Abstract

本发明公开了一种纺丝油剂及其制备方法和应用,属于纺织助剂技术领域。该方法包含以下步骤:将母液搅拌加热,以得到工作液;将助剂、辣椒素依次加入工作液中,混合均匀,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂。使用时只需将纤维浸入纺丝油剂,便可使辣椒素较为均匀的涂覆在纤维表面。本发明所制备的纺丝油剂具有良好的稳定性,可以放置1‑2年二不会出现分层现象,经过该纺丝油剂改性后的纤维在热感、美肤以及防虫领域具有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂及其制备方法和应 用。
背景技术
随着科学技术水平的不断提高,纺织品行业的发展也十分迅速,各类新型纤维的发展逐 渐趋于功能化、实用化,并且随着环境问题的日趋严峻,以天然、绿色、生态为主题的纤维 材料逐渐成为了各个领域研究的热点。
作为一种天然物质,辣椒素(反式-8-甲基-N-香草基-6-酰胺)是辣椒中的一种生态友好 和无毒物质,它在食用时具有辛辣味,是一类来源于辣椒中的自然提取物。已知的辣椒素在 对人体方面没有任何毒性,可用于与肌肉,关节相关的局部用镇痛剂,也可用作瘙痒药膏以 缓解疼痛。同时,辣椒素与皮肤接触后会产生强烈的热效应,对于动物方面,由于辣椒素具 有较强的辣感,因此,多数有害性动物如蟑螂、老鼠等对含有较多辣椒素的食物较为排斥。 此外,研究表明辣椒素可刺激神经产生热感,可用于温感材料的制备。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂及其制备方法和应用。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步 骤:
S1.将母液搅拌加热,以得到工作液;
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中,混合均匀,以得到所述含辣椒素的 纺丝油剂。
进一步地,其中步骤S1中,所述搅拌速度为800-1200转/分钟,加热温度为20~80℃。
进一步地,其中步骤S1中,所述工作液选自矿物油、白油、液体石蜡、聚氧乙烯、凡士 林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、硬脂酸酯、油酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、 多元醇脂肪酸酯、壬基酚聚环氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基硫酸酯、烷基磷酸 酯或高级醇硫酸酯盐中的至少一种的水溶液;所述工作液的浓度为1wt%~80wt%,优选为 30-50wt%。
进一步地,其中步骤S1中,所述工作液为矿物油、白油及液体石蜡的水溶液;所述工作 液中矿物油、白油及液体石蜡的质量浓度分别为10-35wt%、5-20wt%及3-20wt%。
进一步地,其中步骤S2中,所述搅拌速度为800-1200转/分钟,搅拌时间为1~180min,搅 拌时混合体系温度为10℃~100℃。
进一步地,其中步骤S2中,所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的浓度为为0.01~5wt%。
进一步地,其中步骤S2中,所述助剂选自乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、苯、二甲基亚砜、甲基叔丁基醚、正己烷或乙腈中的至少一种,所述纺丝油剂中助剂的质量浓度为 5wt%~50wt%。
本发明还提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂,所述纺丝油剂是通过上述任一的方法制得 的。
本发明还提供了一种上述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:将纤维浸泡 入10-50℃的上述纺丝油剂中0.01~10s,然后以25~100℃烘干。
进一步地,其中所述纤维选自多糖类纤维或蛋白质类纤维中的至少一种。
进一步地,其中所述多糖类纤维选自粘胶纤维、壳聚糖纤维、棉纤维或麻纤维中的至少 一种;所述蛋白质类纤维选自羊毛纤维、兔毛纤维或蚕丝纤维。

本发明的优点在于:1)本发明所制备的纺丝油剂具有良好的稳定性,可以放置1-2年二 不会出现分层现象,经过该纺丝油剂改性后的纤维在热感、美肤以及防虫领域具有广泛的应 用前景;2)本发明所制备的油剂的主成分和助剂,使辣椒素能够在其中稳定存在,不产生 沉淀、分层或明显聚集的情况;3)本发明的制备方法,可使辣椒素在纤维基质中均匀涂覆 并具有优异的耐洗涤效果。

