21,所述清理箱本体21内部固定有所述隔板26,所述隔板26将所述清理箱本体21内部分成所述第一清理室24和所述第二清理室25,所述隔板26内部固定有所述进气阀27,所述进气阀27连通所述第一清理室24和所述第二清理室25,所述清理箱本体21通过螺母密封连接有所述箱盖23,所述清理箱本体21螺纹连接有所述固定盖22,所述固定盖22延伸至所述第一清理室24内部;为了通过所述隔板26将所述清理箱本体21内部分成所述第一清理室24和所述第二清理室25,便于对污染空气分部进行过滤和清理,提高污染空气的清理效果,通过定期打开所述固定盖22便于清理所述第一清理室24内部过滤后的烟尘颗粒,通过定期拆开所述箱盖23,便于进行所述固定网61的更换。
具体的,所述进气结构3包括进气管31、固定座32及抽风机33,所述清理箱本体21固定连接有内部呈中空的所述进气管31,所述进气管31外侧壁连接有所述固定座32,所述固定座32固定连接于所述清理箱本体21外侧壁,所述进气管31连通所述清理箱本体21内部的所述第一清理室24,所述进气管31内部固定连接有所述抽风机33,所述抽风机33出风口连通所述第一清理室24内部;为了通过所述进气管31外接排放有污染空气的管道,通过打开打开所述抽风机33的外接电源开关,将污染空气抽入到所述第一清理室24内部。
具体的,所述出气结构4包括出气管41、固定块42、出气孔43、拉力弹簧44、固定管45、连通管46及凹槽47,所述隔板26内部固定有所述固定管45和所述连通管46,所述连通管46连通所述固定管45,所述隔板26开设有所述凹槽47,所述凹槽47连通所述连通管46和所述第二清理室25,所述清理箱本体21固定有所述出气管41,所述出气管41固定于所述固定管45顶端,所述出气管41连通所述固定管45,所述出气管41滑动连接有所述固定块42,所述固定块42内部开设有呈梯形结构的所述出气孔43,所述出气孔43连通所述固定管45,所述出气孔43位于所述出气管41内部,所述固定块42和所述出气管41的内侧壁之间固定有所述拉力弹簧44,所述拉力弹簧44的内径大于所述出气孔43的直径;为了在所述第二清理室25内部流入过滤后的污染空气达到饱和后,所述第二清理室25内部污染空气被吸附后的空气从所述凹槽47内部进入到所述连通管46和所述固定管45内部,由于所述拉力弹簧44的弹力大于所述第一弹簧59的弹力,吸附清理后的空气先推动所述连杆58,使所述第一弹簧59伸长产生弹力,使所述连杆58向所述第一过滤网52方向滑动,同时使所述第二过滤网57向所述第一过滤网52方向滑动,对所述第二过滤网57进行一个抖动,使所述第二过滤网57上附着的烟尘颗粒掉落到所述第二固定板53上,提高所述第二过滤网57的过滤效果,在所述第一弹簧59完全伸长达到最大弹力后,所述第二清理室25内部的空气继续进入到所述出气管41内部开始推动所述固定块42,使所述固定块42向上滑动,带动所述固定块42内部的所述出气孔43向上滑动,使所述出气孔43的顶端滑出所述出气管41,从而使所述第二清理室25内部的被吸附有害物质清理后的空气从所述出气孔43被排出,在所述第一过滤网52被堵塞时所述第二清理室25进入的污染空气减少时,所述第二过滤网57通过所述第一弹簧59弹力带动恢复原位,进一步使所述第二过滤网57上附着的一些烟尘颗粒掉入到所述第二固定板53上,所述固定块42通过所述拉力弹簧44的作用恢复原位,将所述进气管41密封,在所述第二清理室25中进入污染空气被吸附有害物质后再次饱和后,使清理后的空气再次推动所述连杆58,使所述第二过滤网57做往复滑动,进行烟尘颗粒的抖动清理,提高过滤效果。
