技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械领域,尤其涉及一种分动箱结构以及使用该结构的电传动轮胎式装载机。
背景技术
传统的装载机主要为液力传动方式,其传动系统主要由发动机、双变系统、传动轴、驱动桥等几部分组成,而电传动方式因其传动效率高、结构简单、元件使用寿命长、易实现等优点,逐渐成为大型工程机械的发展趋势。
电传动装载机传动方式为发动机直连发电机,发电机通过传动轴机械驱动分动箱,一方面发电机通过电控程序驱动牵引电机,带动轮边减速器,实现车体运动,另一方面,单个液压泵的轴与分动箱内部的齿轮连接,根据液压系统需求,配置分动箱的输出轴即取力口数量,满足装载机多种液压泵的取力需求。
传统装载机无专门的分动箱结构,其双变系统同时输出动力给驱动桥,这样的话,其只能为液压泵等提供数量有限的取力口。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种分动箱及电传动轮胎式装载机,实现分动箱取力口数量、输出扭矩可按需配置,满足电传动轮胎式装载机的功能需求。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种分动箱,包括箱体,所述箱体上转动安装有输入轴、输出轴Ⅰ、输出轴Ⅱ、输出轴Ⅲ、输出轴Ⅳ和输出轴Ⅴ;所述输入轴和输出轴Ⅳ同轴,输出轴Ⅰ和输出轴Ⅲ同轴,输出轴Ⅱ和输出轴Ⅴ同轴,所述输出轴Ⅲ、输出轴Ⅳ、输出轴Ⅴ平行且在同一水平面上;所述输入轴上安装有输入齿轮,输出轴上安装有输出齿轮Ⅰ,输出轴Ⅱ上安装有输出齿轮Ⅱ。
其进一步是:所述输入轴、输出轴Ⅰ、输出轴Ⅱ、输出轴Ⅲ、输出轴Ⅳ和输出轴Ⅴ与箱体通过圆锥滚子轴承回转连接。
所述箱体底部开有下油口,箱体顶部开有上油口,箱体内装有油液,下油口、上油口之间连接有润滑冷却系统;所述润滑冷却系统包括齿轮油润滑泵,齿轮油润滑泵与箱体上的输出轴连接;所述齿轮油润滑泵进油口连接箱体下油口,齿轮油润滑泵出油口连接有油水分离器;所述油水分离器出油口连接有冷却器和控制阀组件,冷却器出油口连接控制阀组件;所述控制阀组件出油口连接至箱体上油口。
所述控制阀组件包括溢流阀、温度传感器、压力传感器和背压阀;所述溢流阀与冷却器并联,溢流阀进油口与连接油水分离器出油口连通;所述溢流阀、冷却器出油口通过所述背压阀连通至箱体上油口;所述温度传感器、压力传感器连接在背压阀的进油口端。
所述箱体内安装有喷油嘴,喷油嘴与箱体上油口连通;进入喷油嘴内的高压油,经喷油嘴喷射到输入轴、输出轴Ⅰ、输出轴Ⅱ、输出轴Ⅲ、输出轴Ⅳ和输出轴Ⅴ与箱体的回转连接处。
所述温度传感器、压力传感器连接有报警显示装置,报警显示装置位于驾驶室中。
所述箱体上部装有空气和油液分离器,箱体内的经喷油嘴喷射产生的油雾经过空气和油液分离器;分离后的油液连通至箱体下油口,分离后的空气经空气过滤器连通至箱体外部。
所述冷却器位于装载机的发动机冷水循环管路中。

一种电传动轮胎式装载机,采用权利要求1至8中任一分动箱,包括发动机;所述发动机连接有交流发电机;所述交流发电机转轴连接所述分动箱,分动箱为液压泵提供取力口输出动力;交流发电机电连接有控制柜;所述控制柜电连接有四个电机;四个所述电机分别连接一个独立驱动轮边减速器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
该分动箱多动力输出口通过连接不同的液压泵及不同泵的组合安装,满足装载机铲装、举升、卸载、散热、润滑等多种功能需求;通过润滑冷却系统实现分动箱润滑和冷却,解决分动箱在多动力输出工况下的润滑、散热问题;
电传动轮胎式装载机采用四轮独立驱动,通过安装该分动箱,完成该装载机的各项功能所需液压泵的需求。具有运行平稳、传动链短,传动效率大、可靠性高等优点,实现四轮独立驱动,能解决单边打滑、空转的问题,降低轮胎磨损。

结合图1所示,一种分动箱,箱体1上通过圆锥滚子轴承转动安装输入轴12、输出轴Ⅰ13、输出轴Ⅱ14、输出轴Ⅲ15、输出轴Ⅳ16和输出轴Ⅴ17。输入轴12和输出轴Ⅳ16同轴固定,输出轴Ⅰ13和输出轴Ⅲ15同轴固定,输出轴Ⅱ14和输出轴Ⅴ17同轴固定,并且输出轴Ⅲ15、输出轴Ⅳ16、输出轴Ⅴ17平行且在同一水平面上。输入轴12上安装输入齿轮19,输出轴13上安装有输出齿轮Ⅰ18,输出轴Ⅱ14上安装有输出齿轮Ⅱ20。输入齿轮19分别与输出齿轮Ⅰ18、输出齿轮Ⅱ20相啮合,输入齿轮19与输出齿轮Ⅰ18、输出齿轮Ⅱ20的齿轮系配比根据工况选择同配比或者不同配比。
