Background
With the development of industrialization, artificial hatching is a relatively mature technology. The artificial imitation of the hatching of the female poultry is a bionic poultry egg hatching method, and the hatching quantity and the hatching rate can be improved; the temperature of the eggs does not reach the requirement when the eggs are placed into the incubator at the initial stage, and the temperature in the incubator does not reach the requirement, so that the temperature in the incubator needs to be rapidly raised, a large amount of hot air needs to be introduced into the incubator, the hot air simultaneously enters the incubator in a large amount, the pressure in the incubator is instantly raised, the air flow in the incubator cannot be rapidly discharged, the incubator is continuously in a high-pressure state, and the incubation rate of the eggs is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an egg incubator in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a poultry egg incubator comprises an incubator, a sealing door movably connected to the side wall of the incubator, and a material carrying plate arranged in the incubator, wherein a movable groove matched with the material carrying plate is formed in the inner wall of the incubator, a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the material carrying plate, a plurality of first through holes are formed in the top of the incubator, an air guide pipe is arranged in each first through hole, the air guide pipe is made of elastic materials, a gas gathering disc is arranged at the bottom of the air guide pipe, a fixing block is arranged on the inner wall of each first through hole, the fixing block is made of elastic materials, and the air guide pipe penetrates through the fixing block; the side wall of the heat preservation box is provided with an installation box, an air heater is arranged in the installation box, and a second through hole matched with the air heater is formed in the side wall of the heat preservation box; when eggs are hatched, the sealing door is opened, the material carrying plate is pulled along the movable groove, the material carrying plate is pulled out of the incubator, the eggs are placed into the positioning holes, the eggs are fixed on the material carrying plate through the positioning hole pairs, then the material carrying plate is placed into the movable groove, the material carrying plate is processed and pushed into the incubator, the sealing plate is covered, the sealing box is insulated under the action of the sealing plate, hot air is blown into the incubator by the hot air blower, the temperature in the incubator is raised, the original air in the incubator is discharged from the air duct along with the entering of the hot air into the incubator, and the hot air in the incubator is replaced; when the air pressure in the incubator rises due to the fact that hot air enters the incubator, the hot air enters the air guide pipe, the air guide pipe is pushed to expand outwards under the action of the air pressure, the caliber of the air guide pipe is increased, accordingly the discharge capacity of the air guide pipe is increased, more air flow is discharged from the air guide pipe, the air pressure balance in the incubator is kept, and the influence of overhigh air temperature in the incubator on the hatching rate of eggs is prevented; the air guide pipe is fixed in the first through hole under the action of the fixing block, so that the connection effect of the air guide pipe and the heat preservation box is improved; meanwhile, gaps between the inner wall of the first through hole and the side wall of the air guide pipe are blocked under the action of the fixing block, so that air flow is prevented from being released from the joint of the air guide pipe and the first through hole, and the effect of the heat preservation box is improved; the aperture of the air guide tube is increased when the pressure in the heat insulation box is higher through the elastic material of the air guide tube, so that redundant air is discharged from the heat insulation box, and the air pressure in the heat insulation box is ensured to be stable; when the pressure intensity of the heat preservation box is stable, the aperture of the air duct is reduced, the heat emission of hot air from the heat preservation box is reduced, the heat preservation effect of the heat preservation box is improved, and a proper temperature support is provided for egg hatching; through the arrangement of the air collecting disc, air in the heat preservation box is guided into the air guide pipe, the air is discharged from the air guide pipe, and the air pressure balance in the heat preservation box is kept.
The inner walls of two sides of the positioning hole are provided with mounting cavities, first connecting rods are arranged in the mounting cavities, first movable cavities are arranged on the first connecting rods, second connecting rods penetrate through the first movable cavities, fixing rings are arranged on the second connecting rods, and the fixing rings are made of elastic materials; when eggs are placed in the positioning holes, the eggs are placed on the fixing rings, under the action of the gravity of the eggs, the eggs push the second connecting rods to move towards the first movable cavities, the fixing rings deform to enable the eggs to be inserted into the fixing rings, the fixing rings fix the eggs in the positioning holes, the eggs are placed on the material carrying plates to move, and the eggs are protected; through the mutual cooperation of the fixing ring and the second connecting rod, the fixing ring is suitable for eggs with more sizes, the application range of the incubator is widened, and various eggs are conveniently treated.
