Abstract
本发明提供了一种阻燃型生物基纤维地毯,其包括:纱线、基布和底布。该地毯可生物降解,环保低碳,易清洁维护、不掉毛、生产灵活,质量稳定,具有阻燃性能,适合个性化需求且生产效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种阻燃型生物基纤维地毯制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内中高端酒店市场阿克明编织地毯需求量较大,材质主要以羊毛、毛尼混纺产品为主。但是阿克明地毯存在几个无法改变弊端,主要是:1、阿克明编织毯面化纤或玉米纤维材质达不到国家阻燃级别B1级的要求,并且不能做永久阻燃处理,增加了客户火灾隐患。2、生产制作工艺没有灵活性,没有层次感。3、毯面使用颜色只能使用机器上固定的12种颜色,无法满足客户追求个性化多套颜色定制的需求。4、其毯面羊毛纤维容易脱落,不易清扫打理。增加了客户的使用难度。5、抗污性差,产品沾染脏污很难清理干净。6、其编织结构稳定性差,铺装后容易受空气湿度,踩踏等因素影响,造成地毯翘边、起包、起鼓等问题。因此目前市场上迫切需求一款具有阿克明效果,有阻燃功能,毯面易清洁、不掉毛、产量大、颜色灵活、铺装质量稳定的新型地毯。
发明内容
为了弥补现有的手工编织地毯的不足,提供了一种可生物降解,环保低碳,易清洁维护、不掉毛、生产灵活,质量稳定,具有阻燃性能,适合个性化需求且生产效率高的阻燃性生物基纤维满铺地毯。
本发明提出一种阻燃型生物基纤维地毯,其包括:纱线、基布和底布。
所述纱线所采用的材料为生物基玉米纱线编织而成,所述纱线的纺丝制备方法如下:
第一步,材料采用杜邦公司的玉米纤维亮光切片,添加0.25%的消光剂;
第二步,纺丝,纺丝纤度优选为1400DTEX,喷丝孔优选为138F,三叶状截面;
第三步,合股定型,2股纱线合股为Z捻,捻度150TPM,纱线在SUPERBAR定型机进行蒸汽定型,定型温度120℃,定型时间60s。
使用杜邦玉米纤维亮光切片原料可使地毯具有生物降解性,是一种可持续环保纱线。生物基纤维具有特殊的弹簧状分子结构,不但纱线强力高,而且回弹性好,特别耐踩踏。生物基纤维具有所有纤维中最好的易清洁去污功能,使用清水就可清洗掉大多数的脏污,无需专门清洗。特别适合酒店等人员密集的场所,从而大幅减轻了酒店的运营成本。
通过对纺丝纤度及合股股数、捻度调整为1400DTEX*2合股,150捻,使纱线绒头颗粒状更大,毯面颗粒状明显,使生物基纤维第地毯与手编织毯面一样的效果。
本发明还提供阻燃型生物基纤维地毯制作方法,其包括:
第一步,采用上面的方法制备纱线;
第二步,采用分散染料进行染色;
第三步,采用机器络筒;
第四步,扎毯,5磅10mm绒高10CM行距22步距24(2.2.3丝);
第五步,用棉涤网布用阻燃型混合乳胶用人工垮两遍,然后用压合辊进行挤压处理,随后进行烘干;
第六步,提入平活车间用立式平活机平6遍后再垮毛6遍然后用小铲机再平3遍;
第七步,提入剪花车间进行剪花;
第八步,进行整修、修剪、剃刺、美化、吸尘、包装。
5磅10mm绒高10CM行距22步距24(2.2.3丝)使纱线效果绒头颗粒状更大,毯面颗粒状明显,使地毯稳定性,柔软性好。
所述基布采用100%涤纶基布,幅宽优选4m,经纬密度优选:28*28,0.32KG/M2
所述阻燃型混合胶乳:由防水羧基丁苯胶乳、阻燃氢氧化铝、水和增稠剂、氯水以1:1.9:0.11:0.001的比例混合而成。
所述防水羧基丁苯胶乳的固含量为52%,阻燃氢氧化铝为450目,增稠剂固含量为21%。
用混合胶将地毯与棉涤网布进行粘合,速干又定性。
有益的技术效果
本发明采用自主开发的2股生物基玉米纤维纱线,既环保又不掉毛;使用5磅10mm绒高10CM行距22步距24(2.2.3)丝仿编织的毯面效果;使用棉涤网布增加了地毯的稳定性,避免起鼓,尺寸收缩;使用灵活的图案,相较阿克明地毯地毯花色灵活多变,可快速交货;通过对胶乳添加阻燃功能,增加地毯的阻燃特性。通过这些工艺调整使地毯具有生物可降解、清洁易打理、阻燃、耐踩踏等功能。其毯面效果和铺装质量、使用功能大幅超过阿克明地毯。解决了目前阿克明编织地毯部分缺陷问题,是一种永久阻燃,天然易去污,高耐磨度的特殊的满铺毯,填补了国内空白。
具体实施方式
以下采用实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
所用原材料:纱线、一基布、底布、防水羧基丁苯胶乳、氢氧化铝、增稠剂、酸性染料、大洋电枪。铲爆机平毯机。剪花机。
产品工艺流程:纱线厂定纺白筒纱-染线-扎毯-背胶-平活-剪花-整修-包装。
纱线:采用杜邦玉米纤维亮光切片 定纺 138F 1400dtex*2 150Z。
扎毯工艺:绒高:10MM。行距22步距24(2.2.3)绒重:4200G/M2
基布:使用12*12/0.06/KG/M2棉涤网布。
后整理:工艺路线:挂胶-烘干-平毯-挎毛-剪花-整修-包装。
1、首先用防水羧基丁苯胶背胶处理。设备为3吨容量胶乳搅拌器,所用原料为:
A:羧基丁苯胶乳(固含量52%)
B:阻燃氢氧化铝(450目)
C:水
D:增稠剂固含量:21%
E:氯水
混合胶乳配方为:A:B:C:D=1:1.9:0.11:0.001,胶乳粘度为22000CPS。胶乳配好后又胶乳泵打入混合乳胶槽。
2、地毯涂胶后与次底布进行粘合,然后有压合辊进行挤压处理,再进入烘箱进行烘干处理,烘毯面温度设置为85度,烘8小时。
3.平活 挎毛 剪花 整修。

Claims (3)
1.一种阻燃型生物基纤维地毯,其特征在于,包括:纱线、基布和底布。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃型生物基纤维地毯,其特征在于:所述纱线所采用的材料为生物基玉米纱线编织而成,所述纱线的纺丝制备方法如下:
第一步,材料采用杜邦公司的玉米纤维亮光切片,添加0.25%的消光剂;
第二步,纺丝,纺丝纤度优选为1400DTEX,喷丝孔优选为138F,三叶状截面;
第三步,合股定型,2股纱线合股为Z捻,捻度150TPM,纱线在SUPERBAR定型机进行蒸汽定型,定型温度120℃,定型时间60s。
3.如权利要求1或2阻燃型生物基纤维地毯制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
第一步,采用权利要求2的方法制备纱线;
第二步,采用分散染料进行染色;
第三步,采用机器络筒;
第四步,扎毯,5磅10mm绒高10CM行距22步距24(2.2.3丝);
第五步,用棉涤网布用阻燃型混合乳胶用人工垮两遍,然后用压合辊进行挤压处理,随后进行烘干;
第六步,提入平活车间用立式平活机平6遍后再垮毛6遍然后用小铲机再平3遍;
第七步,提入剪花车间进行剪花;
第八步,进行整修、修剪、剃刺、美化、吸尘、包装。
