When a product is ready to be put into the jig, the pushing cylinder pushes the pushing claw to advance, the second guide inclined surface is contacted with the first guide inclined surface and presses the front end of the pressing plate downwards (front end pressing spring), and at the moment, the front end of the pressing plate is tilted up to enable the pressing block to move outwards; after the product is put into, the pushing cylinder pulls the pushing claw backwards, so that the front end of the pressing plate is jacked up by the spring, and meanwhile, the rear end of the pressing plate drives the pressing block to move into the jig and press the product.
The fixing unit 65 comprises a fixing base 650, an adjusting cylinder 651, a connecting plate 652 and a flexible pressing block (sponge) 653, wherein the fixing base is arranged on the small turntable, the adjusting cylinder is arranged on the fixing base and drives the connecting plate to move up and down, an adjusting valve for controlling the pressure of the cylinder after descending is connected to the adjusting cylinder, and the sponge is arranged on the bottom surface of one end of the connecting plate.
When the turntable jig provided with the HULL is transferred to the light guide plate assembly station, the power key assembly station, the right hot melting station and the left hot melting station, the air cylinder drives the connecting plate and the sponge to descend to press the upper part of the HULL, so that the HULL is fixed.

When the product to be subjected to hot melting rotates to the right hot melting station and the left hot melting station, the translation cylinder drives the first frame body to move forwards, so that the hot melting frame is inserted into the HULL, the hot melting head reaches the position to be heated, and the lifting cylinder drives the first frame body to descend so that the hot melting head is in contact with the product for heating.
When the second assembly unit works (taking a turntable jig as an example), the turnover mechanism absorbs HULL from the transfer jig, rotates by 90 degrees and puts the HULL to the turntable assembly; rotating the turntable, pressing the HULL by a pressing mechanism in the light guide plate assembly station, sucking a power key from the feeder by a first manipulator, and putting the power key into the HULL in the turntable assembly; the rotary table rotates, a pressing mechanism in the power key assembly station presses the HULL, and the second manipulator sucks the light guide plate from the feeder and puts the light guide plate into the HULL in the rotary table assembly; rotating the turntable, pressing the HULL by a pressing mechanism in the right hot melting station, and heating the right assembled finished product by the hot melting assembly; rotating the turntable, pressing the HULL by a pressing mechanism in the left hot melting station, and heating the left assembled product by the hot melting assembly; and rotating the rotary table to take away the finished product after the hot melting in the blanking station.