具体的,所述过滤结构5包括第一固定板51、第一过滤网52、第二固定板53、固定柱54、压力弹簧55、固定杆56、第二过滤网57、连杆58及第一弹簧59,所述清理箱本体21内部对称固定有呈V形结构的所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53,所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53均位于所述第一清理室24的内部,所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53之间的最小距离大于所述进气管31的直径,所述连通管46内部滑动连接有呈梯形结构的所述连杆58,所述连杆58和所述连通管46的内侧壁之间固定有所述第一弹簧59,所述第一弹簧59的弹力小于所述拉力弹簧44的弹力,所述连杆58一侧固定有呈梯形结构的所述第二过滤网57,所述第二过滤网57的两端分别与所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53抵触,所述第二过滤网57一侧固定有所述固定杆56,所述固定杆56滑动连接有所述固定柱54,所述固定杆56和所述固定柱54的内侧壁之间固定有所述压力弹簧55,所述固定柱54一侧固定有呈梯形结构的所述第一过滤网52,所述第一过滤网52的两端分别与所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53抵触;为了通过所述抽风机33将污染空气抽入到所述第一清理室24内部后,流动的带烟尘颗粒的污染空气撞击所述第一过滤网52后,被所述第一过滤52进行初步烟尘颗粒过滤后,使污染空气继续撞击所述第二过滤网57,对污染空气再次进行过滤,提高过滤效果,通过所述隔板26内部的所述进气阀27单向进入所述第二清理室25,使过滤后的污染空气只能从所述进气阀27流入的所述第二清理室25内部,使所述第二清理室25内部的污染气体不能从所述进气阀27流入所述第一清理室24,过滤后的污染空气进入到所述第二清理室25内部后,所述第二清理室25内部污染空气越积越多,同时所述第一过滤网52上附着的烟尘颗粒增多后被堵塞,这时从所述进气管31内部进入的污染空气开始推动所述第一过滤网52,使所述第一过滤网52向所述第二过滤网57方向滑动,使所述压力弹簧55收缩产生弹力,从而使所述第一过滤网52的两端和所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53之间形成缝隙,使污染空气所述从第一过滤网52与所述第一固定板51和所述第二固定板53之间的缝隙中流入到所述第二过滤网57中,对污染空气进行过滤,同时所述第一过滤网52在滑动的过程中使附着的一些烟尘颗粒脱落滚落到所述第二固定板53顶端,使所述第一过滤网52可以继续过滤污染空气,污染空气从所述第一过滤网52中穿过被过滤,对所述第一过滤网52的推力减小,通过所述压力弹簧55的弹力作用使所述第一过滤网52恢复原位向所述进气管31方向滑动,如此反复,使是第一过滤网52在过滤时往复滑动的过程中使附着的烟尘抖动掉入到所述第二固定板53的顶端,提高过滤效果。
具体的,所述吸附结构6包括固定网61、活性炭62及进料孔63,所述清理箱本体21内部套接有多个呈环形结构组成的所述固定网61,所述固定网61位于所述第二清理室25内部,所述固定网61开设有所述进料孔63,所述固定网61内部填充有所述活性炭62;为了使被过滤后的污染空气从所述进气阀27进入到所述第二清理室25内部后,被多个所述固定网61内部的活性炭进行充分吸附污染空气内部的有害物质,对污染空气进行清理。
在使用时,将进气管31外接排放有污染空气的管道,打开打开抽风机33的外接电源开关,将污染空气抽入到第一清理室24内部,流动的带烟尘颗粒的污染空气撞击第一过滤网52后,被第一过滤52进行初步烟尘颗粒过滤后,使污染空气继续撞击第二过滤网57,对污染空气再次进行过滤,提高过滤效果,通过隔板26内部的进气阀27单向进入第二清理室25,过滤后的污染空气进入到第二清理室25内部后,第二清理室25内部污染空气越积越多,同时第一过滤网52上附着的烟尘颗粒增多后被堵塞,这时从进气管31内部进入的污染空气开始推动第一过滤网52,使第一过滤网52向第二过滤网57方向滑动,使压力弹簧55收缩产生弹力,从而使第一过滤网52的两端和第