Description

Heating cooker
The present application is a divisional application of the chinese patent application having an application date of 2014 19/02, an application number of 201480006514.6, an invention name of "heating cooker", and an application person of the loose intellectual property management corporation.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a heating cooker, and more particularly to an interior lighting device of a heating chamber using a light emitting diode (hereinafter, referred to as an LED).
Background
In a general cooking device, a heating chamber lighting device is provided to enable the inside of a heating chamber to be viewed during cooking. Conventionally, an incandescent bulb has been used as illumination in a heating chamber of a heating cooker, and is disposed outside a side wall of the heating chamber (see, for example, patent document 1).
Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a conventional heating cooker in which an incandescent bulb is used as interior lighting as in patent document 1.
As shown in fig. 5, heating cooker 101 has cooking plate 102a and cooking plate 102b made of metal, and has heating chamber 103 partitioned into multiple layers. An illumination hole 105 is provided outside the heating chamber 103 of the heating cooker 101 and at the height of the cooking plate 102a so that the cooking objects placed on the upper cooking plate 102a and the lower cooking plate 102b, respectively, can be illuminated with one incandescent bulb 104.
However, in the heating cooker as described above, the brightness of the space in either of the two layers may be insufficient, and the cooking material may not be easily visible in the space.
Further, since the space partitioned in the heating chamber is narrow, the light of the incandescent bulb is not easily irradiated to the corner of the heating chamber, and is hardly irradiated to the entire cooking plate.
In recent years, with the spread of LEDs, it has been proposed to use LEDs for interior lighting of cooking devices (see, for example, patent document 2).

Preferred embodiments of a heating cooker according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a heating cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, heating cooker 10 is a microwave oven with a toaster function, and has a heating chamber 17 in the back of an opening, and heating chamber 17 is used for receiving and heating food as an object to be heated.
The heating chamber 17 has five surfaces, i.e., a ceiling, a bottom surface, a rear wall, a left side wall, and a right side wall, and the outside of the heating chamber 17 is covered with a cover 20. A door 18 is provided in an opening in the front surface of the heating chamber 17 so as to be rotatable about one side below the opening.
Hereinafter, the opening side of the heating chamber 17 is referred to as the front side, the rear side of the heating chamber 17 is referred to as the rear side, and the right and left sides from the front side to the rear side are simply referred to as the right and left sides, respectively.
Three pairs of tray portions (tray portion 16a, tray portion 16b, tray portion 16c in this order from the top) that support a metal cooking plate on which food serving as an object to be heated is placed are provided on the left and right side walls of the heating chamber 17.
On the right side wall of the heating chamber 17, illumination holes 11a as first illumination holes and illumination holes 11b as second illumination holes are provided above and below the tray portion 16a and at positions closer to the opening than the rear wall of the heating chamber 17.
When the cooking plate 12a is set on the plate receiving portion 16a, the hole for illumination 11b are arranged to face the upper side space 17a and the lower side space 17b of the cooking plate 12a, respectively.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where the cover 20 is removed from the heating cooker of the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the illumination device 30a and the illumination device 30b are attached so as to cover the illumination hole 11a and the illumination hole 11b provided at positions closer to the opening than the rear wall of the heating chamber 17 from the outside of the right side wall of the heating chamber 17.
As shown in fig. 1, when the cooking plate 12a is set on the plate receiving portion 16a, the upper space 17a of the cooking plate 12a is illuminated by the illuminating device 30a, and the lower space 17b of the cooking plate 12a is illuminated by the illuminating device 30 b.
A window 19 is provided in the door 18, and the inside of the heating chamber 17 can be viewed through the window 19 during cooking.
Since the illumination devices 30a and 30b have basically the same configuration, only the illumination device 30a will be described below.
Fig. 3 and 4 are a perspective view and a cross-sectional view, respectively, of an illumination device used in the heating cooker of the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the lighting device 30a includes: an LED 15; an LED substrate 14 on which an LED 15 is mounted; and a housing 13 that accommodates the LED substrate 14.