A first gas transmission cavity is arranged on the material carrying plate, a second gas transmission cavity communicated with the first gas transmission cavity is arranged on the inner wall of the positioning hole, and a plurality of third through holes are formed in the side wall of the second gas transmission cavity; the hot air machine blows hot air into the heat preservation box, the hot air enters the second air transmission cavity through the first air transmission cavity, the air flow in the second air transmission cavity is sprayed out through the third through hole, the sprayed air flow enters the positioning hole, the air flow is directly sprayed on the surfaces of the eggs, the hot air flow directly contacts the eggs after entering the heat preservation box, heat loss in the hot air is reduced, the contact effect of the hot air and the eggs is improved, the temperature of the eggs is rapidly increased, and a proper temperature environment is provided for egg hatching.
A second movable cavity is arranged at one end of the installation cavity, a fourth through hole is formed in the side wall of the second movable cavity, the first gas transmission cavity is communicated with the second movable cavity through the fourth through hole, a gas storage cavity is formed in the fixing ring, a fifth through hole is formed at one end of the first connecting rod, and a sixth through hole used for communicating the first movable cavity with the gas storage cavity is formed in the second connecting rod; after hot air flow enters the first air conveying cavity, a part of hot air in the first air conveying cavity enters the second air conveying cavity, the other part of hot air enters the fourth through hole, the hot air entering the second movable cavity enters the air storage cavity through the fifth through hole, the hot air is in contact with the inner wall of the air storage cavity, heat on the hot air is directly transferred to the fixing ring, the fixing ring is in direct contact with eggs, the heat on the fixing ring is transferred to the eggs, the eggs are heated, the hot air is matched with the hot air, the eggs are rapidly heated, egg hatching is facilitated, and egg hatching rate is improved.
A third movable cavity is arranged at the bottom of the second movable cavity, a driving wheel is arranged at one end of the first connecting rod, a driving rod matched with the driving wheel is arranged in the third movable cavity, and the driving rod can move along the inner wall of the third movable cavity; after the eggs are placed in the fixing rings, the fixing rings are in contact with the side walls of the eggs, the fixing rings generate pressure on the side walls of the eggs to fix the eggs in the positioning holes, the transmission rod moves in the third movable cavity and drives the transmission wheel to rotate under the action of the transmission rod, and the transmission wheel drives the first connecting rod to rotate when rotating, so that the first connecting rod drives the fixing rings to rotate, the eggs are turned over within a preset range, egg turning operation is performed on the eggs, the egg yolks are prevented from being adhered to the shells, and the egg hatching success rate is improved; under the action of the transmission rod and the transmission wheel, the overturning of the eggs is controlled, so that the eggs are overturned back and forth in the positioning holes, the eggs are prevented from colliding during egg overturning, the eggs can only be overturned in the positioning holes, and the overturning reliability of the eggs is improved.
A fourth movable cavity is arranged at each of two ends of the third movable cavity, first connecting plates are arranged at each of two ends of the transmission rod, a through groove matched with the first connecting plates is formed in the side wall of the heat preservation box, an air cylinder is arranged in the installation box, and a push plate matched with the through groove is arranged on a piston rod of the air cylinder; after the material loading plate is arranged in the insulation can, the fourth movable cavity is positioned at one side of the through groove, and the push plate is opposite to the first connecting plate; when eggs are hatched in the heat preservation box, the air cylinder pushes the push plate to move forwards, the push plate enters the fourth movable cavity to be in contact with the first connecting plate, the transmission rod is pushed to move in the third movable cavity, and the transmission rod drives the eggs to turn over so as to complete egg turning operation of the eggs; the cylinders on the two sides of the incubator work alternately, namely, when the piston rod of the cylinder on the left side extends out, the piston rod of the cylinder on the right side retracts, so that the transmission rod moves towards one direction along the third movable cavity, eggs are driven to turn left and right discontinuously, and the stability of egg turning operation is improved.
A seventh through hole is formed in the side wall of the heat preservation box, a connecting groove matched with the seventh through hole is formed in the heat preservation box, a connecting pipe is arranged in the connecting groove, a water delivery pipe matched with the seventh through hole is connected to the side wall of the heat preservation box, and an atomization assembly is arranged on the connecting pipe; after the eggs are placed in the incubator, the water pipe conveys water flow into the connecting pipe, the water flow flows along the connecting pipe, and under the action of the atomization assembly, the water flow entering the incubator is scattered in the incubator in a small droplet state, so that a proper humidity environment is provided for the inside of the incubator, and the hatching rate of the eggs is improved; after the poultry eggs are hatched, the connecting pipes can be detached from the connecting grooves, so that the atomizing assemblies of the connecting pipes can be maintained, and the maintenance cost of the incubator is reduced.
