本发明提供特种功能面料的制备方法,属于纺织面料技术领域,包括:X1、制备具有吸湿快干性与耐热性的表层面料;X2、制备具有干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性的里层面料:X3、制备中间层面料并在所述中间层面料两面涂覆粘合剂;X4、通过贴合机将表层面料、中间层面料和里层面料进行贴合即得。有益效果为:三层结构的特种功能面料具有较高的吸湿排汗、防暑降温的作用以及较为优秀的耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,可广泛应用于化学防护服装、消防服装、户外特种服装、防辐射服装等特种应用领域。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及特种功能面料的制备方法。
背景技术
特种功能面料是指通过改变面料性质,添加功能性材料,使得面料具有特殊的阻燃、吸湿排汗、抗油防水、防静电、防紫外线、防辐射等“特殊功能”,是一般服装面料所不具备或达不到的性能。特种功能面料有很多种,广泛适用于服装服饰、箱包手袋、户外运动休闲用品、水上运动用品、家居家俱类,及特殊功能类等。
现有的特种功能面料主要有:1抗静电面料,采用亲水整理或加导电纤维的方法,使面料具有导电性,这种面料不易吸灰、抗静电,很适合制作地毯和特种工作服如防尘服等;2阻燃面料,涤纶阻燃面料,采用最新型的阻燃剂整理,具有耐水洗、阻燃效果极佳,手感好、无毒安全等特点,该面料具有阻燃、耐磨、耐温、耐洗、防酸碱、防水、防静电、强度大等特点,适用于制做冶金、油田、煤矿、化工、电力、消防行业防护服装的理想面料;3超防水织物,普通的雨衣可以防止雨水的渗透,但不利于排除汗水和水蒸气,透湿防水面料改变了这一缺点,利用水蒸气微粒和雨滴大小的极大差异,在织物表面贴合孔径小于雨珠的多孔结构薄膜,从而使雨珠不能穿过,而水蒸气、汗液却能顺利通过,有利于透气;4防辐射面料,防护适合家庭看电视,办公室办公,一般情况下都可以很好的起到防护保护作用;5抗静电面料,采用不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维、防静电合成纤维与涤棉混纺或混织布,能自动电晕放电或泄漏放电,可消除衣服及人体带电,同时供防静电的帽子、袜子、鞋。现有的功能面料多是具有单一的特种功能,而且制备工序较为复杂,因此开发出一种具有多种特种功能、制备方法简单的特种功能面料具有较为理想的应用领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种特种功能面料及其制备方法,三层结构的特种功能面料具有较高的吸湿排汗、防暑降温的作用以及较为优秀的耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,可广泛应用于化学防护服装、消防服装、户外特种服装、防辐射服装等特种应用领域。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的技术方案为:
一种特种功能面料,其包括:
表层面料,具体为具有吸湿快干性与耐热性的混纺面料;和
里层面料,具体为具有干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性的混纺面料;以及
中间层面料,所述中间层面料位于表层面料与里层面料之间且粘合所述表层面料和里层面料,与所述表层面料及所述里层面料成为一体,且配置在具有不同伸缩性的所述表层面料及所述里层面料之间,并由具有各向同性伸缩性的材质形成。
本发明的特种功能面料的表层面料具有较为优异的吸湿快干性、耐热性,而里层面料却是干爽特性以及耐化学腐蚀性,利用中间层面料将多功能的表层和里层结构粘合起来,贴合度高,制备速度快,且特种功能面料的料面轻薄,手感柔软,悬垂性能良好,具有较高的吸湿排汗、防暑降温的作用,同时具有较为优秀的耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,其可广泛应用于户外特种服装、健身练功服装以及化学防护服、消防服装等特种应用领域。
优选地,所述特种功能面料的表层面料由莫代尔纤维、炭纤维、竹纤维、PTFE纤维以及棉纤维混纺编织而成,以为所述特种功能面料提供吸湿快干性与耐热性。
进一步优选地,所述特种功能面料的表层面料的各组分按重量份计为:
莫代尔纤维25~31wt%;
炭纤维12~15wt%;
竹纤维25~31wt%;
PTFE纤维15~18wt%;
棉纤维5~23wt%。
