Abstract
本发明公开一种保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,包括机架,所述机架的两端分别设置主动辊组和从动辊组,所述主动辊组与从动辊组间铺放被加工的网格布;所述机架上方主从动辊组端开始依次设置加热整形装置、定尺装置;成卷的网格布由于卷曲,首先通过加热整形装置的热压,形成平整的形状;进入定尺装置后,上压板在气缸一的带动下,向下运动,上压刀与下压模配合,将夹在二者间的网格布压出折痕,同时下端的火焰喷嘴对下压点加热定型,保证了网格布的变形不会发生回弹。本发明的优点是:可自动生产,不仅自动化程度高,而且适用于不同形状不同规格的网格布的生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,具体说是一种保温砌块用的网格布的整形装置。
背景技术
随着现代建筑技术的进步,人们越来越重视生产过程中的环保问题;过去使用的烧制黏土砖已经被淘汰,取而代之的是具有环保性能的建筑材料。砌块砖是一种利用发泡水泥及其他材料所生产的具有保温性能的新型建筑材料。申请人的在先专利“一种泡沫混凝土复合板系统及其构成的填充墙体”,专利申请号为201410345664.1已经获得中国专利授权,该产品投放市场后取得了较好的市场反应,但美中不足的是,水泥发泡本身属于轻质保温材料,强度较低,在装卸和施工中损耗较大,在切割时产生较大的粉尘,对操作人员及环境有一定的影响;为解决该技术问题,申请人又申请了名称为“一种网架体系构成的保温装配墙体及制备模具”,专利号为201720163200.8的专利,该专利也已经授权。该专利采用了由保温砌块胶粘成一体,保温砌块的外侧设置一层加强网。而加强网由于需要和砌块及其组合体配合,因此,形状及规格不同;市场上出售的网格布,并不能直接用来使用,需要对网格布进行预先的整形及加工,为此,需要一种网格布的整形装置。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种整形装置,网格布放在在该装置的一端,通过主动辊组和从动辊组的夹紧及牵拉作用,依次通过加热整形装置进行平整,再经定尺装置进行折痕的加工及切割,最后形成可适用于砌块生产的网格布;具体技术方案如下:
一种保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,包括机架,所述机架的两端分别设置主动辊组和从动辊组,所述主动辊组与从动辊组间铺放被加工的网格布;所述机架上方还从从动辊组端开始依次设置加热整形装置、定尺装置;
所述加热整形装置包括上夹板和下夹板,所述上夹板和/或下夹板内设置加热元件;上夹板及下夹板均设置通孔,定位螺栓穿过上夹板和下夹板的通孔后固定在机架上,定位螺栓的外侧套设压簧;压簧的上端与定位螺栓的上端部抵接;
所述定尺装置包括上压板,上压板上设置多组平行的上压刀,所述机架上设置与上压刀位置对应的下压模,上压板套设在导柱一上,导柱一固定在机架上,上压板的中部与气缸一的活塞固定,气缸一固定在支架上,支架固定在机架上;所述下压模的下方设置火焰喷嘴,所述火焰喷嘴与燃气储存罐连接,所述火焰喷嘴固定在下滑板上,所述下滑板的中间位置设置蜗轮,所述蜗轮与蜗杆配合,下滑板的两端设置导槽,所述导槽与导轨配合,所述导轨设置在机架上;所述蜗杆的端部设置齿轮一,所述齿轮一通过链条与电机一的输出轴上的小齿轮连接;
所述下滑板靠近主动辊组的端部设置刀片;
所述刀片与滑板同步运行,分段裁剪;
所述主动辊组包括上主动辊及下主动辊,所述上主动辊的辊轴设置在上夹板上,上夹板的上方与气缸二的活塞固定,气缸二固定在支架上;
所述下主动辊的一端设置从动齿轮,从动齿轮通过链条与电机二输出轴上的主动轮连接。
所述上压刀通过螺栓固定在上压板的固定孔内,所述固定孔为多组。
所述上压刀的底部截面为三角形,下压模的上面设置相应的形状与之配合。
所述上夹板设置导柱二,所述支板设置定位通孔,所述导柱二与定位通孔配合。
所述上压板的对角位置设置定位通孔,所述定位通孔套装在导柱一上,所述导柱一固定在机架上。
本发明的优点是:可自动生产,不仅自动化程度高,而且适用于不同形状的网格布的生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明,如图所示,本发明包括机架1,所述机架1的两端分别设置主动辊组2和从动辊组3,所述主动辊组2与从动辊组3间设置被加工的网格布;所述机架1上方还从从动辊组端开始依次设置加热整形装置4、定尺装置5;
所述加热整形装置4包括上夹板6和下夹板7,所述上夹板6和/或下夹板7内设置加热元件,加热元件可以是PTC陶瓷加热元件与电源接通;上夹板6及下夹板7均设置通孔,定位螺栓8穿过上夹板6和下夹板7的通孔后固定在机架1上,定位螺栓8的外侧套设压簧9;压簧9的上端与定位螺栓8的上端部抵接;通过压簧9的压力,可以对经过上夹板与下夹板间的网格布进行加热整形;