A baffle is arranged at one end of the connecting pipe, a plurality of eighth through holes are formed in the baffle, the atomizing assembly comprises a liquid guide pipe arranged on the baffle, a third connecting rod arranged on the baffle and a fan rotatably arranged on the third connecting rod, the liquid guide pipe is matched with the eighth through holes, the liquid guide pipe is of a conical structure, and a driving motor used for driving the fan to rotate is arranged on the third connecting rod; the water flow entering the connecting pipe moves to the position of the baffle plate, enters the liquid guide pipe through the eighth through hole, reduces the spraying diameter of the water column under the action of the liquid guide pipe, enables the water flow to be sprayed to the position of the fan in a small water column mode, drives the fan to rotate, cuts off the water column under the action of the fan, enables the water flow to be driven into the heat preservation box in a liquid drop mode, improves the spraying uniformity of water drops, ensures the humidity factor in the heat preservation box, and is beneficial to egg hatching; under the mutual cooperation of the fan and the liquid guide pipe, the liquid drop coverage is increased, so that the liquid drops can be contacted with the middle part of the material carrying plate, and the humidity uniformity in the heat insulation box is ensured.
The connecting pipe is provided with a cover shell, the cover shell is arranged on one side of the fan, and the cover shell is connected to the connecting pipe through threads; the fan is covered in the housing, so that the bird is protected, the damage of the fan to the bird is prevented, and the survival rate of the bird is improved; through the threaded connection of the housing and the connecting pipe, the housing can be conveniently detached from the connecting pipe, so that the fan and the driving motor can be conveniently maintained, and the maintenance cost of the incubator is reduced.
The side wall of the material carrying plate is provided with a groove, and the side wall of the groove is provided with a second connecting plate; through the arrangement of the groove and the second connecting plate, a force application point is provided for the material carrying plate, so that the second connecting plate is pulled to pull the material carrying plate out of the heat insulation box, and the material carrying plate is more convenient to collect; collect the young bird after the hatching through the mode that will carry the flitch to take out from the insulation can, cause the injury to the young bird when avoiding collecting, play the guard action to the young bird.
The invention has the following advantages: the aperture of the air guide tube is increased when the pressure in the heat insulation box is higher through the elastic material of the air guide tube, so that redundant air is discharged from the heat insulation box, and the air pressure in the heat insulation box is ensured to be stable; when the pressure intensity of the heat preservation box is stable, the aperture of the air duct is reduced, the heat emission of hot air from the heat preservation box is reduced, the heat preservation effect of the heat preservation box is improved, and the proper temperature support is provided for egg hatching.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-12, an egg incubator comprises an incubator 1, a sealing door 11 movably connected to a side wall of the incubator 1, and a material carrying plate 2 disposed in the incubator 1, wherein one side of the sealing door is hinged to the side wall of the incubator, a movable groove matched with the material carrying plate 2 is disposed on an inner wall of the incubator 1, a plurality of positioning holes are disposed on the material carrying plate 2, a plurality of first through holes are disposed at a top of the incubator 1, air ducts 16 are disposed in the first through holes, the air ducts 16 are made of elastic materials, a gas collecting disc 161 is disposed at a bottom of the air ducts 16, fixing blocks 17 are disposed on inner walls of the first through holes, the fixing blocks 17 are made of elastic materials, and the air ducts 16 penetrate through the fixing blocks 17; the side wall of the heat preservation box 1 is provided with an installation box 12, an air heater is arranged in the installation box 12, and the side wall of the heat preservation box 1 is provided with a second through hole matched with the air heater; when eggs are hatched, the sealing door is opened, the material carrying plate is pulled along the movable groove, the material carrying plate is pulled out of the incubator, the eggs are placed into the positioning holes, the eggs are fixed on the material carrying plate through the positioning hole pairs, then the material carrying plate is placed into the movable groove, the material carrying plate is processed and pushed into the incubator, the sealing plate is covered, the sealing box is insulated under the action of the sealing plate, hot air is blown into the incubator by the hot air blower, the temperature in the incubator is raised, the original air in the incubator is discharged from the air duct along with the entering of the hot air into the incubator, and the hot air in the incubator is replaced; when the air pressure in the incubator rises due to the fact that hot air enters the incubator, the hot air enters the air guide pipe, the air guide pipe is pushed to expand outwards under the action of the air pressure, the caliber of the air guide pipe is increased, accordingly the discharge capacity of the air guide pipe is increased, more air flow is discharged from the air guide pipe, the air pressure balance in the incubator is kept, and the influence of overhigh air temperature in the incubator on the hatching rate of eggs is prevented; the air guide pipe is fixed in the first through hole under the action of the fixing block, so that the connection effect of the air guide pipe and the heat preservation box is improved; meanwhile, gaps between the inner wall of the first through hole and the side wall of the air guide pipe are blocked under the action of the fixing block, so that air flow is prevented from being released from the joint of the air guide pipe and the first through hole, and the effect of the heat preservation box is improved; the aperture of the air guide tube is increased when the pressure in the heat insulation box is higher through the elastic material of the air guide tube, so that redundant air is discharged from the heat insulation box, and the air pressure in the heat insulation box is ensured to be stable; when the pressure intensity of the heat preservation box is stable, the aperture of the air duct is reduced, the heat emission of hot air from the heat preservation box is reduced, the heat preservation effect of the heat preservation box is improved, and a proper temperature support is provided for egg hatching; through the arrangement of the air collecting disc, air in the heat preservation box is guided into the air guide pipe, the air is discharged from the air guide pipe, and the air pressure balance in the heat preservation box is kept.