本实施例中有1个输入轴,输入齿轮啮合输出齿轮I,输出齿轮I可作为输入齿轮,啮合其他输出齿轮……,最终实现1个输入口,2N+1个输出口,且根据齿轮系配比不同,实现输出扭矩特定比例分配。
分动箱的输入轴12通过法兰与发电机传动轴连接,多个输出轴可为电传动装载机安装工作泵、转向泵、分动箱齿轮油循环泵、独立散热泵、增压泵等液压泵,根据整车布局可自由调整各取力口配置不同类型液压泵。分动箱同一取力口可串联数量有限的液压泵,满足整机功能需要。
箱体1采用整体焊接式结构,制造工艺简单,便于轴承的拆装。箱体1上留有油位观测孔,用于安装油液位显示器。箱体1上留有螺纹孔,箱体1通过螺纹连接安装有整体式焊接支座;整体式焊接支座上开有长条孔,整体式焊接支座通过长条孔与装载机车架螺纹连接,保证箱体1可上下调节位置,便于安装。
该分动箱实现了多动力输出工况,为了解决分动箱在多动力输出工况下的润滑、散热问题,分动箱连接一个润滑冷却系统,使箱体内的油在齿轮间与冷却器间循环流动,起到润滑与冷却的目的,具体的:
箱体1底部开有下油口,箱体1顶部开有上油口,箱体1内装有油液,润滑冷却系统连接在下油口、上油口之间;
结合图2所示,润滑冷却系统包括齿轮油润滑泵2,齿轮油润滑泵采用叶轮式定量泵。齿轮油润滑泵2与箱体1上的非驱动端的输出轴连接,分动箱工作时可以带动齿轮油润滑泵2运转。齿轮油润滑泵2进油口连接箱体1下油口,从箱体1吸油,然后通过齿轮油润滑泵2加压后运送至油水分离器3。所述油水分离器3出油口连接有冷却器4和控制阀组件5,冷却器4出油口连接控制阀组件5;控制阀组件5出油口连接至箱体1上油口。冷却器4位于装载机的发动机冷水循环管路中,实现油液的冷却,冷却器也可通过风扇进行风冷。控制阀组件5控制端连接油水分离器3出油口,控制阀组件5出油口连接至箱体1上油口。
控制阀组件5包括溢流阀6、温度传感器7、压力传感器8和背压阀9。溢流阀6与冷却器4并联,溢流阀6进油口与连接油水分离器3出油口连通。溢流阀6、冷却器4出油口通过背压阀9连通至箱体1上油口。温度传感器7、压力传感器8连接在背压阀9的进油口端。温度传感器7、压力传感器8连接有报警显示装置,分动箱的压力和温度如果超出限制条件,温度传感器7、压力传感器8将会发出警告和报警,并直接显示到驾驶室屏幕,便于驾驶员识别。
箱体1内安装有喷油嘴,喷油嘴与箱体1上油口连通;进入喷油嘴内的高压油,经喷油嘴喷射到输入轴12、输出轴Ⅰ13、输出轴Ⅱ14、输出轴Ⅲ15、输出轴Ⅳ16和输出轴Ⅴ17与箱体1的回转连接处。箱体1上部装有空气和油液分离器,箱体内的经喷油嘴喷射产生的油雾经过空气和油液分离器;分离后的油液连通至箱体1下油口,分离后的空气经空气过滤器连通至箱体1外部,有效防止空气污染及箱体内油液污染。
工作过程:
齿轮油润滑泵2将油液从分动箱箱体1底部下油口泵出,进入油水分离器3进行过滤,而后流入控制阀组件5;
当流经控制阀5的油流量超过一定限值时,造成阀5内压力上升,溢流阀6检测该压力,将向溢流阀6内的回油孔释放超出的压力;分动箱上部的上油口上装有背压阀9,可有效防止油液回流。大部分油液会流向冷却器4,经过冷却器4降温冷却后的油液返回组件5;
加压后的油液流向分动箱顶部的喷油嘴,经过喷油嘴喷射对各圆锥滚子轴承有效的润滑和冷却,油流过轴承后,返回齿轮箱底部的集油槽,完成整个齿轮润滑油液循环。
实施例二
结合图3所示,一种电传动轮胎式装载机,在上述实施例一的基础上;
发动机B1连接交流发电机B2,交流发电机B2转轴连接分动箱B3,分动箱B3为液压泵B4提供取力口输出动力。交流发电机B2电连接有控制柜B5,控制柜B5电连接四个轮边驱动电机B6,四个电机B6分别连接一个轮边减速器。
本电传动轮胎式装载机为四轮独立驱动,实现“交—直—交”控制模式。发动机B1提供动力,一方面,经过交流发电机B2,将动力传递给分动箱B3,由分动箱为液压泵B4提供取力口,输出动力。另一方面,由控制柜B5,将交流发电机B2发出的交流电经过整流逆变后再供给轮边驱动电机B6,电机B6带动四个轮边减速器,最终实现电传动装载机的四轮独立驱动,差速转向等功能。