一固定板51和第二固定板53之间形成缝隙,使污染空气从第一过滤网52与第一固定板51和第二固定板53之间的缝隙中流入到第二过滤网57中,对污染空气进行过滤,同时第一过滤网52在滑动的过程中使附着的一些烟尘颗粒脱落滚落到第二固定板53顶端,使第一过滤网52可以继续过滤污染空气,污染空气从第一过滤网52中穿过被过滤,对第一过滤网52的推力减小,通过压力弹簧55的弹力作用使第一过滤网52恢复原位向进气管31方向滑动,如此反复,使是第一过滤网52在过滤时往复滑动的过程中使附着的烟尘抖动掉入到第二固定板53的顶端,提高过滤效果,使进入到第二清理室25内部的污染空气不含有烟尘颗粒,避免烟尘颗粒附着在固定网61内部的活性炭62表面,提高活性炭吸附有害物质的效果,在第二清理室25内部流入过滤后的污染空气达到饱和后,第二清理室25内部污染空气被吸附后的空气从凹槽47内部进入到连通管46和固定管45内部,由于拉力弹簧44的弹力大于第一弹簧59的弹力,吸附清理后的空气先推动连杆58,使第一弹簧59伸长产生弹力,使连杆58向第一过滤网52方向滑动,同时使第二过滤网57向第一过滤网52方向滑动,对第二过滤网57进行一个抖动,使第二过滤网57上附着的烟尘颗粒掉落到第二固定板53上,提高第二过滤网57的过滤效果,在第一弹簧59完全伸长达到最大弹力后,第二清理室25内部的空气继续进入到出气管41内部开始推动固定块42,使固定块42向上滑动,带动固定块42内部的出气孔43向上滑动,使出气孔43的顶端滑出出气管41,便于使第二清理室25内部的被吸附有害物质清理后的空气从出气孔43被排出,不会对固定块42内部的固定孔43造成堵塞,使出气孔43能够很好的将空气排出,在第一过滤网52被堵塞时第二清理室25进入的污染空气减少时,第二过滤网57通过第一弹簧59弹力带动恢复原位,进一步使第二过滤网57上附着的一些烟尘颗粒掉入到第二固定板53上,固定块42通过拉力弹簧44的作用恢复原位,将进气管41密封,在第二清理室25中进入污染空气被吸附有害物质后再次饱和后,使清理后的空气再次推动连杆58,使第二过滤网57做往复滑动,进行烟尘颗粒的抖动清理,进一步提高过滤效果,通过定期打开固定盖22,对第二固定板53上掉落的烟尘颗粒进行清理,便于对污染空气进行过滤清理。

Claims (6)
1.一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将治理装置中的进气结构(3)外接排放有污染空气的管道中,使得污染空气进入到治理装置中,并利用清理结构(2)、过滤结构(5)和吸附结构(6)间的相互配合,对进入到治理装置中的污染空气进行清理、过滤和吸附;
S2:在S1的基础上,待对污染空气的治理完成后,打开出气结构(4),将完全治理好的污染空气排出治理装置;同时,定期对治理装置进行清理,避免由于清理污染空气产生的灰尘影响治理装置的使用;
本发明采用的治理装置包括底座(1)、清理结构(2)、进气结构(3)、出气结构(4)、过滤结构(5)及吸附结构(6),用于支撑和固定的所述底座(1)顶端固定有用于空气污染物清理的所述清理结构(2),所述清理结构(2)连接有用于进行污染空气抽气的所述进气结构(3),所述清理结构(2)内部连接有用于空气污染物过滤的所述过滤结构(5),所述清理结构(2)内部连接有用于污染空气中有毒气体吸附的所述吸附结构(6),所述清理结构(2)连接有用于污染空气清理后排出的所述出气结构(4),所述出气结构(4)连接所述过滤结构(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,其特征在于:所述清理结构(2)包括清理箱本体(21)、固定盖(22)、箱盖(23)、第一清理室(24)、第二清理室(25)、隔板(26)及进气阀(27),所述底座(1)顶端固定有所述清理箱本体(21),所述清理箱本体(21)内部固定有所述隔板(26),所述隔板(26)将所述清理箱本体(21)内部分成所述第一清理室(24)和所述第二清理室(25