优选地,所述特种功能面料的里层面料由Coolcool纤维、氟纤维以及涤纶低弹丝混纺编织而成,以在所述表层面料的底层为所述特种功能面料提供干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性。
进一步优选地,所述特种功能面料的里层面料的各组分按重量份计为:
Coolcool纤维20~35wt%;
氟纤维15~30wt%;
涤纶低弹丝35~65wt%。
优选地,所述特种功能面料的中间层面料由在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间提供空气层,并配置有部分地减弱强性多孔的面状伸缩材构成,同时中间层面料将所述外层面料及所述里层面料紧密贴合。
进一步优选地,所述中间层面料由以形成所述多孔且具有橡胶弹性的软质耐化学材形成。
进一步优选地,所述中间层面料还可由以下任何一个构成:

进一步优选地,所述外层面料的制备步骤中的亲水整理方法为:面料→洗油→高温高压染色→水洗→脱水→8%NaOH溶液、TF-620整理剂→焙烘定型;整理后的织物具有很好的亲水性,吸水速度>18cm/min,具有较为优异的吸湿快干性能,同时组分中的炭纤维、竹纤维赋予了外层面料以抗菌抑菌功能,PTFE纤维为外层面料带来了耐化学腐蚀性,从而使外层面料具有应用于特种应用场合下所需的多种功能。
优选地,所述里层面料的制备步骤包括:
Y1、所述里层面料的各组分按配方量混纺编制成里层面料1;
Y2、里层面料1经干爽整理后即得克重<100g/m2、表面接触角为100~120度的里层面料。
进一步优选地,所述内层面料的制备步骤中的干爽整理方法为:面料→洗油→高温高压染色→水洗→脱水→轧拒水拒油助剂C6→焙烘定型;经干爽整理后的内层面料不沾水、不吸湿,具有一定的拒水功能,其表面接触角为100~120度,组分中的氟纤维赋予了内层面料较为优异的耐化学腐蚀性能,使其可应用于防护服、消防服装等特种应用领域。
优选地,所述中间层面料的两面涂覆有粘合剂,所述粘合剂由聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液、聚酯复合胶、异氰酸酯以及粒径为30~50nm的纳米二氧化锆粉四种成分以10~200:50~100:5~15:1的重量比例混合而成,涂布重量为0.5~12g/m2。粘合剂可有效地将中间层面料粘附在表层面料与里层面料之间,防止所述表层面料与所述里层面料出现滑移,贴合度高,粘附速度快,纳米二氧化锆粉有利于分散粘合剂的各组分,避免中间层面料出现高低不平与坑洼起伏,进一步提高所述中间层面料与所述表层面料、所述里层面料的贴合密实度;此外,纳米二氧化锆粉还可赋予中间面料层以及最终的特种功能面料以耐辐射性能,从而可使特种功能面料可应用于隔离较低当量辐射的防辐射服领域,进一步拓宽了所述特种功能面料的应用。

特种功能面料的制备方法简单,中间层面料与所述表层面料、里层面料的贴合度高,制备速度快,且特种功能面料的料面轻薄,手感柔软,悬垂性能良好,具有较高的吸湿排汗、防暑降温的作用,同时具有较为优秀的耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,其可广泛应用于户外特种服装、健身练功服装、化学防护服、消防服装、防辐射服装等特种应用领域。
本发明还提供了上述特种功能面料的应用,其包括:
1)、所述特种功能面料在户外特种服装中的应用;
2)、所述特种功能面料在化学防护服装中的应用;
3)、所述特种功能面料在消防服装中的应用;
4)、所述特种功能面料在防辐射服装中的应用;
5)、所述特种功能面料在健身练功服装中的应用。
本发明的有益效果为:
1)空气由最小的里层面料孔隙通过较小的中间层面料孔隙、最大的表层面料孔隙而进入外界,三层面料层不一致的孔隙孔径造成了特种功能面料内外的负压,外界的热空气无法依次通过表层面料、中间层面料、里层面料进入特种功能面料内层,因此起到隔热防热的效果;
2)粘合剂中的纳米二氧化锆粉有利于分散粘合剂的各组分,避免中间层面料出现高低不平与坑洼起伏,进一步提高所述中间层面料与所述表层面料、所述里层面料的贴合密实度;
3)纳米二氧化锆粉还可赋予中间面料层以及最终的特种功能面料以耐辐射性能,从而可使特种功能面料可应用于隔离较低当量辐射的防辐射服领域,进一步拓宽了所述特种功能面料的应用;
4)特种功能面料的制备方法简单,中间层面料与表层面料、里层面料的贴合度高,制备速度快,料面轻薄,手感柔软,悬垂性能良好,具有较高的吸湿排汗、防暑降温的作用以及较为优秀的耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,其可广泛应用于户外特种服装、健身练功服装、化学防护服、消防服装、防辐射服装等特种应用领域。
