Abstract
本发明属于保健饮品技术领域,提出了一种安神养胃的饮品及其制备方法。一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:洛神花1~20份,灵芝1~9份,马齿苋0.7~6份,良姜0.3~3份,甜叶菊0.3~2.5份,其制备方法中先将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加水浸泡、煮沸后再加入洛神花浸泡、煮沸,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中人们睡眠功能障碍、肠胃功能紊乱的问题,提供了一种助睡眠、益肠胃且适口性好的饮品。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健饮品技术领域,涉及一种安神养胃的饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代社会生活节奏的加快,社会压力的加大,竞争的日益激烈,以致于人们的精神比较紧张,常常使人处于亚健康状态:睡眠功能障碍、肠胃功能紊乱是很普遍的问题。睡眠功能障碍通常指患者对睡眠时间或质量不满足并影响白天社会功能的一种主观体验。睡眠作为生命所必需的过程,是机体复原、整合和巩固记忆的重要环节,是健康不可缺少的组成部分,睡眠功能障碍是影响人身体健康的一大因素。医学研究表明,睡眠不足会导致精神萎靡,疲惫无力,情绪不稳,注意力不集中,直接影响的是第二天的工作与学习,失眠是诱发某种潜在疾病的可能,如植物神经功能失调,易患神经功能亢进、易出现手脚心多汗、心悸、心率加快、呼吸急促、肌肉收缩、颤抖、尿急尿频、胸部有压迫感、腹胀而泻、咽部阻碍感、多汗、四肢乏力、麻木等症状。失眠对人的社会性也会造成极大的危害,由于长期失眠,人会变得多疑、敏感、易怒,以及缺乏自信,这些势必影响其在家庭和工作中各方面的人际关系,从而产生孤独感、挫败感。睡眠功能障碍是影响人身体健康的一大因素。脾胃是后天之本,是人体气血生化之源,脾胃功能的正常是人体健康的重要保障。
目前针对睡眠功能障碍、肠胃功能紊乱的药品及保健品品种繁多,西药虽疗效确切,短期可见成效,但其毒副作用大,易造成药物依赖性;与西药相比,中药具有更高的安全性,但是目前市场上的中药处分,大多由于配伍不准确或药量不适合使得治疗效果并不明显。
“夫天布五行,以运万类;人禀五常,以有五脏。经络府命,阴阳合通”。中医学认为,大自然万事万物均遵循五行生克制化,才化育了万紫千红的生命世界,形成了以五脏为中心的器官系统。所以,只要肝心脾肺肾无病,人体健康的基础就打牢了,因而,提供一种润养五脏助睡眠、益肠胃的药食同源组合物,很有必要。
发明内容
本发明提出一种安神养胃的饮品及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中人们睡眠功能障碍、肠胃功能紊乱的问题,提供了一种助睡眠、益肠胃且适口性好的饮品。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花1~20份,灵芝1~9份,马齿苋0.7~6份,良姜0.3~3份,甜叶菊0.3~2.5份。
作为进一步的技术方案,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花1.5~10份,灵芝2~5份,马齿苋1~3.5份,良姜0.5~2份,甜叶菊0.5~2份。
作为进一步的技术方案,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花5份,灵芝3份,马齿苋2份,良姜1份,甜叶菊1份。
一种安神养胃的饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加水浸泡,之后煮沸,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
作为进一步的技术方案,步骤S2中浸泡时间为45~70min,煮沸时间为20~40min。
作为进一步的技术方案,步骤S2中水的用量为各原料总重量的150倍。
作为进一步的技术方案,步骤S3中煮沸时间为4~6min。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
1、本发明中以中医理论为指导思想,通过对各种材料的筛选和比对,选定以洛神花、灵芝、马齿苋、良姜、甜叶菊为原料,制备一种安神养胃的饮品。其中,洛神花有清热去火、健胃消食、利尿降压、护肝活血、抗癌安眠的作用,其性味酸甜,归肾经,含有植物酸、维生素C、多种氨基酸,可刺激胃酸分泌,对食物的消化具有促进作用;灵芝入五脏,补全身之气,扶正固本,增强免疫力,对人体有双向调节作用,促进肝心脾肺肾等全部内脏器官功能的正常话作用,其性味平甘,归肺心肠经,药理学研究可以提高人体免疫细胞的活性和数量。灵芝中的多糖类成分能增加氧化物气化酶的活性,以帮助消除体内氧化自由基,而有延缓衰老的作用。灵芝中的醇提取物具有抑制组织胺释放、松弛气管平滑肌的作用,可以祛痰止咳,灵芝还有扩张冠状动脉、改善血液循环的作用;马齿苋又叫“不死草”,从性状看茎红、叶绿、花黄、籽黑、根白,有五行草之称,具有清热利湿、解毒消肿、利尿消炎的功效,其味酸甘性凉,入心肝胆肺大肠经,其含有的大量的维生素、钙、磷、铁等多种营养物质,含有丰富的ω-3脂肪酸对改善血管弹性、预防心血管疾病有很好的作用,马齿苋中含有高浓度的去甲肾上腺素,能促进胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素,从而降低血糖浓度,对治疗糖尿病有良效;良姜,辛温,具有芳香气,归脾胃经,能祛寒湿、温脾胃;甜叶菊的主要成分为甜菊糖苷,不仅甜度高、热量低,还具有治疗糖尿病、控制血糖、降低血压、抗肿瘤、抗腹泻、提高免疫力,促进新陈代谢等作用。五种原料配合,制备的饮品不仅可以很好的改善睡眠状况,提高睡眠质量,还可以改善肠胃,对肠道蠕动功能具有积极影响,且无毒副作用,适合推广使用。