Mounting cavities are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the positioning hole, a first connecting rod 23 is arranged in each mounting cavity, a first movable cavity is formed in each first connecting rod 23, a second connecting rod 24 penetrates through each first movable cavity, a fixing ring 25 is arranged on each second connecting rod 24, and each fixing ring 25 is made of rubber; when eggs are placed in the positioning holes, the eggs are placed on the fixing rings, under the action of the gravity of the eggs, the eggs push the second connecting rods to move towards the first movable cavities, the fixing rings deform to enable the eggs to be inserted into the fixing rings, the fixing rings fix the eggs in the positioning holes, the eggs are placed on the material carrying plates to move, and the eggs are protected; the fixing rings are matched with the second connecting rods, so that the fixing rings are suitable for eggs with more sizes, the application range of the incubator is expanded, and various eggs can be processed conveniently; the contact of rubber and birds, egg avoids causing the damage to the eggshell when fixed birds, promotes the frictional force of solid fixed ring and birds, promotes the fixed effect to birds, beasts and eggs simultaneously.
The material loading plate 2 is provided with a first air conveying cavity 22, the inner wall of the positioning hole is provided with a second air conveying cavity 27 communicated with the first air conveying cavity 22, and the side wall of the second air conveying cavity 27 is provided with a plurality of third through holes 271; the hot air machine blows hot air into the heat preservation box, the hot air enters the second air transmission cavity through the first air transmission cavity, the air flow in the second air transmission cavity is sprayed out through the third through hole, the sprayed air flow enters the positioning hole, the air flow is directly sprayed on the surfaces of the eggs, the hot air flow directly contacts the eggs after entering the heat preservation box, heat loss in the hot air is reduced, the contact effect of the hot air and the eggs is improved, the temperature of the eggs is rapidly increased, and a proper temperature environment is provided for egg hatching.
A second movable cavity is arranged at one end of the installation cavity, a fourth through hole is formed in the side wall of the second movable cavity, the first air transmission cavity 22 is communicated with the second movable cavity through the fourth through hole, an air storage cavity is formed in the fixing ring 25, a fifth through hole is formed at one end of the first connecting rod 23, and a sixth through hole used for communicating the first movable cavity with the air storage cavity is formed in the second connecting rod 24; after hot air flow enters the first air conveying cavity, a part of hot air in the first air conveying cavity enters the second air conveying cavity, the other part of hot air enters the fourth through hole, the hot air entering the second movable cavity enters the air storage cavity through the fifth through hole, the hot air is in contact with the inner wall of the air storage cavity, heat on the hot air is directly transferred to the fixing ring, the fixing ring is in direct contact with eggs, the heat on the fixing ring is transferred to the eggs, the eggs are heated, the hot air is matched with the hot air, the eggs are rapidly heated, egg hatching is facilitated, and egg hatching rate is improved.
A third movable cavity is arranged at the bottom of the second movable cavity, a driving wheel 231 is arranged at one end of the first connecting rod 23, a driving rod 26 matched with the driving wheel 231 is arranged in the third movable cavity, and the driving rod 26 can move along the inner wall of the third movable cavity; after the eggs are placed in the fixing rings, the fixing rings are in contact with the side walls of the eggs, the fixing rings generate pressure on the side walls of the eggs to fix the eggs in the positioning holes, the transmission rod moves in the third movable cavity and drives the transmission wheel to rotate under the action of the transmission rod, and the transmission wheel drives the first connecting rod to rotate when rotating, so that the first connecting rod drives the fixing rings to rotate, the eggs are turned over within a preset range, egg turning operation is performed on the eggs, the egg yolks are prevented from being adhered to the shells, and the egg hatching success rate is improved; under the action of the transmission rod and the transmission wheel, the overturning of the eggs is controlled, so that the eggs are overturned back and forth in the positioning holes, the eggs are prevented from colliding during egg overturning, the eggs can only be overturned in the positioning holes, and the overturning reliability of the eggs is improved.
