本发明涉及一种细菌性痢疾患者的专用膳食补充剂及其制备方法,将净制马齿苋用沸水漂烫10‑15秒,进行粉碎,加水适量,熬制,得到马齿苋羹;将豆鼓汁、生姜、米醋、香油适量加入,搅拌均匀;冷却:马齿苋羹放置低温冷却。马齿苋羹具有抗菌素的治疗效果,作为细菌性痢疾迁延不愈造成菌群失调的专用膳食补充剂,减少细菌性痢疾的发生,同时避免长期应用抗菌素的不良反应。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种细菌性痢疾患者的专用膳食补充剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
细菌性痢疾(简称菌痢)是由痢疾杆菌引起的常见肠道传染病,属于中医“痢疾”范畴,治宜清热化湿解毒,调气行血导滞。食品安全隐患和生活环境的恶化,使细菌性痢疾的发生率逐年增高,找到切实可行,有效低廉的治疗方式,迫在眉睫。细菌性痢疾长期使用抗菌药物易造成耐药性和胃肠道菌群紊乱,大量使用会造成药物残留,菌群失调,危害健康。
急性菌痢的治疗主要使用的抗菌治疗常用的有喹诺酮类、复方磺胺甲恶唑、阿莫西林、头孢曲松,但需要注意喹诺酮类和复方磺胺甲恶唑耐药性增加。慢性菌痢的治疗:针对病原治疗通常需联用两种不同类型的抗菌药物,足剂量、长疗程。对于肠道黏膜病变经久不愈者,可采用保留灌肠疗法;体质虚弱者适当使用免疫增强剂。
从急性和慢性菌痢的治疗原则可以看出:急性或者慢性菌痢的治疗都离不开抗菌药物的使用,而且治疗周期长。
长期应用抗菌素产生不良反应。包括:副作用、毒性反应、后遗反应、过敏反应、致畸、致癌,致突变作用等。及时停药可缓解和恢复,但亦可造成严重后果:①神经系统毒性反应;②造血系统毒性反应;③肝、肾毒性反应;④胃肠道反应;⑤致菌群失调;⑥过敏反应:一般分为过敏性休克、皮疹、血管神经性水肿和变态反应性心肌损害等。
慢性菌痢的治疗疗程长,费用相对较高,患者依从性差,长期应用抗菌素,患者出现不同程度的菌群失调,消化功能减弱,患者的身体和生活质量的后期恢复有待商榷。
细菌性痢疾患者在身体恢复和后期康复中,缺少针对痢疾迁延不愈造成的菌群失调的专用膳食补充剂。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提供一种细菌性痢疾患者的专用膳食补充剂及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
细菌性痢疾患者的专用膳食补充剂,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)净制:将净制马齿苋用沸水漂烫10-15秒,取出;
(2)熬制成羹:进行粉碎,加水适量,熬制,得到马齿苋羹;
(3)调味:将豆鼓汁、生姜、米醋、香油适量加入,搅拌均匀;
(4)冷却:马齿苋羹放置低温冷却。
细菌性痢疾长期使用抗菌药物易造成耐药性和胃肠道菌群紊乱。遵循“养重于防、防重于治”的原则,坚持“医养结合”,马齿苋羹,作为细菌性痢疾迁延不愈造成菌群失调的患者的专用膳食补充剂,减少细菌性痢疾的发生,同时避免长期应用抗菌素的不良反应。
马齿苋味酸性寒,具有清热解毒、凉血止痢之功效。具有广谱抗菌、抗炎、涩肠固脱作用,为治痢疾的要药。马齿苋具有药食双重性,价格低廉,含多种活性成分,具有多种保健功能及对多种疾病有良好的治疗作用,被我国卫生部划定为78种药食同源的野生植物之一。
马齿苋以全株形式入药,保留了其药效学物质基础。遵循“养重于防、防重于治”的原则,坚持“医养结合”,绿色无污染的马齿苋羹,用作痢疾迁延不愈造成的菌群失调的顽固性腹泻患者的专用膳食补充剂。携带简便,易储藏,食用方便,降低了患者费用,增强患者治疗的依从性,有利于患者后期的康复治疗。
本发明提供的细菌性痢疾患者的专用膳食补充剂及其制备方法,具有以下技术效果:
马齿苋兼有药、食两用的特点。所用药羹制备简单,是一种无污染绿色药食两用的药材。马齿苋资源丰富,药材广泛,价格低廉,减轻部分患者的医疗负担。马齿苋羹具有抗菌素的治疗效果,作为细菌性痢疾迁延不愈造成菌群失调的专用膳食补充剂,减少细菌性痢疾的发生,同时避免长期应用抗菌素的不良反应。
具体实施方式
结合实施例说明本发明的具体技术方案。
细菌性痢疾患者的专用膳食补充剂,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(2)净制:将300g马齿苋选用拣选、筛选、剪、切、刮削、剔除、刷、擦、泡洗等方法净制马齿苋,用沸水漂烫10-15秒,取出。
(2)熬制成羹:进行粉碎后,加水适量,熬制,得到180-200ml马齿苋羹。
(3)调味:将豆鼓汁5-10ml、生姜5-10g、米醋5-10ml、香油5-10ml适量加入,搅拌均匀。
(4)冷却:马齿苋羹放置低温冷却。
绿色无污染的马齿苋羹,作为细菌性痢疾迁延不愈造成的菌群失调的特定患者的专用膳食补充剂,减少细菌性痢疾的发生,避免长期应用抗菌素的不良反应。

(1)净制:将净制马齿苋用沸水漂烫10-15秒,取出;
(2)熬制成羹:进行粉碎,加水适量,熬制,得到马齿苋羹;
(3)调味:将豆鼓汁、生姜、米醋、香油适量加入,搅拌均匀;
(4)冷却:马齿苋羹放置低温冷却。
