Abstract
此设备包括一个用来储存在高压下至少呈部分
液体形式之气体的隔热槽、一条载有蒸发器的用来将
气体供应给用户站的管道、一个阀门和一台与上述槽
中流体作热交换接触的第一热交换器、以及一条包含
一第二热交换器和一阀门的压力保持管道。此种设
备可以特别地用作主体生产总源的后备装置。
Description
本发明涉及一种在高压下将气体供应给至少一个用户站的设备,此设备包括一用来储存至少是部分液体形式的气体,且具有一上部和一下部的隔热槽,以及至少一根在上述槽的下部与用户站之间延伸且包括有一蒸发器在内的供气管道。
在众多的工业生产领域,当前的趋势是需要有压力日益增高的气体源。对于耗用着大量气体的工业,此种气体通常是用压缩机在气相下升至高压,并且此种气体是由气体生产装置,通常是由低温分离装置在现场生产的。当气体的耗用量较小时,此种气体一般是在低压下气化与加压下以液体形式储存。
即使是在本发明意义下的高的气体压力,亦即大于10×105Pa和可能大于100×105Pa的条件下,上述这类技术在连续作业时也没有出现过大的问题。但当有关的主要设备运行不正常时,就必须提供备用装置,使之能至少是在有限的期间内负责气体的生产。而在涉及到压力量级时,这类备用装置就会带来问题,特别是有关它们在所需压力下能立即提供气体的能力问题。为解决这类问题,利用泵或压缩机来确立一种名义上的工作范围乃是一种严重缺点。
于是,本发明之目的在于提供这样一种设计上极其简单而有效的紧凑型气体供应装置,它采用“静态”作业,不需要加压部件或附加能量,允许即时地或根据需要在高压特别是在超临界压力下供应气体,且此种装置在特殊情况下(但非专门如此)还可作为用来在高压下供应此种气体之主要设备的后备装置。
为此目的,根据本发明的一个特征,此种设备包括一条从前述槽之下部起始的第一流体回路,此流体回路则串联式地包括:一个压力控制阀以及一台第一交换器,后者与上述的第一个槽中的流体作热交换接触,并保持此槽冷却。
根据本发明的一些其它特征,此种设备还包括:在上述槽外且在此槽的上部与下部之间延伸的一条第二流体回路,它串联式地包括一台第二交换器和一个第二压力控制阀,并使上述槽中之流体保持在一个基本上与供气压力相等的储气压力下。
利用本发明的上述布置形式,将通常是在超临界状态下的气体保持在至少与用户压力Pu基本相等的一个压力Ps之下,这样就能在所说压力下即时将气体供给用户站。
本发明的其它特征与优点将体现在下面对实施例所作的描述中,这些对照附图所给出的实施例是用于说明的目的而丝毫无限制意义,在附图中:
此唯一的一个图乃是本发明之高压气体供应设备的示意图,此设备可以用作主要气体生产设备的后备装置。
在由上述之图所表示的实施例中,这种用来在高压下将气体(通常是氧气或氮气)供应给至少一个用户站A的设备,包括一台在内部或在外部的隔热槽1,从此槽的下部引出一根供气管道2,它一直延伸到用户站A,中间经过一加热器或蒸发器3。根据本发明的一个组成部分,有一条第一流体回路4独立于管道2而从槽1的下部引出,此第一流体回路包括一由槽1中气流压力所控制的进给与断流阀5,然后通过一与槽中流体作热交换接触的热交换器6,而且此回路如这一实施例所表示的,是安排成在槽1的内部并可与槽中流体作热接触,并可自由地穿过槽壁。在热交换器6之外,此回路4延伸到槽1之外,到达一出口7以与大气相通或是通连到这样一条回路,此后一回路是为了在低压与中等程度压力下来使用气体或是为了再循环到主要生产装置,这些将在此后说明。
从槽1之下部引出的还有一条也与管道2相独立的第二回路8,它朝上与槽1的上部相连,并串联地包括一例如大气型的热交换器9以及一个对槽1中气流压力敏感的压力控制阀10。槽1中还包括一充气管11,它能连到一高压气源,或是在低压下连到一个前述液化气体的至少一个槽12和一个具有低输出速率之高压泵13组成的系统。在供气管道2中设有一处在蒸发器3下游的单向阀14。槽1的上部中设有一补偿阀15。
应该认识到一在刚刚述及的配置形式中,第一回路4用到了未膨胀的储存好的冷流体,因而能够经由热插入物从槽1中汽化的流体来回收冷能,以便冷却此槽中的流体而将它保持在所需的低温,因而也即是保持在所需的压力下。此外,第二回路8则使槽1中的流体保持在所需的高压下。通过使常存于槽1中的流体处在一个等于或略低于用户站A所要求的名义压力Pa的高储存压力Ps下,基本相同压力下的气体可即时地传送到用户站A。
如上所述,刚刚描述到的这种自主式设备能特别有利地用作大容量气体生产源30的,例如一种低温装置31的后备装置,这种低温装置在它的一个出口32中产生出中等压力下的工作气体,并借压缩机33提高到用户压力Pu,再经设有单向阀35和与供气管道2下游端相通的管子34送至用户站A。
在源30正常工作期间,所有的气体都是经此源30供应给用户站A的,因而阀14是关闭的。包括有槽1的这种设备是处在它的备用形式中。当源30不能正常工作,特别是起因于它的电力源时,管34中的压力降会使阀14自动打开,然后此设备便即时地将压力为Ps的气体供应给用户站A。
工作气体通常为氮气或氧气,不论是哪一种气体,生产装置30都是一台低温常压蒸馏装置。当所用的装置30具有的生产能力为在压力级80×105Pa下每日给用户站A供应1000吨氧气时,为了在此名义生产率下提供20分钟的后备自主性,本发明的设备就必须在约820kg/m3的所说压力和在约-150℃的温度下,具有一有效储存量的每立方米的储存本领,即一个约20m3的槽1的容积。
尽管业已就特殊的实施例描述了本发明,但这些个实施例并无限制意义,相反,熟悉本项技术的人是可以对此作出种种变更与改动的。
Claims (6)
1、用来在高压下将气体供应给至少一个用户站的设备,它包括一个用来储存至少是部分液体形式的气体的且有一上部与下部的隔热槽,以及至少一根在上述槽的下部与用户站之间延伸且包括有一蒸发器在内的供气管道,其特征在于:此设备还包括一条从前述槽之下部起始的第一流体回路,此流体回路按串接方式包括一个压力控制阀与一台同上述第一个槽中的流体作热交换接触并保持此槽冷却的第一热交换器。
2、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:此设备还包括一条在上述槽外且在此槽的上部与下部之间延伸的第二流体回路,此回路按串接方式包括一台第二交换器和一个第二压力控制阀,并使上述槽中之流体保持在一个基本上与供气压力相等的储气压力下。
3、如上述任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:上述槽中的储气压力大于气体的临界压力。
4、如上述任一项权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:所说的气体是氮气。
5、如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,特征在于:所说的气体是氧气。
6、如上述任一项权利要求所述的设备,此设备还配合有通过分离含有所说气体的一种气体混合物来生产此种气体的一个源,其特征在于:此设备还包括有至少一根用来在所说高压下供应此种气体的管道,此管道与这一设备的供气管道通连。