本发明提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂及其制备方法和应用,下面以具体实施例来说明 具体实施方式,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本 发明。除非特别说明,下文所用的材料或试剂均为市购。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将矿物油、白油及液体石蜡依次溶于水,在30℃、900转/分钟的搅拌条件下加热混 合均匀,以得到工作液;所述工作液中矿物油、白油、液体石蜡及水浓度分别为25wt%、15wt% 及12wt%,剩余为水。
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在20℃、1000转/分钟的搅拌条 件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为1min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂为乙 酸乙酯;所述纺丝油剂中乙酸乙酯的质量浓度为5wt%;所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度 为0.01wt%。图1A为对比例所制备的纺丝油剂的光学显微镜图;图1B为本发明实施例1所 制备的纺丝油剂的光学显微镜图;其中,对比例的纺丝油剂的制备包括:将辣椒素加入本发 明实施例1的步骤S1得到的工作液,并在20℃、1000转/分钟的搅拌条件下加热混合均匀, 搅拌时间为1min,以得到纺丝油剂,且该纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度为0.01wt%。从图1A 中可以看到对比例所制备的纺丝油剂中出现了大的辣椒素油滴,这是由于该纺丝油剂制备过 程中没有使用助剂乙酸乙酯,导致辣椒素分散不均匀;从图1B中可以看到本发明实施例1 所制备的纺丝油剂为均匀的乳液,其具有良好的稳定性,可以放置1-2年二不会出现分层现 象。
将粘胶纤维单丝或者束丝浸泡入上述纺丝油剂的油浴槽中,浸泡时间为0.01s,浸泡温度 为10℃,经过油浴槽后需进行烘干处理,烘干温度为25℃,最终得到含有辣椒素的纤维。 该纤维中辣椒素具有良好的分散性和牢固性,水洗50次后辣椒素含量仅损失5%。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将矿物油、白油、凡士林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、聚乙二醇、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷 基硫酸酯、烷基磷酸酯及高级醇硫酸酯盐依次溶于水,在80℃、1000转/分钟的搅拌条件下 加热混合均匀,以得到工作液;所述工作液中矿物油、白油、凡士林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、聚乙二醇、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基硫酸酯、烷基磷酸酯及高级醇硫酸酯盐的浓度分别为10wt%、10wt%、9wt%、8wt%、10wt%、10wt%、8wt%、4wt%、8wt%及3wt%,剩 余为水。
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在70℃,以1000转/分钟的搅拌 条件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为30min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂 为正己烷和乙腈;所述纺丝油剂中正己烷和乙腈助剂的质量浓度分别为15wt%和5wt%;所 述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度为0.1wt%。
将羊毛纤维浸泡入上述纺丝油剂的油浴槽中,浸泡时间为3s,浸泡温度为30℃,经过油 浴槽后需进行烘干处理,烘干温度为30℃,最终得到含有辣椒素的羊毛纤维。该纤维中辣椒 素具有良好的分散性和牢固性,使用洗涤剂水洗50次后仅纤维中辣椒素含量仅损失10%。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将矿物油、白油、液体石蜡、聚氧乙烯、凡士林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、硬脂酸 酯、油酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、多元醇脂肪酸酯及壬基酚聚环氧乙烯 醚依次溶于水,在60℃、1000转/分钟的搅拌条件下加热混合均匀,以得到工作液;所述工 作液中矿物油、白油、液体石蜡、聚氧乙烯、凡士林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、硬脂酸酯、油酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、多元醇脂肪酸酯及壬基酚聚环氧乙烯醚的质量浓度分别为15%、10%、10%、3%、4%、3%、5%、4%、6%、1%、2%、0.5%及0.5%, 剩余为水。
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在55℃、1100转/分钟的搅拌条 件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为90min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂为 甲基叔丁基醚、正己烷和乙腈;所述纺丝油剂中甲基叔丁基醚、正己烷和乙腈的质量浓度分 别为1wt%、5wt%和1wt%;所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度为2.5wt%。
将粘蚕丝纤维浸泡入上述纺丝油剂的油浴槽中,浸泡时间为0.2s,浸泡温度为50℃,经 过油浴槽后需进行烘干处理,烘干温度为25℃,最终得到含有辣椒素的粘蚕丝纤维。该纤维 中辣椒素具有良好的分散性和牢固性,使用洗涤剂水洗50次后辣椒素含量仅损失8%。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将矿物油、白油、液体石蜡、聚氧乙烯、凡士林、锭子油及抹香鲸油硫酸酯依次溶于 水,在50℃、800转/分钟的搅拌条件加热混合均匀,以得到工作液;所述工作液中矿物油、 白油、液体石蜡、聚氧乙烯、凡士林、锭子油及抹香鲸油硫酸酯的质量浓度分别为25wt%、 15wt%、10wt%、5wt%、2.5wt%、1wt%及1.5wt%,剩余为水。
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在60℃、1100转/分钟的搅拌条 件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为60min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂为 乙酸乙酯、二甲基亚砜、甲基叔丁基醚和乙腈;所述纺丝油剂中乙酸乙酯、二甲基亚砜和甲 基叔丁基醚的质量浓度分别为15wt%、8wt%和7wt%;所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓 度为1%。

实施例5
本实施例提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将白油、液体石蜡、壬基酚聚环氧乙烯醚及聚乙二醇溶于水,在40℃、1200转/分钟 的搅拌条件下加热混合均匀,以得到工作液;所述工作液中白油、液体石蜡、壬基酚聚环氧 乙烯醚及聚乙二醇的质量浓度分别为15wt%、13wt%、12wt%及1wt%,剩余为水。
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在80℃、1000转/分钟的搅拌条 件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为120min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂 为乙酸乙酯和正己烷;所述纺丝油剂中乙酸乙酯和乙醇的质量浓度分别为25wt%和5wt%; 所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度为3wt%。
将兔毛纤维浸泡入上述纺丝油剂的油浴槽中,浸泡时间为5s,浸泡温度为30℃,然后烘 干处理,烘干温度为50℃,最终得到含有辣椒素的兔毛纤维。该纤维中辣椒素具有良好的分 散性和牢固性,使用洗涤剂水洗50次后纤维中辣椒素含量仅损失7%。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将矿物油、白油、凡士林、硬脂酸酯、油酸酯、聚乙二醇、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基硫酸 酯、烷基磷酸酯和高级醇硫酸酯盐依次溶于水,在40℃、900转/分钟的搅拌条件下加热混合 均匀,以得到工作液;所述工作液中矿物油、白油、凡士林、硬脂酸酯、油酸酯、聚乙二醇、 烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基硫酸酯、烷基磷酸酯及高级醇硫酸酯盐的质量浓度分别为15wt%、10 wt%、1.5wt%、1.5wt%、1wt%、1wt%、2wt%、0.5wt%、0.5wt%及2wt%,剩余为 水。
S2.将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在100℃、800转/分钟的搅拌条 件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为180min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂 为乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇和丙酮;所述纺丝油剂中乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇和丙酮的质量浓度 分别为15wt%、5wt%、3wt%和2wt%;所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度为1.5wt%。
将棉纤维浸入上述纺丝油剂的油浴槽中,浸泡时间为10s,浸泡温度为30℃,经过油浴 槽后需进行烘干处理,烘干温度为80℃,最终得到含有辣椒素的粘蚕丝纤维。该纤维中辣椒 素具有良好的分散性和牢固性,使用洗涤剂水洗50次后辣椒素含量仅损失8%。

Claims (3)

1.一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1. 将矿物油、白油、凡士林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、聚乙二醇、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基硫酸酯、烷基磷酸酯及高级醇硫酸酯盐依次溶于水,在80℃、1000转/分钟的搅拌条件下加热混合均匀,以得到工作液;所述工作液中矿物油、白油、凡士林、锭子油、抹香鲸油硫酸酯、聚乙二醇、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基硫酸酯、烷基磷酸酯及高级醇硫酸酯盐的浓度分别为10wt%、10 wt %、9 wt %、8 wt %、10 wt %、10 wt %、8 wt %、4 wt %、8wt%及3wt%,剩余为水;
S2. 将助剂、辣椒素依次加入步骤S1得到的工作液中并在70℃,以1000转/分钟的搅拌条件下加热混合均匀,搅拌时间为30min,以得到所述含辣椒素的纺丝油剂;其中所述助剂为正己烷和乙腈;所述纺丝油剂中正己烷和乙腈助剂的质量浓度分别为15 wt%和5 wt%;所述纺丝油剂中辣椒素的质量浓度为0.1wt%。
2.一种含辣椒素的纺丝油剂,其特征在于,所述纺丝油剂是通过权利要求1所述的方法制得的。
3.一种权利要求2所述的含辣椒素的纺丝油剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将羊毛纤维浸泡入上述纺丝油剂的油浴槽中,浸泡时间为3s,浸泡温度为30℃,经过油浴槽后需进行烘干处理,烘干温度为30℃,最终得到含有辣椒素的羊毛纤维。