),所述隔板(26)内部固定有所述进气阀(27),所述进气阀(27)连通所述第一清理室(24)和所述第二清理室(25),所述清理箱本体(21)通过螺母密封连接有所述箱盖(23),所述清理箱本体(21)螺纹连接有所述固定盖(22),所述固定盖(22)延伸至所述第一清理室(24)内部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,其特征在于:所述进气结构(3)包括进气管(31)、固定座(32)及抽风机(33),所述清理箱本体(21)固定连接有内部呈中空的所述进气管(31),所述进气管(31)外侧壁连接有所述固定座(32),所述固定座(32)固定连接于所述清理箱本体(21)外侧壁,所述进气管(31)连通所述清理箱本体(21)内部的所述第一清理室(24),所述进气管(31)内部固定连接有所述抽风机(33),所述抽风机(33)出风口连通所述第一清理室(24)内部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,其特征在于:所述出气结构(4)包括出气管(41)、固定块(42)、出气孔(43)、拉力弹簧(44)、固定管(45)、连通管(46)及凹槽(47),所述隔板(26)内部固定有所述固定管(45)和所述连通管(46),所述连通管(46)连通所述固定管(45),所述隔板(26)开设有所述凹槽(47),所述凹槽(47)连通所述连通管(46)和所述第二清理室(25),所述清理箱本体(21)固定有所述出气管(41),所述出气管(41)固定于所述固定管(45)顶端,所述出气管(41)连通所述固定管(45),所述出气管(41)滑动连接有所述固定块(42),所述固定块(42)内部开设有呈梯形结构的所述出气孔(43),所述出气孔(43)连通所述固定管(45),所述出气孔(43)位于所述出气管(41)内部,所述固定块(42)和所述出气管(41)的内侧壁之间固定有所述拉力弹簧(44),所述拉力弹簧(44)的内径大于所述出气孔(43)的直径。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,其特征在于:所述过滤结构(5)包括第一固定板(51)、第一过滤网(52)、第二固定板(53)、固定柱(54)、压力弹簧(55)、固定杆(56)、第二过滤网(57)、连杆(58)及第一弹簧(59),所述清理箱本体(21)内部对称固定有呈V形结构的所述第一固定板(51)和所述第二固定板(53),所述第一固定板(51)和所述第二固定板(53)均位于所述第一清理室(24)的内部,所述第一固定板(51)和所述第二固定板(53)之间的最小距离大于所述进气管(31)的直径,所述连通管(46)内部滑动连接有呈梯形结构的所述连杆(58),所述连杆(58)和所述连通管(46)的内侧壁之间固定有所述第一弹簧(59),所述第一弹簧(59)的弹力小于所述拉力弹簧(44)的弹力,所述连杆(58)一侧固定有呈梯形结构的所述第二过滤网(57),所述第二过滤网(57)的两端分别与所述第一固定板(51)和所述第二固定板(53)抵触,所述第二过滤网(57)一侧固定有所述固定杆(56),所述固定杆(56)滑动连接有所述固定柱(54),所述固定杆(56)和所述固定柱(54)的内侧壁之间固定有所述压力弹簧(55),所述固定柱(54)一侧固定有呈梯形结构的所述第一过滤网(52),所述第一过滤网(52)的两端分别与所述第一固定板(51)和所述第二固定板(53)抵触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种工业空气污染物的治理方法,其特征在于:所述吸附结构(6)包括固定网(61)、活性炭(62)及进料孔(63),所述清理箱本体(21)内部套接有多个呈环形结构组成的所述固定网(61),所述固定网(61)位于所述第二清理室(25)内部,所述固定网(61)开设有所述进料孔(63),所述固定网(61)内部填充有所述活性炭(62)。
