本发明提供了一种天然黑色饮料。包括3~
10%(重量)的黑芝麻,0.1~0.5(重量)的食用碱,3~
9%(重量)的甜味剂,0.1~0.5%(重量)的复合型乳
化稳定剂,适量的酸味剂,其它的均为食用水。
Description
本发明涉及的是一种饮料,特别涉及的是一种黑色食品领域的黑色饮料。
目前已开发生产的黑色食品主要有黑芝麻糊、黑米羹、黑米酥等。这些产品具有一定的营养价值和保健功能,但就其生产技术而言,还停留在粗加工阶段,适应面较窄或口味较差或食用不方便,难以成为人们的日常食品。
鉴于以上原因,本发明的目的是为了提供一种口味好,食用方便,易消化吸收,营养价值高,保健功能强,老幼皆宜的天然黑色饮料。
本发明黑色饮料的组份和用量(重量百分比)如下:
黑芝麻 3~10
食用碱 0.1~0.5
甜味剂 3~9
复合型乳化稳定剂 0.1~0.5
酸味剂 适量
食用水 余量
甜味剂可采用蔗糖、蜂糖、果糖、乳糖、蛋白糖等,复合型乳化稳定剂可使油脂乳化、蛋白质稳定;酸味剂可根据口味采用乳酸、柠檬、醋酸等,用于调本发明饮料的pH值。
本发明中的甜味剂可采用蔗糖、蛋白糖,其用量(重量百分比)如下:
蔗糖 3~8
蛋白糖 0.05~0.3
采用蛋白糖,可降糖份,使本发明为低糖饮料,儿童饮用不龋齿,肥胖症、糖尿病患者均可放心使用。
黑芝麻既是食品又是药物,“性味甘。平口归肝、肾、大肠位,”能“补肝肾、益精血,润肠燥。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘”。本发明饮料以黑芝麻为主要原料,辅以其他营养物质。含有丰富的优质蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、膳食纤维,多种维生素及铁、锌、钙、镁、磷、硒锗等矿物元素,特别是维生素E及微量元素硒、锗的含量高。本发明饮料每毫升含维E>0.02毫克,每日饮用一听(250毫升)即可补充每日维E需要量的一半,本发明饮料每毫升含硒量>0.06微克,每日饮用即可补充摄入量之不足。微生素E和微量元素硒具有增强人体抗病、防癌功能的作用。
本发明的黑色饮料,以黑芝麻为主要原料,经过烫漂,磨浆,过滤,调味,乳化,均质,灌装,灭菌等而成。在加工过程中,黑芝麻中的各种营养物质得以充分保留,生产中不加任何合成色素、香精、防腐剂,实为上等保健之佳品。
与其他黑色食品相比,本发明口味好,食用方便,易消化吸收;与现在市场上销售的保健饮料(主要是植物蛋白饮料)相比,营养价值更高,保健功能更强。常饮本发明饮料,可增强体质,美容美发,增强人体免疫功能,延缓衰老,防治癌症。本发明饮料是一种老少皆宜的营养价值极高的天然保健饮料。
下面介绍本发明的实施例(见表1),但本发明的保护范围不仅限于下面的实施例:

本发明饮料样品经成都市产品质量监督检验所检验合格(见表2),经四川省食品卫生监督检验所检验,其结果符合国家冷饮食品卫生标准(GB2759-81)之规定(见表3)。

1、黑色饮料,其特征在于所述的饮料的组份和用量(重量百分比)如下:
黑芝麻 3~10
食用碱 0.1~0.5
甜味剂 3~9
复合型乳化稳定剂 0.1~0.5
酸味剂 适量
食用水 余量。
2、如权利要求1所述的黑色饮料,其特征在于所述的甜味剂可采用蔗糖、蛋白糖,其用量如下(重量百分比):
蔗糖 3~8
蛋白糖 0.05~0.3