2、中医学认为,脏腑之气皆取决于胆。胆腑对全身气机的调节起着重要作用,与肝一起主全身气机,通杨三焦,启运全身阳气,升降出入正常,生过命治动才得以正常进行。另外,肝随脾升、胆降胃降,脾胃气机的正常与肝胆气机的正常升降相辅相成。肝气协同脾气的宣布条达全身,胆计借胃气的通降之力以助消化。本发明中以此为指导思想,制备的安神养胃的饮品以酸甘为主味,酸甘化阴而润养五脏,枢动脾胃功能和肝胆解毒功能,充分发挥灵芝润五脏、五行草排毒、洛神花安神的作用,良姜运转脾胃、平衡阴阳,甜叶菊调节味道,使得制备的饮品具有安神养胃的作用,饮用后具有睡眠改善、胃口大开、排便顺畅、精神愉悦的效果。
3、本发明中,制备方法中先将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加水浸泡、煮沸后再加入洛神花浸泡、煮沸,特定的制备方法使得制备的饮品口感、色泽更好,可以避免各原料组分有效成分的破坏,能充分发挥各原料组分的功效,方法简单,实用性强。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花1份,灵芝1份,马齿苋0.7份,良姜0.3份,甜叶菊0.3份,
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加入495份水浸泡45min,之后煮沸20min,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸6min使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
实施例2
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花20份,灵芝9份,马齿苋6份,良姜3份,甜叶菊2.5份,
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加入4575份水浸泡70min,之后煮沸40min,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸4min使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
实施例3
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花1.5份,灵芝2份,马齿苋1份,良姜0.5份,甜叶菊0.5份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加入1500份水浸泡60min,之后煮沸30min,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸5min使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
实施例4
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花10份,灵芝5份,马齿苋3.5份,良姜2份,甜叶菊2份,
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加入2625份水浸泡60min,之后煮沸30min,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸5min使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
实施例5
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花5份,灵芝3份,马齿苋2份,良姜1份,甜叶菊1份,
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加入1575份水浸泡60min,之后煮沸25min,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸5min使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
对比例1
一种安神养胃的饮品,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花5份,灵芝3份,马齿苋2份,良姜1份,甜叶菊1份,
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按照上述的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜、甜叶菊、洛神花混合后加入1575份水浸泡60min,之后煮沸30min,混合均匀后得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
经观察发现,与实施例1~5相比,对比例1制备的饮品的色泽和口感均相对差一些,说明本发明的制备方法中先将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加水浸泡、煮沸后再加入洛神花浸泡、煮沸,使得制备的饮品口感、色泽更好,能够避免各原料组分有效成分的破坏,充分发挥各原料组分的功效。
对实施例1~5制备的一种安神养胃的饮品进行如下动物实验:
动物实验一:对阈下计量戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间的影响
实验材料
动物:昆明鼠120只,体重20土2g,雌雄各半,随机分成6组,生活环境及喂养方式相同,第1~5组实验动物分别连续灌实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品7天,每天两次,一次1mL,第6组灌同体积的蒸馏水作为对照组,于末次给药后1h,120只小鼠腹腔注射1%浓度戊巴比妥钠50mg/kg,记录各鼠睡眠情况,统计学处理采用卡方检验,结果见表1:

从上表中可以看出,与对照组相比,采用实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品处理后的小鼠注射1%浓度戊巴比妥钠50mg/kg后的睡眠时间显著增加,说明本发明实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品能够显著的增加阈下计量戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间。
动物实验二:对小鼠睡眠质量的影响
动物:昆明鼠120只,体重20土2g,雌雄各半,随机分成6组,生活环境及喂养方式相同,第1~5组实验动物分别连续灌实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品7天,每天两次,一次1mL,第6组灌同体积的蒸馏水作为对照组,于小鼠睡眠期间进行灯光惊醒实验,每间隔一小时突然开灯一次,观察小鼠有无惊醒,结果见结果见表2:

从上表中可以看出,与对照组相比,采用实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品处理后的小鼠进行灯光惊醒实验时惊醒次数显著减少,说明本发明实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品能够显著改善小鼠的睡眠质量。
动物实验三:对小鼠肠道蠕动功能的影响
昆明鼠60只,体重20土2g,雌雄各半,随机分成7组,生活环境及喂养方式相同,第1~5组实验动物分别连续灌实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品7天,每天两次,一次1mL,第6组灌同体积的蒸馏水作为空白对照组,第7组灌同样体积的吗丁啉作为模型对照组,于末次给药1h后,每只小鼠分别灌10%活性炭与5%阿拉伯胶混悬液0.5mL,20min后各组小鼠同时脱臼处死,打开小鼠腹腔,自胃幽门下部直盲肠分离后,剪取小肠,并测量小鼠小肠全长及炭末推进长度,计算推进率,结果见下表:

注:与空白对照组比较,*P<0.05。
从上表中可以看出,与空白对照组相比,采用实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品处理后的小鼠的炭末推进长度和推进率显著提高,说明本发明实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品对小鼠肠道蠕动功能具有积极影响,并具有和吗丁啉相当的促进肠道蠕动的作用。
动物实验四:对小鼠脏器的影响
将动物实验一中的昆明鼠断头处死,取心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑,以10%福尔马林液固定,石蜡包埋切片,用苏木精伊红染色,显微镜观察组织形态的变化,结果见表4:

从上表中可以看出,各脏器切片结构均无异常,说明本发明实施例1~5制备的安神养胃的饮品对昆明鼠无毒。
临床实验:
案例1:石家庄市正定县杨某,男,63岁,不易入睡、睡后易醒1年余。服用本发明实施例1制备的安神养胃的饮品,每天服用4次,服用第3天,患者从晚上10点睡至凌晨五点半醒来,症状明显改善,服用8天后可安然入睡,连续服用半个月后,效果稳定,无复发。
案例2:石家庄市藁城市王某某,女,47岁,失眠多梦2年,平时不服用安眠药不能入睡,食欲不振,身形消瘦,大便干涩。服用本发明实施例5制备的安神养胃的饮品,每天服用5次,服用当夜即入睡4个多小时,服用10天后可安然入睡,饮食正常,大便正常,连续服用20天后,效果稳定,无复发。
案例3:保定市蠡县刘某某,男,43岁,近一个月因工作压力大食欲不振,失眠多梦,经常腹泻。服用本发明实施例5制备的安神养胃的饮品,每天服用3次,服用3天后病症明显好转,饥饿感增加明显,食欲增加,服用7天后可安然入睡,无腹泻,连续服用半个月后,效果稳定,无复发。
案例4:石家庄市井陉县吴某,女,38岁,近半年因工作压力大食欲不振,心情烦闷,经常便秘。服用本发明实施例5制备的安神养胃的饮品,每天服用4次,服用当夜即入睡5个小时,服用7天后可安然入睡,饥饿感增加明显,食欲增加,大便通畅,连续服用半个月后,效果稳定,无复发。
通过以上动物实验以及临床案例可以看出:
1、本发明制备的安神养胃的饮品可以很好的改善睡眠状况,提高睡眠质量;
2、本发明制备的安神养胃的饮品可以改善肠胃,对肠道蠕动功能具有积极影响;
3、本发明制备的安神养胃的饮品无毒副作用。

1.一种安神养胃的饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花1~20份,灵芝1~9份,马齿苋0.7~6份,良姜0.3~3份,甜叶菊0.3~2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安神养胃的饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花1.5~10份,灵芝2~5份,马齿苋1~3.5份,良姜0.5~2份,甜叶菊0.5~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安神养胃的饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:
洛神花5份,灵芝3份,马齿苋2份,良姜1份,甜叶菊1份。
4.一种安神养胃的饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.按照权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种安神养胃的饮品的配方,称取各原料,将各原料分别粉碎后备用;
S2.将灵芝、马齿苋、良姜与甜叶菊混合后加水浸泡,之后煮沸,混合均匀后得到混合物;
S3.向步骤S2得到的混合物中加入洛神花,第二次煮沸使其混合均匀,得到一种安神养胃的饮品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种安神养胃的饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中浸泡时间为45~70min,煮沸时间为20~40min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种安神养胃的饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中水的用量为各原料总重量的150倍。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种安神养胃的饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中煮沸时间为4~6min。