所述定尺装置5包括上压板13,上压板13上设置多组平行的上压刀15,所述机架上设置与上压刀15位置对应的下压模16,上压板13套设在导柱一14上,导柱一14固定在机架1上,上压板13的中部与气缸一11的活塞12固定,气缸一11固定在支架10上,支10架固定在机架1上;所述下压模16的下方设置火焰喷嘴17,所述火焰喷嘴17通过管道与燃气储存罐连接,所述火焰喷嘴固定在下滑板27上,所述下滑板27的中间位置设置蜗轮26,所述蜗轮26与蜗杆25配合,下滑板27的两端29设置导槽,所述导槽与导轨31配合,所述导轨31设置在机架1上,导轨31间设置连接板30以保证导轨的间距及定位;所述蜗杆25的端部设置齿轮一24,所述齿轮一24通过链条与电机一23的输出轴上的小齿轮连接;
所述下滑板27靠近主动辊组的端部设置刀片18;
所述主动辊组包括上主动辊201及下主动辊,所述上主动辊201的辊轴21设置在上夹板19上,上夹板19的上方与气缸二20的活塞固定,气缸二20固定在支架10上;
所述下主动辊的一端设置从动齿轮35,从动齿轮35通过链条与电机二22输出轴上的主动轮34连接。
所述上压刀15通过螺栓固定在上压板13的固定孔内,所述固定孔为多组,该设置是为了适应不同形状的压痕。
所述上压刀15的底部截面为三角形,下压模16的上面设置相应的形状与之配合。
所述上夹板19设置导柱二32,所述支板10设置定位通孔,所述导柱二32与定位通孔配合以保证上夹板的位置不偏离。
所述上压板13的对角位置设置定位通孔,所述定位通孔套装在导柱一上,所述导柱一固定在机架上。
本发明的原理是:成卷的网格布由于卷曲,首先通过加热整形装置的热压,形成平整的形状;进入定尺装置后,上压板在气缸一的带动下,向下运动,上压刀15与下压模16配合,将夹在二者间的网格布压出折痕,同时下端的火焰喷嘴对下压模加热,保证了网格布的变形不会发生回弹;下滑板27在涡轮蜗杆的带动下,从机架的一侧移动到另外一侧,对下压模均匀加热,于此同时,刀片对网格布端部进行切割,仅仅保留网格布两侧的很少部分,作为连接带,由主动辊带动向前移动;当定尺装置工作时,气缸二向上抬起,主动辊组的上下辊组分离,不会带动网格布向前移动,当定尺完毕,气缸二下压,主动辊组的上下辊带动网格布移动。
本发明中,电机一、电机二、气缸一、气缸二的工作均由PLC控制,所述PLC可采用通用的市购产品,如三菱公司的产品,其与电机及气缸的连接关系可由该PLC的产品说明书得到,该部分内容不是本发明的发明内容,在此不再赘述。
Claims (6)
1.一种保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架的两端分别设置主动辊组和从动辊组,所述主动辊组与从动辊组间铺放被加工的网格布;所述机架上方主从动辊组端开始依次设置加热整形装置、定尺装置;
所述加热整形装置包括上夹板和下夹板,所述上夹板和/或下夹板内设置加热元件;上夹板及下夹板均设置通孔,定位螺栓穿过上夹板和下夹板的通孔后固定在机架上,定位螺栓的外侧套设压簧;
所述定尺装置包括上压板,上压板上设置多组平行的压刀,所述机架上设置与上压刀位置对应的下压模,上压板套设在导柱一上,导柱一固定在机架上,上压板的中部与气缸一的活塞固定,气缸一固定在支架上,支架固定在机架上;所述下压模的下方设置火焰喷嘴,所述火焰喷嘴与燃气储存罐连接,所述火焰喷嘴固定在下滑板上,所述下滑板的中间位置设置蜗轮,所述蜗轮与蜗杆配合,下滑板的两端设置导槽,所述导槽与导轨配合,所述导轨设置在机架上;所述蜗杆的端部设置齿轮一,所述齿轮一通过链条与电机一的输出轴上的小齿轮连接;
所述下滑板靠近主动辊组的端部设置刀片;
所述刀片与滑板同步运行,分段裁剪;
所述主动辊组包括上主动辊及下主动辊,所述上主动辊的辊轴设置在上夹板上,上夹板的上方与气缸二的活塞固定,气缸二固定在支架上;
所述下主动辊的一端设置从动齿轮,从动齿轮通过链条与电机二输出轴上的主动轮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,其特征在于:所述上压刀通过螺栓固定在上压板的固定孔内,所述固定孔为多组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,其特征在于:所述上压刀的底部截面为三角形,下压模的上面设置相应的形状与之配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,其特征在于:所述上夹板设置导柱二,所述支板设置定位通孔,所述导柱二与定位通孔配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,其特征在于:所述上压板的对角位置设置定位通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温砌块外套加强网的定型装置,其特征在于:所述定尺装置可根据砌块的规格灵活调整定型尺寸。
