Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及防止污染物、湿气和液体进入压缩机、压缩系统或需要清洁的气体的任何机械系统的方法。这是通过洗涤来自湿气、污染物和液体的入口流体来完成的,所述湿气、污染物和液体可能对零件造成严重损坏。
背景技术
压缩机或压缩系统的常见故障模式来自进入压缩机和系统的污染物、湿气或液体制冷剂。
目前,使用单独的过滤干燥器来过滤污染物和湿气。单独的储存器也串联连接以除去少量的液态制冷剂。通常,单独的接收罐也串联连接以在储存器不足够大的情况下容纳额外的液体。这种布置是昂贵的、复杂的,并且仍然不能保证防止湿气、污染物或液体进入压缩系统。
智能储存器的设计考虑了所有的故障模式。智能储存器被设计用于去除湿气、过滤掉污染物和管理液体,以使得没有液体可以进入需要清洁的气体的压缩机或压缩系统。
发明内容
在一个方面,本发明涉及具有集中可复现过滤系统的智能储存器,所述具有集中可复现过滤系统的智能储存器去除湿气、过滤污染物并防止液体进入压缩机或压缩机壳体。
在另一方面,智能储存器配备有过滤干燥器组件和液体触发开关,该液体触发开关连接到电路以在液位上升到设定水平以上时打开加热元件并关闭压缩机。加热元件将多余的液体蒸发掉以至安全水平,这会触发开关关闭并重新启用压缩机。

此外,智能储存器通过将进入管进入端口与螺接的盖充分隔离来防止液体进入压缩机。
入口管具有弹簧加载的止回阀,该弹簧加载的止回阀防止制冷剂回流。
入口管具有旁路安全瓣,如果过滤器组件被堵塞,则该旁路安全瓣打开。
进入管具有止回阀,在维修或压缩机故障的情况下,该止回阀限制从压缩机壳体的回流。

图1示出了智能储存器200。在典型系统中,智能储存器将通过管道直接地附接到压缩机壳体或可以放置在吸入管线中。
智能储存器200使用暴露于环境热的导热壳体208,以帮助蒸发任何制冷剂或挥发性液体。
智能储存器使用附接到壳体208的加热元件210。开关209被附接到壳体208。当壳体208内的液位增加到设定极限以上时,开关209触发接通。加热元件210加热液体以使其蒸发。
壳体208的内部具有支架207,该支架207保持过滤器组件218的保持件221。
壳体208连接到端口214以连接到高压腔室以达到均衡或在需要时释放高压。压力均衡端口214可以与一些阀连接,以在需要时从高压到低压以流体方式交换不能在高德尔塔压力启动的压缩机的流动至低德尔塔压力或用于降低压缩机或系统的非常高的排出压力。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于洗涤入口流体的智能储存器(200),所述入口流体来自湿气、污染物以及来自进入压缩机或压缩机壳体的液体,所述智能储存器(200)包括:
壳体(208),其包括焊接或螺接到壳体(208)上的顶盖(202);
连接到所述壳体(208)的入口管(201),所述入口管(201)具有安全瓣(204);
过滤器组件(218),其包括干燥剂(216)和过滤材料(215),其中所述干燥剂(216)设置于第一穿孔分割件(219,222)之间,以从进入到入口管(201)中的气体中去除湿气,所述过滤材料(215)设置在第二穿孔分割件(222,223)之间,以从经过干燥剂(216)之后的气体中去除污染物;
附接到所述壳体(208)的加热元件(210);

3.根据权利要求1所述的用于洗涤入口流体的智能储存器(200),其中,所述过滤材料(215)被填塞在所述干燥剂的外滤器(222)和在竖直位置的不同网孔尺寸的另一个限定几何形状的滤器(223)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于洗涤入口流体的智能储存器(200),其中,使用不同网孔尺寸的外滤器网(217)以根据需要过滤掉最小的颗粒尺寸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于洗涤入口流体的智能储存器(200),当液体形式的流体在所述壳体(208)内上升直到液位下降到设定水平以下时,使用所述开关(209)打开所述加热元件(210)并关闭压缩机。

9.根据权利要求1所述的用于洗涤入口流体的智能储存器(200),其中,所述智能储存器(200)的壳体(208)内部具有支架(207),所述支架(207)保持所述过滤器组件(218)的保持件(221)。