The housing 13 is disposed outside the right side wall of the heating chamber 17. The housing 13 includes an opposing surface 13a opposing the outer surface of the right side wall of the heating chamber 17. The opposed surface 13a is surrounded by a side wall 13b of the housing 13.
The facing surface 13a has a recess near the center. A through hole is provided in the bottom of the recess of the facing surface 13a to expose the LED 15. A reflection portion 13c is provided in the recess of the facing surface 13a so as to surround the LED 15.
Since the LED substrate 14 is provided at the bottom of the recess of the facing surface 13a, the lighting device 30a is surrounded by the LED substrate 14, the side wall 13b, and the facing surface 13a, and has a space for providing the LED 15 inside the housing 13. The housing 13, particularly the reflection portion 13c, has a light color such as white or gray.
As shown in fig. 4, the angle formed by the LED substrate 14 and the reflection portion 13c differs depending on the position. In the present embodiment, the angle 22a formed by the upper reflecting portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 is substantially perpendicular, and the angle 22b formed by the lower reflecting portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 is larger than the angle 22 a.
The amount of light entering the heating chamber 17 can be increased by the reflection portion 13c through the illumination hole 11 a.
When the cooking plate 12a is placed on the plate receiving portion 16a, the light reflected by the upper reflecting portion 13c of the LED 15 illuminates an area of the cooking plate 12a near the illumination hole 11a (i.e., an area on the right end of the cooking plate 12a), and the light reflected by the lower reflecting portion 13c of the LED 15 illuminates an area of the cooking plate 12a far from the illumination hole 11a (i.e., an area on the left end of the cooking plate 12 a).
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, a wide area can be illuminated by light from the LEDs 15 in the left-right direction of the cooking plate 12 a.
Similarly, the angle formed by the LED substrate 14 and the reflecting portion 13c varies depending on the position in the front-rear direction of the heating chamber. That is, the angle formed by the front reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 is substantially perpendicular to the angle 22a, and the angle formed by the rear reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 is larger than the angle 22a, as is the angle 22 b.
This is because the illumination hole 11a is provided at a position closer to the opening than the rear wall of the heating chamber 17 as described above.
Thus, the light reflected by the front reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 irradiates the area of the rear end of the cooking plate 12a, and the light reflected by the rear reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 irradiates the area of the front end of the cooking plate 12 a.
According to the present embodiment, a wide area can be irradiated with light from the LED 15 also in the front-rear direction of the cooking plate 12 a.
In this way, LEDs having a directivity higher than that of incandescent bulbs can be used to irradiate the respective corners of the upper and lower spaces of the heating chamber partitioned by the cooking plate, and the visibility of food can be improved as compared with a conventional cooking device.
In the case of the lighting device 30b, when the cooking plate 12b is provided on the bottom surface of the heating chamber 17 or the plate receiving portion 16c, the distance to the lighting hole 11b and the cooking plate 12b is different from that of the lighting device 30 a. Therefore, the angle of the reflecting portion 13c can be selected in consideration of the difference.
Further, as another advantage of the present embodiment, the following can be mentioned.
In the present embodiment, the presence of the internal space of the lighting device 30a makes it difficult for heat inside the heating chamber 17 to be directly transferred to the LEDs 15, and product safety can be ensured.
Further, since the housing 13, particularly the reflection portion 13c, has a light color, the reflection efficiency of light can be improved.
Next, an example of the cooking operation of the heating cooker 10 configured as described above will be briefly described.
The heating cooker 10 is a microwave oven with a toaster function, and cooks an object to be heated in the heating chamber 17 by supplying at least one of microwaves, radiant heat, hot air, and steam to the heating chamber 17. Therefore, the heating cooker 10 includes: a microwave generating part, an upper heating unit, a convection heating unit, and a steam generating part, which are not shown.