A fourth movable cavity is respectively arranged at two ends in the third movable cavity, first connecting plates 261 are respectively arranged at two ends of the transmission rod 26, a through groove matched with the first connecting plates 261 is formed in the side wall of the heat preservation box 1, an air cylinder 13 is arranged in the installation box 12, and a push plate 131 matched with the through groove is arranged on a piston rod of the air cylinder 13; after the material loading plate is arranged in the insulation can, the fourth movable cavity is positioned at one side of the through groove, and the push plate is opposite to the first connecting plate; when eggs are hatched in the heat preservation box, the air cylinder pushes the push plate to move forwards, the push plate enters the fourth movable cavity to be in contact with the first connecting plate, the transmission rod is pushed to move in the third movable cavity, and the transmission rod drives the eggs to turn over so as to complete egg turning operation of the eggs; the cylinders on the two sides of the incubator work alternately, namely, when the piston rod of the cylinder on the left side extends out, the piston rod of the cylinder on the right side retracts, so that the transmission rod moves towards one direction along the third movable cavity, eggs are driven to turn left and right discontinuously, and the stability of egg turning operation is improved.
A seventh through hole is formed in the side wall of the heat preservation box 1, a connecting groove matched with the seventh through hole is formed in the inner wall of the heat preservation box 1, a connecting pipe 14 is arranged in the connecting groove, a water delivery pipe matched with the seventh through hole is connected to the side wall of the heat preservation box 1, and an atomization assembly is arranged on the connecting pipe 14; after the eggs are placed in the incubator, the water pipe conveys water flow into the connecting pipe, the water flow flows along the connecting pipe, and under the action of the atomization assembly, the water flow entering the incubator is scattered in the incubator in a small droplet state, so that a proper humidity environment is provided for the inside of the incubator, and the hatching rate of the eggs is improved; after the poultry eggs are hatched, the connecting pipes can be detached from the connecting grooves, so that the atomizing assemblies of the connecting pipes can be maintained, and the maintenance cost of the incubator is reduced.
A baffle 141 is arranged at one end of the connecting pipe 14, a plurality of eighth through holes are formed in the baffle 141, the atomizing assembly comprises a liquid guide pipe 142 arranged on the baffle 141, a third connecting rod 15 arranged on the baffle 141 and a fan 151 rotatably arranged on the third connecting rod 15, the liquid guide pipe 142 is matched with the eighth through holes, the liquid guide pipe 142 is in a conical structure, and a driving motor for driving the fan 151 to rotate is arranged on the third connecting rod 15; the water flow entering the connecting pipe moves to the position of the baffle plate, enters the liquid guide pipe through the eighth through hole, reduces the spraying diameter of the water column under the action of the liquid guide pipe, enables the water flow to be sprayed to the position of the fan in a small water column mode, drives the fan to rotate, cuts off the water column under the action of the fan, enables the water flow to be driven into the heat preservation box in a liquid drop mode, improves the spraying uniformity of water drops, ensures the humidity factor in the heat preservation box, and is beneficial to egg hatching; under the mutual cooperation of the fan and the liquid guide pipe, the liquid drop coverage is increased, so that the liquid drops can be contacted with the middle part of the material carrying plate, and the humidity uniformity in the heat insulation box is ensured.
A cover is arranged on the connecting pipe 14 and is arranged on one side of the fan 151, and the cover is connected to the connecting pipe 14 through threads; the housing is of a metal net structure, so that liquid drops are prevented from being blocked; the fan is covered in the housing, so that the bird is protected, the damage of the fan to the bird is prevented, and the survival rate of the bird is improved; through the threaded connection of the housing and the connecting pipe, the housing can be conveniently detached from the connecting pipe, so that the fan and the driving motor can be conveniently maintained, and the maintenance cost of the incubator is reduced.
A groove 21 is formed in the side wall of the material carrying plate 2, and a second connecting plate is arranged on the side wall of the groove 21; through the arrangement of the groove and the second connecting plate, a force application point is provided for the material carrying plate, so that the second connecting plate is pulled to pull the material carrying plate out of the heat insulation box, and the material carrying plate is more convenient to collect; collect the young bird after the hatching through the mode that will carry the flitch to take out from the insulation can, cause the injury to the young bird when avoiding collecting, play the guard action to the young bird.
