4. The transit device for accessing container lock buttons according to claim 1, wherein,
the jaw drive mechanism includes:
a cam clamping mechanism which is arranged on the vertical rods in a sliding way and is provided with two cams which are respectively in sliding fit in the two cam grooves;
a first mount mounted to the first mounting plate, comprising: a first upper mounting plate and a first lower mounting plate which are parallel up and down; and
the first screw rod is clamped between the first upper mounting plate and the first lower mounting plate, the upper end of the first screw rod penetrates through the first upper mounting plate and is connected with an output shaft of a first speed reducer assembly positioned on the upper surface of the first upper mounting plate, and the first screw rod is connected with the cam clamping mechanism through a first connecting mechanism which is in threaded fit with the first screw rod and penetrates through the first mounting plate.
5. The transfer device for accessing a container lock knob according to claim 4, wherein the vertical elevating mechanism comprises:
the second installation frame is installed between the two mechanism installation plates and comprises a second upper installation plate and a second lower installation plate which are parallel up and down; and
and the upper end of the second screw rod penetrates through the second upper mounting plate and is connected with an output shaft of a second speed reducer assembly positioned on the upper surface of the second upper mounting plate, and the second screw rod is connected with the first upper mounting plate through a second connecting mechanism in threaded fit with the second screw rod.
6. The transfer device for accessing container lock buttons according to claim 1, wherein guide grooves slidingly engaged with the second guide bars are provided on the two mechanism mounting plates, respectively.
7. The transit device for accessing container lock buttons of claim 1, wherein said braid-pulling mechanism further comprises: a spacing frame, comprising:
one ends of the two first limiting rods are respectively hinged to the outer sides of the two mechanism mounting plates;
the second limiting rods are connected between the other ends of the two first limiting rods;
a notch part which is arranged on the second limiting rod and is matched with the shoulder part of the lock button in shape;
the two first limiting rods are respectively provided with a sliding groove, and two sides of the third mounting plate are respectively provided with a rod-shaped piece which is in sliding fit with the sliding grooves, so that the limiting frame rotates along with the movement of the connecting plate.
8. The transit device for accessing container lock buttons of claim 1, wherein said braid-pulling fork comprises:
the upper braid fork and the lower braid fork are symmetrically hinged to the top surface and the bottom surface of the third mounting plate, one ends of the upper braid fork and the lower braid fork are hinged to one end of the connecting piece respectively, and the other end of the connecting piece is hinged to the movable plate.
9. The method for storing a lock button of a container lock button access relay apparatus according to claim 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) The lock button dismounting mechanical arm moves to a corner fitting of the container, and the lock button is taken out of the corner fitting by the lock button dismounting clamp and transported to the clamping jaw mechanism;
(2) The clamping jaw mechanism is used for clamping the lock knob, and the lock cylinder rotating motor is used for driving the lock cylinder torsion mechanism to rotate an upper lock tongue of the lock knob;
(3) The second driving mechanism drives the connecting plate to move so as to reset the lock braid of the lock button, and then the braid pulling mechanism resets after the third driving mechanism drives the movable plate to be far away from the lock button so as to drive the braid pulling fork to be closed;
(4) The first driving mechanism drives the mechanism mounting plate to move along the first guide rail so that the lock button moves to the lock button storage container, the vertical lifting mechanism adjusts the position state of the lock button and then inserts the lock button into the lock button storage container, and the clamping jaw mechanism resets the transfer clamping lock mechanism after releasing the lock button.
10. A method for accessing a lock button of a container lock button access relay device according to claim 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) The transfer clamp lock mechanism moves to the lock button storage container position, the transfer clamp lock mechanism descends to clamp one lock button by using the clamping jaw mechanism, and then pulls out the lock button and ascends;
(2) The first driving mechanism drives the mechanism mounting plate to move along the first guide rail so that the transfer clamping and locking mechanism moves to the position of the lock button dismounting mechanical arm, the clamping jaw mechanism descends to the connecting position, the lock button dismounting mechanical arm moves towards the position of the clamping jaw mechanism, the lock button is clamped by the lock button dismounting clamp, and the transfer clamping and locking mechanism resets after the clamping jaw mechanism releases the lock button.