Claims (10)
1.一种分动箱,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)上转动安装有输入轴(12)、输出轴Ⅰ(13)、输出轴Ⅱ(14)、输出轴Ⅲ(15)、输出轴Ⅳ(16)和输出轴Ⅴ(17);所述输入轴(12)和输出轴Ⅳ(16)同轴,输出轴Ⅰ(13)和输出轴Ⅲ(15)同轴,输出轴Ⅱ(14)和输出轴Ⅴ(17)同轴,所述输出轴Ⅲ(15)、输出轴Ⅳ(16)、输出轴Ⅴ(17)平行且在同一水平面上;所述输入轴(12)上安装有输入齿轮(19),输出轴(13)上安装有输出齿轮Ⅰ(18),输出轴Ⅱ(14)上安装有输出齿轮Ⅱ(20);所述输入齿轮(19)分别与输出齿轮Ⅰ(18)、输出齿轮Ⅱ(20)相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述输入轴(12)、输出轴Ⅰ(13)、输出轴Ⅱ(14)、输出轴Ⅲ(15)、输出轴Ⅳ(16)和输出轴Ⅴ(17)与箱体(1)通过圆锥滚子轴承回转连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部开有下油口,箱体(1)顶部开有上油口,箱体(1)内装有油液,下油口、上油口之间连接有润滑冷却系统;
所述润滑冷却系统包括齿轮油润滑泵(2),齿轮油润滑泵(2)与箱体(1)上的输出轴连接;所述齿轮油润滑泵(2)进油口连接箱体(1)下油口,齿轮油润滑泵(2)出油口连接有油水分离器(3);所述油水分离器(3)出油口连接有冷却器(4)和控制阀组件(5),冷却器(4)出油口连接控制阀组件(5);所述控制阀组件(5)出油口连接至箱体(1)上油口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述控制阀组件(5)包括溢流阀(6)、温度传感器(7)、压力传感器(8)和背压阀(9);所述溢流阀(6)与冷却器(4)并联,溢流阀(6)进油口与连接油水分离器(3)出油口连通;所述溢流阀(6)、冷却器(4)出油口通过所述背压阀(9)连通至箱体(1)上油口;所述温度传感器(7)、压力传感器(8)连接在背压阀(9)的进油口端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内安装有喷油嘴,喷油嘴与箱体(1)上油口连通;进入喷油嘴内的高压油,经喷油嘴喷射到输入轴(12)、输出轴Ⅰ(13)、输出轴Ⅱ(14)、输出轴Ⅲ(15)、输出轴Ⅳ(16)和输出轴Ⅴ(17)与箱体(1)的回转连接处。
6.根据权利要求4所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述温度传感器(7)、压力传感器(8)连接有报警显示装置,报警显示装置位于驾驶室中。
7.根据权利要求5所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)上部装有空气和油液分离器,箱体内的经喷油嘴喷射产生的油雾经过空气和油液分离器;分离后的油液连通至箱体(1)下油口,分离后的空气经空气过滤器连通至箱体(1)外部。
8.根据权利要求3所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述冷却器(4)位于装载机的发动机冷水循环管路中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的分动箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)上留有螺纹孔,箱体(1)通过螺纹连接安装有整体式焊接支座;所述整体式焊接支座上开有长条孔,整体式焊接支座通过长条孔与装载机车架螺纹连接。
10.一种电传动轮胎式装载机,采用权利要求1至8中任一分动箱(B3),包括发动机(B1);所述发动机(B1)连接有交流发电机(B2);所述交流发电机(B2)转轴连接所述分动箱(B3),分动箱(B3)为液压泵(B4)提供取力口输出动力;交流发电机(B2)电连接有控制柜(B5);所述控制柜(B5)电连接有四个电机(B6);四个所述电机(B6)分别连接一个独立驱动轮边减速器。