The microwave generating unit supplies microwaves generated by a magnetron provided below the bottom surface of the heating chamber 17 into the heating chamber 17 from below. The upper heating means is a sheath heater provided on the ceiling of the heating chamber 17, and heats the inside of the heating chamber 17 from above by radiant heat. The convection heating means circulates hot air in the heating chamber 17 through a hole provided in the rear wall of the heating chamber 17 by a heater and a fan provided in the rear wall of the heating chamber 17.
For example, when the heating cooker 10 is used to bake a butter roll, an oven function is activated that operates only the convection heating means. In this oven function, a plurality of small and round bread dough pieces placed on a cooking plate 12a and a cooking plate 12b, which are provided on a plate tray 16a and a plate tray 16c, respectively, are uniformly heated by hot air from a convection heating unit.
While heating, light from the illumination device 30a is irradiated to each corner of the upper space 17a of the cooking plate 12a, and light from the illumination device 30b is irradiated to each corner of the lower space 17b of the cooking plate 12 a. Therefore, even if the cooking plate 12a is distant from the illumination devices 30a and 30b and bread dough is placed at the left corner of the cooking plate 12a, the user can confirm to what extent the bread is baked.
In the present embodiment, the illumination hole 11a and the illumination hole 11b are provided above and below the uppermost disk tray 16a of the three disk trays provided on the right side wall, respectively. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of spaces in the heating chamber 17 partitioned by one or more cooking plates may be illuminated.
For example, a total of four lighting holes may be provided between the ceiling of the heating chamber 17, the three tray portions, and the bottom surface of the heating chamber 17. The illumination hole may be provided not only in the left side wall but also in the right and left side walls.
In the present embodiment, the illumination holes 11a and 11b are provided at positions closer to the opening than the rear wall of the heating chamber 17. However, the illumination holes 11a and 11b may be provided at positions closer to the rear wall than the opening of the heating chamber 17.
In this case, for example, the angle formed by the rear reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 may be substantially perpendicular to the angle 22a, and the angle formed by the front reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 may be larger than the angle 22a, similarly to the angle 22 b.
Similarly, the illumination holes 11a and 11b may be provided at the same positions as the opening of the heating chamber 17 and the rear wall of the heating chamber 17. In this case, the angle formed by the front reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 may be equal to the angle formed by the rear reflection portion 13c of the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14.
That is, in the front-rear direction of the heating chamber 17, the same effect as in the present embodiment can be obtained by appropriately setting the angle formed by the reflecting portion 13c and the LED substrate 14 in accordance with the positions of the illumination holes 11a and 11 b.
However, even when the height of the illumination hole 11a is higher or lower than that of the present embodiment, the illumination device 30a still illuminates the cooking plate 12a from above. Therefore, in the vertical direction of the heating chamber 17, the angle formed by the reflecting portion 13c below the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14 is always larger than the angle formed by the reflecting portion 13c above the LED 15 and the LED substrate 14, regardless of the installation position of the illumination hole 11 a.
In the present embodiment, two lighting devices each having one housing and one LED substrate are provided in the first lighting hole 11a and the second lighting hole 11b, respectively. However, two lighting devices of the present embodiment may be configured by using one housing and one LED substrate.
That is, in this configuration, two recesses each having a reflection portion are provided in one housing, and two LEDs mounted on one LED substrate are exposed from the bottom of the corresponding recess. According to this configuration, the number of components and the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced as compared with the present embodiment, and therefore, the cost can be reduced.
Industrial applicability
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, LEDs having a directivity higher than that of incandescent bulbs can be used to irradiate the respective corners of the upper and lower spaces of the heating chamber partitioned by the cooking plate, and the visibility of food can be improved as compared with the conventional heating cooker.
Therefore, the present invention can be applied to an oven for home use or business use, which performs cooking while partitioning the inside of a heating chamber by a cooking plate, a microwave oven with an oven function, and the like.
