Abstract

本发明公开了一种发动机排气管隔热套及其制备工艺,所述隔热套包括位于排气管对称面两侧且内壁分别与排气管对称面两侧外壁相匹配的左侧隔热套和右侧隔热套;左侧隔热套和右侧隔热套均为夹层结构,夹层结构包括内金属保护层、外金属保护层以及填充在内金属保护层和外金属保护层之间的陶瓷纤维材料;夹层结构整体具有均匀且相间设置的多个凹条纹和多个凸条纹。本发明增大了内金属保护层和外金属保护层的表面积,利于热量的反射,同时增加与陶瓷纤维材料的接触面积,提高陶瓷纤维材料的导热效率;增加了强度,可在振动环境中长久使用,因夹层结构拉伸补偿量增大,故可用模具/工装进行冲压,成型能力提高,适用于排气管各异形曲面零件的贴附。

一种发动机排气管隔热套及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热套及其制备工艺,具体地说是一种发动机排气管隔热套及其制备工艺。
背景技术
发动机在工作过程中产生热量,使其排气管工作区域内温度急剧升高,对排气管配套使用的元器件的性能和寿命造成不利影响。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是在不改变材料厚度的前提下提供一种能满足长时间隔热保护且具有较好强度的隔热套以及加工工艺性强的隔热套制备工艺。本发明采用的技术手段如下:
一种发动机排气管隔热套,所述排气管为镜面对称结构,包括与所述发动机排气口连通的排气管进气口,一端与所述排气管进气口连通且斜向下设置的主排气管,以及一端与所述主排气管连通且轴线与所述排气管进气口轴线平行的主排气管尾管,所述主排气管尾管另一端具有主排气管尾管排气口,所述主排气管上端侧壁具有一端与其连通且斜向上设置的旁通排气管,所述旁通排气管另一端设有一端与其连通且轴线与所述排气管进气口轴线平行的旁通排气管尾管,所述旁通排气管尾管的另一端具有旁通排气管尾管排气口;
所述隔热套包括位于所述排气管对称面两侧且内壁分别与所述排气管对称面两侧外壁相匹配的左侧隔热套和右侧隔热套;
所述左侧隔热套和所述右侧隔热套均为夹层结构,所述夹层结构包括内金属保护层、外金属保护层以及填充在所述内金属保护层和所述外金属保护层之间的陶瓷纤维材料;
所述夹层结构整体具有均匀且相间设置的多个凹条纹和多个凸条纹,从而增大了内金属保护层和外金属保护层的表面积,利于热量的反射,同时增加与陶瓷纤维材料的接触面积,提高陶瓷纤维材料的导热效率,并且增加了隔热套的强度,可在振动环境中长久使用,因夹层结构拉伸补偿量增大,故可用模具/工装进行冲压,成型能力提高,适用于排气管各异形曲面零件的贴附。
所述凹条纹呈直线型,其槽底沿其延伸方向均匀设有多个凹槽,所述凹槽槽底呈跑道型,其长轴垂直于所述凹条纹槽底延伸方向,位于同一所述凹条纹上的相邻所述凹槽之间的所述凹条纹槽底为跑道型槽底段;
所述凸条纹呈直线型,其顶部沿其延伸方向均匀设有多个凸起,所述凸起顶部形状和尺寸与所述凹槽的槽底相一致,所述凸起顶部的长轴位于与其相邻的所述凹条纹的两个相邻凹槽的对称面上,位于同一所述凸条纹上的相邻所述凸起之间的所述凸条纹顶部为跑道型顶部段;
所述凹槽槽底的直边具有向其相邻的所述跑道型槽底段的弧形边延伸的第一槽壁,所述凹槽槽底的弧形边具有向其相邻的所述跑道型顶部段的直边延伸的第二槽壁,所述跑道型顶部段的弧形边具有向其相邻的所述凸起顶部的直边延伸的第三槽壁,所述跑道型槽底段的直边具有向其相邻的所述凸起顶部的弧形边延伸的第四槽壁;
所述第一槽壁与其相邻的所述第四槽壁之间圆弧过渡;
所述第二槽壁与其相邻的所述第三槽壁之间圆弧过渡。
相邻所述凹条纹的间距为5mm±0.2mm;
相邻所述凸条纹的间距为5mm±0.2mm。
所述内金属保护层和所述外金属保护层的材质为不锈钢或高温合金,且厚度均为0.06mm-0.12mm。所述内金属保护层和所述外金属保护层的材质均为现有材料。所述陶瓷纤维材料为现有陶瓷纤维材料。
所述凹条纹的底与其相邻的所述凸条纹的顶之间的距离为1mm±0.2mm。
位于同一所述凹条纹上的相邻所述凹槽之间的间距为5mm±0.2mm;
位于同一所述凸条纹上的相邻所述凸起之间的间距为5mm±0.2mm。
所述左侧隔热套上端相对所述右侧隔热套的一侧外壁具有搭接在所述右侧隔热套上端外壁上的搭接条。
本发明还公开了一种如上述所述的隔热套的制备工艺,具有如下步骤:
S1、将陶瓷纤维材料填充值两层金属之间,形成夹层板;
S2、采用滚花机对夹层板进行压花处理,得到压花板;
S3、对压花板进行冲压成型处理,得到所述左侧隔热套和所述右侧隔热套。
本发明增大了内金属保护层和外金属保护层的表面积,利于热量的反射,同时增加与陶瓷纤维材料的接触面积,提高陶瓷纤维材料的导热效率;增加了强度,可在振动环境中长久使用,因夹层结构拉伸补偿量增大,故可用模具/工装进行冲压,成型能力提高,适用于排气管各异形曲面零件的贴附。
基于上述理由本发明可在隔热结构及其制备等领域广泛推广。

如图1-图3所示,发动机排气管为镜面对称结构,包括与所述发动机排气口连通的排气管进气口1`,一端与所述排气管进气口1`连通且斜向下设置的主排气管2`,以及一端与所述主排气管2`连通且轴线与所述排气管进气口1`轴线平行的主排气管尾管3`,所述主排气管尾管3`另一端具有主排气管尾管排气口4`,所述主排气管2`上端侧壁具有一端与其连通且斜向上设置的旁通排气管5`,所述旁通排气管5`另一端设有一端与其连通且轴线与所述排气管进气口1`轴线平行的旁通排气管尾管6`,所述旁通排气管尾管6`的另一端具有旁通排气管尾管排气口7`。
一种发动机排气管隔热套的制备工艺,具有如下步骤:
S1、将陶瓷纤维材料1填充值两层金属之间,形成夹层板;
S2、采用滚花机对夹层板进行压花处理,得到压花板;
S3、对压花板进行冲压成型处理,得到隔热套。

所述隔热套包括位于所述排气管对称面两侧且内壁分别与所述排气管对称面两侧外壁相匹配的左侧隔热套和右侧隔热套;
所述左侧隔热套和所述右侧隔热套均为夹层结构,所述夹层结构包括内金属保护层、外金属保护层以及填充在所述内金属保护层和所述外金属保护层之间的陶瓷纤维材料;
所述夹层结构整体具有均匀且相间设置的多个凹条纹和多个凸条纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热套,其特征在于:所述凹条纹呈直线型,其槽底沿其延伸方向均匀设有多个凹槽,所述凹槽槽底呈跑道型,其长轴垂直于所述凹条纹槽底延伸方向,位于同一所述凹条纹上的相邻所述凹槽之间的所述凹条纹槽底为跑道型槽底段;