本发明采用了上述技术方案提供特种功能面料的制备方法,弥补了现有技术的不足,设计合理,操作方便。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种特种功能面料,其包括:
表层面料,具体为具有吸湿快干性与耐热性的混纺面料;和
里层面料,具体为具有干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性的混纺面料;以及
中间层面料,所述中间层面料位于表层面料与里层面料之间且粘合所述表层面料和里层面料,与所述表层面料及所述里层面料成为一体,且配置在具有不同伸缩性的所述表层面料及所述里层面料之间,并由具有各向同性伸缩性的材质形成。特种功能面料的表层面料具有较为优异的吸湿快干性、耐热性,而里层面料却是干爽特性以及耐化学腐蚀性,利用中间层面料将多功能的表层和里层结构粘合起来,贴合度高,制备速度快,且特种功能面料的料面轻薄,手感柔软,悬垂性能良好,具有较高的吸湿排汗、防暑降温的作用,同时具有较为优秀的耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,其可广泛应用于户外特种服装、健身练功服装以及化学防护服、消防服装等特种应用领域。
所述特种功能面料的表层面料由莫代尔纤维、炭纤维、竹纤维、PTFE纤维以及棉纤维混纺编织而成,以为所述特种功能面料提供吸湿快干性与耐热性;各组分按重量份计为:
莫代尔纤维25wt%;
炭纤维12wt%;
竹纤维25wt%;
PTFE纤维15wt%;
棉纤维23wt%。
所述特种功能面料的里层面料由Coolcool纤维、氟纤维以及涤纶低弹丝混纺编织而成,以在所述表层面料的底层为所述特种功能面料提供干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性;各组分按重量份计为:
Coolcool纤维20wt%;
氟纤维15wt%;
涤纶低弹丝65wt%。
所述特种功能面料的中间层面料由在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间提供空气层,并配置有部分地减弱强性多孔的面状伸缩材构成,同时中间层面料将所述外层面料及所述里层面料紧密贴合。
所述中间层面料由以形成所述多孔且具有橡胶弹性的软质耐化学材形成。

所述中间层面料的两面涂覆有粘合剂,所述粘合剂由聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液、聚酯复合胶、异氰酸酯以及粒径为30~40nm的纳米二氧化锆粉四种成分以30:80:10:1的重量比例混合而成,涂布重量为1g/m2。粘合剂可有效地将中间层面料粘附在表层面料与里层面料之间,防止所述表层面料与所述里层面料出现滑移,贴合度高,粘附速度快,纳米二氧化锆粉有利于分散粘合剂的各组分,避免中间层面料出现高低不平与坑洼起伏,进一步提高所述中间层面料与所述表层面料、所述里层面料的贴合密实度;此外,纳米二氧化锆粉还可赋予中间面料层以及最终的特种功能面料以耐辐射性能,从而可使特种功能面料可应用于隔离较低当量辐射的防辐射服领域,进一步拓宽了所述特种功能面料的应用。

Coolcool纤维35wt%;
氟纤维30wt%;
涤纶低弹丝35wt%。
所述特种功能面料的中间层面料由在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间提供空气层,并配置有部分地减弱强性多孔的面状伸缩材构成,同时中间层面料将所述外层面料及所述里层面料紧密贴合。
所述中间层面料还可由以下构成:
形成提供所述多孔的网状,由伸缩的原丝制造并在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间伸缩变形的针织或经向斜纹毛织布形成的网状面料。

对比实施例V8与实施例2基本相同,不同之处在于对比实施例V8中,所述中间层面料的两面涂覆有粘合剂,所述粘合剂由聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液、聚酯复合胶以及异氰酸酯三种成分以10:10:1的重量比例混合而成,涂布重量为2g/m2。
测试例:
依据欧洲阻燃标准EN11612,欧洲抗静电标准EN1149-3、欧洲面料防电弧标准EN61482、欧洲面料防水标准EN343、欧洲面料防酸碱体标准EN13034,分别对优选实施例1-2以及对比实施例V3-V8进行阻燃、抗静电、防电弧、防水、防酸碱测试,测试结果如表1所示。
由表1可知,本发明的优选实施例1与实施例2中的特种功能面料的阻燃效果较好,抗性强度高,同时该面料满足欧洲阻燃标准EN11612、欧洲抗静电标准EN1149-3、欧洲面料防电弧标准EN61482、欧洲面料防水标准EN343、欧洲面料防酸碱体标准EN13034等标准。

Claims (10)
1.特种功能面料,其特种在于包括:
表层面料,具体为具有吸湿快干性与耐热性的混纺面料;和
里层面料,具体为具有干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性的混纺面料;以及
中间层面料,所述中间层面料位于表层面料与里层面料之间且粘合所述表层面料和里层面料,与所述表层面料及所述里层面料成为一体,且配置在具有不同伸缩性的所述表层面料及所述里层面料之间,并由具有各向同性伸缩性的材质形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:所述特种功能面料的表层面料由莫代尔纤维、炭纤维、竹纤维、PTFE纤维以及棉纤维混纺编织而成,以为所述特种功能面料提供吸湿快干性与耐热性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:所述特种功能面料的里层面料由Coolcool纤维、氟纤维以及涤纶低弹丝混纺编织而成,以在所述表层面料的底层为所述特种功能面料提供干爽特性与耐化学腐蚀性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:所述中间层面料由在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间提供空气层,并配置有部分地减弱强性多孔的面状伸缩材构成,同时中间层面料将所述外层面料及所述里层面料紧密贴合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:
所述中间层面料由以形成所述多孔且具有橡胶弹性的软质耐化学材形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:所述中间层面料还可由以下任何一个构成:
形成提供所述多孔的网状,由伸缩的原丝制造并在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间伸缩变形的针织或经向斜纹毛织布形成的网状面料;
由中空纤维形成具有伸缩性的空气网状面料;
连接所述外层面料及所述里层面料即两层面料之间,由提供弹性力的绒毛织物形成,并以所述绒毛织物一体地连接所述两层面料之间并提供弹性力,通过所述绒毛织物在所述外层面料及所述里层面料之间伸缩变形的立体空气网状。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:所述特种功能面料中,所述表层面料孔隙孔径>所述中间层面料孔隙孔径>所述里层面料孔隙孔径。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的特种功能面料,其特征在于:所述中间层面料的两面涂覆有粘合剂,所述粘合剂由聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液、聚酯复合胶、异氰酸酯以及粒径为30~50nm的纳米二氧化锆粉四种成分以10~200:50~100:5~15:1的重量比例混合而成,涂布重量为0.5~12g/m2。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的特种功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括:
X1、制备表层面料;
X2、制备里层面料:
X3、制备中间层面料并在所述中间层面料两面涂覆粘合剂;
X4、通过贴合机将表层面料、中间层面料和里层面料进行贴合即得。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的特种功能面料的应用,其特征在于包括:
1)、所述特种功能面料在户外特种服装中的应用;和/或
2)、所述特种功能面料在化学防护服装中的应用;和/或
3)、所述特种功能面料在消防服装中的应用;和/或
4)、所述特种功能面料在防辐射服装中的应用;和/或
5)、所述特种功能面料在健身练功服装中的应用。
