本发明涉及广告贴纸的技术领域,具体是一种无胶单向透视贴的制备方法。
背景技术
单向透视贴简称单项贴,又称“单面透”、“遮阳打孔单面透”,是由黑、白PVC层压附着压敏粘贴和释放纸的一种效果很好的一种广告材料,适用于张贴橱窗、玻璃门窗、玻璃幕墙或交通工具的玻璃面,既有遮挡阳光的用途,又有广告宣传的效果。
现有的单面透视帖多用于室外广告宣传,不适用于室内广告。单面透试帖一般都存在孔径太大,则影响广告宣传,孔径太小,会影响采光效果,在广告宣传与采光中找不到一个最优平衡。其次,透视贴背面的粘合剂不干胶,一旦粘贴,不易移动,对于需要移动透视贴的应用环境不适用,另外其很多单透贴也不具备阻燃,
发明内容
针对以上存在的技术问题,本项目拟研发一种无胶的单向透视贴,该产品贴附后表面上无胶,并可提高喷绘精度、画面清晰,提高产品强度,解决无喷绘画收缩现象,边缘无翘卷,干净易清理。可用于广告喷绘进行悬挂并单面透视。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种无胶单向透视贴的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、喷绘超透膜的制备,包括以下步骤:
11)、把膜物料按一定比例配比,投入高速混合机中在高温度进行搅拌9~12分钟;
12)、然后投入冷搅锅中,边搅拌冷却边抽空真气排气混好的物料通过气泵打入储料桶中,开动螺旋输送机,使物料进入挤出机充分剪切、混炼、塑化;
13)、塑化的混合物料再经过扎轮机、过滤机进一步塑化;
14)最后采用五辊压延机主机压延成型,调整产品所需厚度得到超透明高强度的喷绘超透膜;
S2、单向透视膜的制备,包括以下步骤:
21)、采用PVC原料调入白色或黑色色种混合,采用压延机压延成白膜或黑膜在贴合机上热复合制成黑白膜,或采用PVC原料混合采用压延机压延成白膜印刷黑油墨制成黑白膜;
22)、将膜离型纸在涂缚上胶机涂不干胶进行烘箱,出烘箱贴上21)制成的黑白膜进行收卷;
22)、步骤22)制成的黑白膜采用冲孔机冲孔。
S3、对步骤S1的超透膜与S2单向透视膜进行贴合复卷形成无胶单向透视贴,包括如下步骤:
31)、把超透膜、单向透视膜贴合机上预热、展平、贴合;
32)、贴合后采用冻冻箱进行急促冷却;
33)、转到换底纸生产复卷机把纸换成新的淋膜离型纸即得单向透视贴产品
所述步骤S1中膜物料配比包括如下:聚氯乙烯树脂100重量份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯30重量份,钙锌稳定剂3重量份,本二异辛酯1重量份,防霉抗菌剂3重量份,阻燃剂4重量份,色料2-8重量份进行高温混合。
所述步骤S1中11)的搅拌温度为100℃-120℃。
所述步骤S2中PVC原料包括以下配比重量比:
聚氯乙烯树61.5%;邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯16.61%,环氧豆0.62%,热稳定剂2.03%,纳米钙9.84%,P-551A助剂0.37%,三氧化二锑2.28%,钛白粉6.15%,色粉0.62%。
