本发明主要涉及服装配件加工技术领域,公开了一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,包括:改性聚芳酯纤维制备、混纺、阻燃、纺织、抗菌;本发明提供的抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,方法简单,得到的拉链布带具有较强抗菌性和阻燃性能,能够延长拉链的使用寿命,散热透气,使用舒适;先对聚芳酯进行改性,将聚芳酯熔融后加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,完全搅拌均匀后再加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,能够提高聚芳酯的柔韧性、抗菌性及阻燃性能;再将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中进行混纺制备单股纱,阻燃纤维由多种纤维混合而成,能够提高单股纱的抗菌性和阻燃性。

本发明主要涉及服装配件加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平和审美观点的改变,各种服装和箱包的款式随之出现,拉链是服装和箱包的常用配件,拉链的款式和性能也在不断丰富,随着人们对服装性能要求的不断提高,对拉链的性能也在不断提高,例如用在防火服装上的拉链就需要具有较强的耐高温阻燃性能;而且防火服比较厚重,透气性差,就需要拉链具有较好的散热和透气性能;服装穿在身上能够与皮肤直接接触,沾染污渍后容易滋生病菌,会对人体健康产生很大的危害,并且如果滋生霉菌,还会影响服装的色泽和强度,降低服装的使用寿命,因此还需要使拉链具有较好的抗菌性能;因此为了提高拉链的抗菌和阻燃性能,需要对拉链布带进行特殊处理,以提高拉链的使用性能。
现有专利文件200620148110.3公开了一种耐高温隔热阻燃拉链,具体公开了拉链布带由环保阻燃聚酯纤维整体编织成型,得到的拉链具有一定的阻燃性能,但是透气散热性较差,影响拉链的使用性能;专利文件201510170088.6公开了一种拉链布带的加工方法,具体公开了先使用防水剂浸润拉链布带,再进行清洗和烘干,制备得到的拉链布带具有一定防水性,但是影响了拉链的透气性和散热性。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法。
一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性聚芳酯纤维制备:将聚芳酯置于反应釜中,加热至完全熔融,保温8~10min,向反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,保温搅拌30~40min,再向反应釜中加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,保温搅拌40~50min,纺丝,能够增强聚芳酯的柔韧性、抗菌性及阻燃性能,提高拉链布带的强度和柔软性,得改性聚芳酯纤维;
(2)混纺:将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中,混合均匀,进行混纺,使线密度为2.1~2.3dtex,能够提高单股纱的抗菌性和阻燃性,得单股纱;
(3)阻燃:将单股纱置于阻燃浸泡液中,常温浸泡20~30min,能够提高单股纱的强度和阻燃性能,同时避免纺织后浸泡导致的拉链布带加厚和变硬,提高拉链布带的柔软性和透气散热性,烘干,得阻燃单股纱;
(4)纺织:将阻燃单股纱进行合股,得双股纱,再将双股线进行合股,得六股纱,再将六股纱纺织成布带,提高拉链布带的强度,得成型布带;
(5)抗菌:将成型布带置于抗菌浸泡液中,保温浸泡35~45min,提高拉链布带的抗菌性能,避免拉链布带发霉变色,保持拉链布带的透气散热性,延长拉链布带的使用寿命,取出,晾干,得抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
所述步骤(1)的纳米二氧化钛分散液,纳米二氧化钛含量为10~12%,添加量为聚芳酯重量的1.2~1.6%。
所述步骤(2)的阻燃纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维72~78、聚芳噁二唑纤维17~19、陶瓷纤维4~6。
所述步骤(3)的阻燃浸泡液,由以下重量份的原料制成:液态酚醛树脂37~39、甲基丙烯酸甲酯14~16、丙烯腈7~9、纳米二氧化硅6~8、三氧化二锑5~7、酒石酸溶液13~15、无水乙醇40~50;所述阻燃浸泡液的制备方法,将液态酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈加入无水乙醇中,搅拌至混合均匀,得乙醇混合物,将纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入酒石酸溶液中,进行混合搅拌,得酒石酸混合物,再将酒石酸混合物混合物加入乙醇混合物中,混合搅拌20~30min,得阻燃浸泡液。
所述的酒石酸溶液,浓度为58~62mg/L。
所述步骤(3)的烘干,温度为40~45℃。
所述步骤(5)的抗菌浸泡液,温度为55~65℃,由以下重量份的原料制成:水溶性壳聚糖5~7、1000ppm无色透明纳米银溶液1.3~1.5、水140~150。

本发明的优点是:本发明提供的抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,方法简单,得到的拉链布带具有较强抗菌性和阻燃性能,能够延长拉链的使用寿命,散热透气,使用舒适;先对聚芳酯进行改性,将聚芳酯熔融后加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,完全搅拌均匀后再加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,能够增强聚芳酯的柔韧性、抗菌性及阻燃性能,提高拉链布带的强度和柔软性;再将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中进行混纺制备单股纱,阻燃纤维由多种纤维混合而成,能够提高单股纱的抗菌性和阻燃性;再将单股纱置于阻燃浸泡液中进行浸泡,能够提高单股纱的强度和阻燃性能,同时避免纺织后浸泡导致的拉链布带加厚和变硬,提高拉链布带的柔软性和透气散热性;阻燃浸泡后将单股纱进行合股,并纺织成成型布带,提高拉链布带的强度;再将成型布带置于抗菌浸泡液中进行浸泡,提高拉链布带的抗菌性能,避免拉链布带发霉变色,保持拉链布带的透气散热性,延长拉链布带的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性聚芳酯纤维制备:将聚芳酯置于反应釜中,加热至完全熔融,保温8min,向反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,保温搅拌30min,再向反应釜中加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,纳米二氧化钛含量为10%,添加量为聚芳酯重量的1.2%,保温搅拌40min,纺丝,能够增强聚芳酯的柔韧性、抗菌性及阻燃性能,提高拉链布带的强度和柔软性,得改性聚芳酯纤维;
(2)混纺:将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中,所述的阻燃纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维72、聚芳噁二唑纤维17、陶瓷纤维4,混合均匀,进行混纺,使线密度为2.1dtex,能够提高单股纱的抗菌性和阻燃性,得单股纱;
(3)阻燃:将单股纱置于阻燃浸泡液中,所述的阻燃浸泡液,由以下重量份的原料制成:液态酚醛树脂37、甲基丙烯酸甲酯14、丙烯腈7、纳米二氧化硅6、三氧化二锑5、酒石酸溶液13、无水乙醇40;所述阻燃浸泡液的制备方法,将液态酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈加入无水乙醇中,搅拌至混合均匀,得乙醇混合物,将纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入酒石酸溶液中,进行混合搅拌,得酒石酸混合物,再将酒石酸混合物混合物加入乙醇混合物中,混合搅拌20min,得阻燃浸泡液;所述的酒石酸溶液,浓度为58mg/L;常温浸泡20min,能够提高单股纱的强度和阻燃性能,同时避免纺织后浸泡导致的拉链布带加厚和变硬,提高拉链布带的柔软性和透气散热性,40℃烘干,得阻燃单股纱;
(4)纺织:将阻燃单股纱进行合股,得双股纱,再将双股线进行合股,得六股纱,再将六股纱纺织成布带,提高拉链布带的强度,得成型布带;
(5)抗菌:将成型布带置于抗菌浸泡液中,所述的抗菌浸泡液,温度为55℃,由以下重量份的原料制成:水溶性壳聚糖5、1000ppm无色透明纳米银溶液1.3、水140;保温浸泡35min,提高拉链布带的抗菌性能,避免拉链布带发霉变色,保持拉链布带的透气散热性,延长拉链布带的使用寿命,取出,晾干,得抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法制备得到的抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
实施例2
一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性聚芳酯纤维制备:将聚芳酯置于反应釜中,加热至完全熔融,保温9min,向反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,保温搅拌35min,再向反应釜中加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,纳米二氧化钛含量为11%,添加量为聚芳酯重量的1.4%,保温搅拌45min,纺丝,能够增强聚芳酯的柔韧性、抗菌性及阻燃性能,提高拉链布带的强度和柔软性,得改性聚芳酯纤维;
(2)混纺:将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中,所述的阻燃纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维75、聚芳噁二唑纤维18、陶瓷纤维5,混合均匀,进行混纺,使线密度为2.2dtex,能够提高单股纱的抗菌性和阻燃性,得单股纱;
(3)阻燃:将单股纱置于阻燃浸泡液中,所述的阻燃浸泡液,由以下重量份的原料制成:液态酚醛树脂38、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15、丙烯腈8、纳米二氧化硅7、三氧化二锑6、酒石酸溶液14、无水乙醇45;所述阻燃浸泡液的制备方法,将液态酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈加入无水乙醇中,搅拌至混合均匀,得乙醇混合物,将纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入酒石酸溶液中,进行混合搅拌,得酒石酸混合物,再将酒石酸混合物混合物加入乙醇混合物中,混合搅拌25min,得阻燃浸泡液;所述的酒石酸溶液,浓度为60mg/L;常温浸泡25min,能够提高单股纱的强度和阻燃性能,同时避免纺织后浸泡导致的拉链布带加厚和变硬,提高拉链布带的柔软性和透气散热性,43℃烘干,得阻燃单股纱;
(4)纺织:将阻燃单股纱进行合股,得双股纱,再将双股线进行合股,得六股纱,再将六股纱纺织成布带,提高拉链布带的强度,得成型布带;
(5)抗菌:将成型布带置于抗菌浸泡液中,所述的抗菌浸泡液,温度为60℃,由以下重量份的原料制成:水溶性壳聚糖6、1000ppm无色透明纳米银溶液1.4、水145;保温浸泡40min,提高拉链布带的抗菌性能,避免拉链布带发霉变色,保持拉链布带的透气散热性,延长拉链布带的使用寿命,取出,晾干,得抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法制备得到的抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
实施例3
一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性聚芳酯纤维制备:将聚芳酯置于反应釜中,加热至完全熔融,保温10min,向反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,保温搅拌40min,再向反应釜中加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,纳米二氧化钛含量为12%,添加量为聚芳酯重量的1.6%,保温搅拌50min,纺丝,能够增强聚芳酯的柔韧性、抗菌性及阻燃性能,提高拉链布带的强度和柔软性,得改性聚芳酯纤维;
(2)混纺:将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中,所述的阻燃纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维78、聚芳噁二唑纤维19、陶瓷纤维6,混合均匀,进行混纺,使线密度为2.3dtex,能够提高单股纱的抗菌性和阻燃性,得单股纱;
(3)阻燃:将单股纱置于阻燃浸泡液中,所述的阻燃浸泡液,由以下重量份的原料制成:液态酚醛树脂39、甲基丙烯酸甲酯16、丙烯腈9、纳米二氧化硅8、三氧化二锑7、酒石酸溶液15、无水乙醇50;所述阻燃浸泡液的制备方法,将液态酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈加入无水乙醇中,搅拌至混合均匀,得乙醇混合物,将纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入酒石酸溶液中,进行混合搅拌,得酒石酸混合物,再将酒石酸混合物混合物加入乙醇混合物中,混合搅拌30min,得阻燃浸泡液;所述的酒石酸溶液,浓度为62mg/L;常温浸泡30min,能够提高单股纱的强度和阻燃性能,同时避免纺织后浸泡导致的拉链布带加厚和变硬,提高拉链布带的柔软性和透气散热性,45℃烘干,得阻燃单股纱;
(4)纺织:将阻燃单股纱进行合股,得双股纱,再将双股线进行合股,得六股纱,再将六股纱纺织成布带,提高拉链布带的强度,得成型布带;
(5)抗菌:将成型布带置于抗菌浸泡液中,所述的抗菌浸泡液,温度为65℃,由以下重量份的原料制成:水溶性壳聚糖7、1000ppm无色透明纳米银溶液1.5、水150;保温浸泡45min,提高拉链布带的抗菌性能,避免拉链布带发霉变色,保持拉链布带的透气散热性,延长拉链布带的使用寿命,取出,晾干,得抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法制备得到的抗菌阻燃拉链布带。

去除步骤(1)中的改性,直接使用聚芳酯纤维,其余方法,同实施例1。

实施例和对比例拉链布带的性能:
随机选择实施例和对比例的拉链布带,按照“棉针织物的生物抛光处理”检测织带的纤维断裂强度;在织带上接种霉菌,最适条件下培养24h后,检测织带的抑菌率;按照国家标准GB5454-85检测各组的氧指数;并分别使用各组的拉链布带覆盖密封盛装100℃沸水的水杯杯口处,拉链布带大小为10cm×5cm,拉链布带距离水杯内的水面距离为4cm,检测拉链布带的表面温度,并观察是否有蒸汽冒出,检验拉链布带的透气散热性;试验重复3次,结果取平均值,实施例和对比例消防绳的性能见表1。

注:“+”表示有蒸汽冒出,并且数量越多,表示冒出的蒸汽越多。
从表1的结果表明,实施例的抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法制备得到的抗菌阻燃拉链布带,断裂强度高,抑菌性强,氧指数高,具有较好的阻燃性能,抗菌阻燃拉链布带的外部温度高,有大量的蒸汽冒出,具有较好的透气散热性,说明本发明提供的抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法制备得到的抗菌阻燃拉链布带具有很好的实用性。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性聚芳酯纤维制备:将聚芳酯置于反应釜中,加热至完全熔融,保温8~10min,向反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,保温搅拌30~40min,再向反应釜中加入纳米二氧化钛分散液,保温搅拌40~50min,纺丝,得改性聚芳酯纤维;
(2)混纺:将改性聚芳酯纤维加入阻燃纤维中,混合均匀,进行混纺,使线密度为2.1~2.3dtex,得单股纱;
(3)阻燃:将单股纱置于阻燃浸泡液中,常温浸泡20~30min,烘干,得阻燃单股纱;
(4)纺织:将阻燃单股纱进行合股,得双股纱,再将双股线进行合股,得六股纱,再将六股纱纺织成布带,得成型布带;
(5)抗菌:将成型布带置于抗菌浸泡液中,保温浸泡35~45min,取出,晾干,得抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的纳米二氧化钛分散液,纳米二氧化钛含量为10~12%,添加量为聚芳酯重量的1.2~1.6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)的阻燃纤维,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维72~78、聚芳噁二唑纤维17~19、陶瓷纤维4~6。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的阻燃浸泡液,由以下重量份的原料制成:液态酚醛树脂37~39、甲基丙烯酸甲酯14~16、丙烯腈7~9、纳米二氧化硅6~8、三氧化二锑5~7、酒石酸溶液13~15、无水乙醇40~50;所述阻燃浸泡液的制备方法,将液态酚醛树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯腈加入无水乙醇中,搅拌至混合均匀,得乙醇混合物,将纳米二氧化硅和三氧化二锑加入酒石酸溶液中,进行混合搅拌,得酒石酸混合物,再将酒石酸混合物混合物加入乙醇混合物中,混合搅拌20~30min,得阻燃浸泡液。
5.根据权利要求4所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的酒石酸溶液,浓度为58~62mg/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的烘干,温度为40~45℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)的抗菌浸泡液,温度为55~65℃,由以下重量份的原料制成:水溶性壳聚糖5~7、1000ppm无色透明纳米银溶液1.3~1.5、水140~150。
8.一种权利要求1~7任一项所述抗菌阻燃拉链布带的制备方法制备得到的抗菌阻燃拉链布带。
