本发明涉及一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置,包括壳体，壳体左侧设有进口，进口上设有螺旋纹口，螺旋纹口与尾气管相匹配，壳体右侧设有出口，壳体外侧设有保护层，进口连接壳体内部的过滤筛网装置，过滤筛网装置底部设有排渣口，排渣口通过排渣管连接至壳体外部，过滤筛网装置连接吸风机，吸风机通过固定件固定于壳体内壁上，吸风机连接固定板，固定板上设有隔板，隔板上设有透气孔，隔板连接第一吸附层，第一吸附层连接第二吸附层，第二吸附层连接第三吸附层，第三吸附层连接鼓风机，鼓风机位于出口左侧，鼓风机连接壳体外侧电机，电机四周通过缓冲板固定。本发明过滤、吸附、沉淀效果好，工作效率高，结构稳定牢固，使用寿命长。

本发明具体涉及一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置。
背景技术
柴油车由于柴油不能完全被燃烧，会产生大量的CO、NO、SO、SO2等有害气体，对环境造成很大的影响，同时排除的CO2是造成全球变暖的重要因素之一，所以全面进行整治，是现代发展的需要，现有的过滤装置不能全面有效地进行气体的吸附收集，还是会造成大量的有害气体的排放。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置，以解决现有的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置,包括壳体，壳体左侧设有进口，进口上设有螺旋纹口，螺旋纹口与尾气管相匹配，壳体右侧设有出口，壳体外侧设有保护层，进口连接壳体内部的过滤筛网装置，过滤筛网装置底部设有排渣口，排渣口通过排渣管连接至壳体外部，过滤筛网装置连接吸风机，吸风机通过固定件固定于壳体内壁上，吸风机连接固定板，固定板上设有隔板，隔板上设有透气孔，隔板连接第一吸附层，第一吸附层连接第二吸附层，第二吸附层连接第三吸附层，第三吸附层连接鼓风机，鼓风机位于出口左侧，鼓风机连接壳体外侧电机，电机四周通过缓冲板固定；
过滤筛网装置包括过滤筛网，过滤筛网两端设有端盖，端盖上的凸起卡住加强筋上的凹槽，加强筋通过螺栓固定在壳体内部上，过滤筛网三个为一组，可拆卸，筛目为1-2mm。
本发明的进一步改进在于：第一吸附层由以下重量分数的原料组成：煤质活性炭20-35份、玄武岩纤维6-8份、碳分子筛10-12份、硅胶5-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、氧化铝1-2份。
本发明的进一步改进在于：第二吸附层采用特种活性炭为原料，第三吸附层采用沸石分子筛为主料，二氧化硅、硅酸钙为辅料。
本发明的进一步改进在于：保护层为石英层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
（1）螺旋纹口与尾气管相匹配，有效提高两者之间的紧密度，防止泄漏，提高过滤效果；
（2）过滤筛网装置结构结实，卡槽设计增强灵活性，使用方便，筛网筛目小，有效进行颗粒过滤，通过排渣口进行排渣，保证内部的洁净；
（3）第一吸附层通过各组成成分配合使用，吸附效果好，有效去除有害气体和重金属离子，再配合第二吸附层进行去除内部有害气体进行吸附、转换离子成无毒气体，再配合第三吸附层进行吸附沉淀，吸附效果好，工作效率高，成本低，使用时间长，绿色环保；
（4）隔板上舍有得透气孔有效进行气体的穿透，同时不可逆，保证过滤的正常化进行；
（5）电机上设有的缓冲板有效缓解振动，增强电机的稳定性，提高安全性能和工作动力。

一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置,包括壳体3，壳体3左侧设有进口1，进口1上设有螺旋纹口111，螺旋纹口111与尾气管相匹配，壳体3右侧设有出口2，壳体3外侧设有保护层4，保护层4为石英层，进口1连接壳体3内部的过滤筛网装置5，过滤筛网装置5包括过滤筛网51，过滤筛网51两端设有端盖52，端盖52上的凸起53卡住加强筋54上的凹槽55，加强筋54通过螺栓56固定在壳体3内部上，过滤筛网51三个为一组，可拆卸，筛目为1-2mm，过滤筛网装置5底部设有排渣口6，排渣口6通过排渣管61连接至壳体3外部，过滤筛网装置5连接吸风机7，吸风机7通过固定件71固定于壳体3内壁上，吸风机7连接固定板10，固定板10上设有隔板8，隔板8上设有透气孔9，隔板8连接第一吸附层11，第一吸附层11由以下重量分数的原料组成：煤质活性炭20-35份、玄武岩纤维6-8份、碳分子筛10-12份、硅胶5-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、氧化铝1-2份，第一吸附层11连接第二吸附层12，第二吸附层12采用特种活性炭为原料，第二吸附层12连接第三吸附层13，第三吸附层13采用沸石分子筛为主料，二氧化硅、硅酸钙为辅料，第三吸附层13连接鼓风机14，鼓风机14位于出口2左侧，鼓风机14连接壳体3外侧电机15，电机15四周通过缓冲板16固定；
使用方法：尾气从进口进入之后，在气压的惯性作用下从左至右进行运动，先通过过滤筛网装置，三层过滤筛网进行过滤出大型颗粒，大型颗粒在重力作用下下落至排渣口，通过排渣管排除，在此过程中尾气由于吸风机的作用，一直做从左至右的运动，不会从排渣口泄露；细分家吸入之后尾气进入第一吸附层，在第一吸附层中去除异味、重金属等，通过第二吸附层时，将NO、CO等不充分燃烧后的产物进行电子转移，转变为N2、CO2、O2等，通过第三吸附层时，将有害物质吸附沉淀，三次吸附后的尾气在鼓风机的作用下，从出口排出。

1.一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置,包括壳体（3），其特征在于：所述壳体（3）左侧设有进口（1），所述进口（1）上设有螺旋纹口（111），所述螺旋纹口（111）与尾气管相匹配，所述壳体（3）右侧设有出口（2），所述壳体（3）外侧设有保护层（4），所述进口（1）连接壳体（3）内部的过滤筛网装置（5），所述过滤筛网装置（5）底部设有排渣口（6），所述排渣口（6）通过排渣管（61）连接至壳体（3）外部，所述过滤筛网装置（5）连接吸风机（7），所述吸风机（7）通过固定件（71）固定于壳体（3）内壁上，所述吸风机（7）连接固定板（10），所述固定板（10）上设有隔板（8），所述隔板（8）上设有透气孔（9），所述隔板（8）连接第一吸附层（11），所述第一吸附层（11）连接第二吸附层（12），所述第二吸附层（12）连接第三吸附层（13），所述第三吸附层（13）连接鼓风机（14），所述鼓风机（14）位于出口（2）左侧，所述鼓风机（14）连接壳体（3）外侧电机（15），所述电机（15）四周通过缓冲板（16）固定；
所述过滤筛网装置（5）包括过滤筛网（51），所述过滤筛网（51）两端设有端盖（52），所述端盖（52）上的凸起（53）卡住加强筋（54）上的凹槽（55），所述加强筋（54）通过螺栓（56）固定在壳体（3）内部上，所述过滤筛网（51）三个为一组，可拆卸，筛目为1-2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置，其特征在于：所述第一吸附层（11）由以下重量分数的原料组成：煤质活性炭20-35份、玄武岩纤维6-8份、碳分子筛10-12份、硅胶5-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、氧化铝1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油车尾气专用环保过滤装置，其特征在于：所述第二吸附层（12）采用特种活性炭为原料，所述第三吸附层（13）采用沸石分子筛为主料，二氧化硅、硅酸钙为辅料。
