Abstract

背景技术
WO2016/096983A1描述了一种用于固定张力夹的工具,该工具具有可围绕平行轴线枢转的一对杠杆。该杠杆在其端部带有钳口,该钳口可彼此相对移动并作用在张力夹上。钳口通过控制连杆在该处操作,从而它们接合在张力夹的带扣的窗口中,并在带有夹紧带的带扣的变形下锁定。为了安全固定,要施加较大的力。
已经发现,若遵循施加在钳口上的力的给定力/时间或力/路径行为,则能在固定张力夹时实现完美且可再现的结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装置,该装置允许在固定张力夹时检测所述类型的工具中的力的分布,从而检测夹紧带与带扣之间质量不良的连接。

具体实施方式
附图所示的装置具有壳体11,该壳体11基本上由板10组成,该板10可附接至工具7以固定张力夹,该工具仅在图1中示出。这种工具包括一对杠杆,这对杠杆可围绕平行轴线枢转,并在其端部带有钳口,该钳口可彼此相对移动并作用在张力夹上。在图1中,轴线在标记8处示出,而钳口在标记9处示出。
若所述工具是如WO2016/096983A1所述(尤其是在其图9中所示)的工具,则壳体11布置在该工具7的头部之前,并通过穿过孔12的螺栓(未示出)固定到该工具上。
在壳体11中,形成两个动力传递臂15,它们是从板10切出的,并且仅在图1中的下端通过以这种方式形成的弹性接头16与板10连接。每个动力传递臂15在其上端具有针对力传感器18的接触表面17(参见图2)。每个力传感器18经由传感器座19附接至板10,并相对于相应的接触表面17偏置。每个动力传递臂15在其下端和上端之间具有孔20,工具7的相应钳口9的轴线8支撑在该孔20中。在力传感器18安装好之后,每个动力传递臂15的接触表面17平行于形成在壳体11中的相对接触表面22延伸。
为了在操纵错误的情况下防止壳体11过载,动力传递臂15的上端的偏转受到包围端部的支架21的限制。
在板10和工具之间插入有隔板25(图3),该隔板25具有被轴线8穿过的两个孔26。从隔板25切出两个弹簧腿27,这两个弹簧腿27的自由下端在孔26的区域中承置在轴线8上。
在工具操作期间,安装在轴线8上的钳口9彼此相对移动,以将带扣和张力夹的夹紧带彼此锁定。由此轴线8被压得彼此分开。该力传递到动力传递臂15,而动力传递臂15又作用在力传感器18上。
若从传感器信号确定的力/时间或力/路径曲线从预定行为偏离一定量,则张力夹的带扣与夹紧带之间的连接不符合期望的质量,并且可视为有缺陷。
所述的针对力传感器18的接触表面17的平行排列对于可再现的精确测量很重要。
弹簧腿27也起到提高测量精度的作用。它们试图避免隔板25与轴线8之间的侧隙。

Claims (6)
1.一种在用于固定张力夹的工具中进行力监测的装置,所述工具具有一对可围绕平行轴线(8)枢转的杠杆,该杠杆在其端部带有钳口(9),该钳口可朝彼此移动并作用在张力夹上,
其特征在于一对动力传递臂(15),每一个动力传递臂(15)在一端弹性铰接到相对于工具固定的壳体(11)上,在另一端具有针对连接至壳体的力传感器(18)的接触表面(17),并在其端部之间具有孔(20),相关的工具杠杆的轴线(8)被支撑在该孔(20)中。
