背景技术
CN102604530B、名称“环保型水性双组分聚氨酯钢结构防腐面漆”,它由A、B两组分组成;其特征在于:所述的A组分是由含羟基水性树脂乳液55-58重量份、钛白粉27-33重量份、普蓝0-2重量份、碳黑0-3重量份、消泡剂1-2重量份、分散剂0.5-1重量份、润湿剂0.5-1重量份、水10-17重量份组成;B组分是由固化剂80-82重量份、助溶剂18-20重量份组成;其中:所述的A、B两组分按照重量比4.4:1的比例混合;所述的固化剂由自乳化聚异氰酸酯和疏水型聚异氰酸酯组成,其重量比为4:1;所述的含羟基水性树脂乳液是一种用聚氨酯改性的含羟基丙烯酸乳液。其不足之处:该涂料对温度、湿度适应性较差,涂层配套体系耐候性不能满足重防腐要求。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既替代溶剂型涂料,减少VOC排放,满足环保要求,又具有耐候性好的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系及施工工艺。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明依托钢桥梁绿色环保涂装新技术研究课题项目研发,主要适用于钢桥梁重防腐涂装,从材料本身特性入手设计钢桥梁重防腐在C3-C5环境的全水性涂料配套体系,根据现场施工条件及产品最佳配套设计了最优配套体系,并且该体系无重金属有害物,有机挥发物低(底漆voc约为0,封闭漆voc低于100g/L,中间漆低于80g/L,面漆低于80g/L),防腐性能达到高耐盐雾(>3000h中性盐雾), 高耐水性(泡水,泡盐水>1000h),高耐候性(>3000h老化),并具有较高的施工宽泛性和环境适应性。

技术方案2:一种钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层涂装施工工艺, 1)钢材表面油污清理:水性涂料对油污敏感度较高,小面积油污采用溶剂法除油,大面积油污采用火焰法除油;2)除锈:喷砂至sa2.5以上,表面粗糙度控制在Rz40-70μm,使用气枪吹掉表面灰尘杂质 ,尽量保证在喷砂后5小时内喷涂油漆涂层; 3)专用水性无机富锌底漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,喷涂选择专用水性无机富锌枪嘴,喷涂完后养护,养护条件:温度5-45℃,湿度小于85%,场地通风干燥,养护20-60小时后喷涂下道涂层; 4)水性双组份环氧封闭漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后放置3-5分钟后喷涂,喷涂枪嘴选择,喷涂完后养护,养护条件:温度5-45℃,湿度小于85%,场地通风干燥,养护10-24小时后喷涂下道涂层; 5)水性双组份环氧云铁中间漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后放置3-5分钟后喷涂,单道喷涂湿膜125-175um,干膜厚度60-80um,表干后30min-2h再喷涂一道湿膜125-175um,干膜厚度60-80um,喷涂完后养护,养护条件:温度5-45℃,湿度小于85%,场地通风干燥,养护10-24小时后喷涂下道涂层; 6)水性双组份聚氨酯面漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后喷涂,喷涂完后养护12-48小时后即可,养护过程避免漆膜表面淋雨,结露;7)水性双组份氟碳面漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后喷涂,喷涂完后养护12-48小时后即可,养护过程避免漆膜表面淋雨,结露。

1、水性双组份环氧云铁中间漆配方如下:A组份:去离子水130重量份,进口E20改性水性环氧树脂352.5重量份且固含60,环氧当量850,分散剂10重量份,消泡剂1.5重量份,钛白粉40重量份,硫酸钡150重量份,铁黑30重量份,云母粉50重量份,国标磷酸锌80重量份,云母氧化铁50重量份,膨润土3重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂3重量份,总计900重量份;B组份:脂肪胺固化剂70重量份且固含60,活泼氢当量230,乙二醇丁醚10重量份,丙二醇甲醚10重量份,润湿流平剂3重量份,水7重量份,总计100重量份;配比质量比:A组份:B组份:水=9:1:0.5。
2、水性双组份聚氨酯面漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水100重量份,进口羟基丙烯酸分散体200重量份且固含45、羟值3.3,分散剂10重量份,消泡剂4重量份,DPP大红粉20重量份, 110有机黄70重量份,硫酸钡122.2重量份,云母粉30重量份,气相二氧化硅3重量份,进口羟基丙烯酸分散体250份且固含45,羟值3.3,紫外线吸收剂5重量份,润湿流平剂4重量份,二丙二醇丁醚3重量份,醇酯12为0.8重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂3重量份,总计825重量份;B组分:进口水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂120重量份且固含100、NCO值215,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯30重量份,总计150重量份;配比质量比:A组份:B组分:水=5.5:1:0.5。
3、水性份双组氟碳面漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水106重量份,分散剂10重量份,消泡剂4重量份,DPP大红粉20重量份,110有机黄70重量份,硫酸钡30重量份,气相二氧化硅3重量份,进口羟基氟碳分散体600重量份且固含50%、羟值1.5,紫外线吸收剂5重量份,润湿流平剂4重量份,二丙二醇丁醚5重量份,醇酯12为40重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂3重量份,总计900重量份;B组分:进口水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂80重量份且固含100、NCO值215,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20重量份,总计100重量份;配比质量比:A组份:B组分:水=9:1:0.5。
实施例3:在上述实施例的基础上,一种钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层涂装施工工艺:
1)钢材表面油污清理:水性涂料对油污敏感度较高,小面积油污采用溶剂法除油,大面积油污采用火焰法除油;
2)除锈:喷砂至sa2.5以上,表面粗糙度控制在Rz40-70μm,使用气枪吹掉表面灰尘杂质,尽量保证在喷砂后5小时内喷涂油漆涂层;
3)专用水性无机富锌底漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,喷涂选择专用水性无机富锌枪嘴,喷涂完后养护,养护条件:温度5-45℃,湿度小于85%,场地通风干燥,养护20-60小时后喷涂下道涂层;
4)水性双组份环氧封闭漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后放置3-5分钟后喷涂,喷涂枪嘴选择,喷涂完后养护,养护条件:温度5-45℃,湿度小于85%,场地通风干燥,养护10-24小时后喷涂下道涂层;
5)水性双组份环氧云铁中间漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后放置3-5分钟后喷涂,单道喷涂湿膜125-175um,干膜厚度60-80um,表干后30min-2h再喷涂一道湿膜125-175um,干膜厚度60-80um,喷涂完后养护,养护条件:温度5-45℃,湿度小于85%,场地通风干燥,养护10-24小时后喷涂下道涂层;
6)水性双组份聚氨酯面漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后喷涂,喷涂完后养护12-48小时后即可,养护过程避免漆膜表面淋雨,结露;
7)水性双组份氟碳面漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后喷涂,喷涂完后养护12-48小时后即可,养护过程避免漆膜表面淋雨,结露。
养护12-48小时是指:30-45摄氏度需养护12h,15-30摄氏度需养护24h,5-15摄氏度需养护48小时。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是:水性无机富锌底漆厚70-90um,单道水性双组份环氧封闭漆厚30-40um,单道水性双组份环氧云铁中间漆厚120-140um,两道水性双组份聚氨酯面漆厚40-50um,单道水性双组份氟碳面漆厚40-50um,单道总计300-370um。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是水性双组份环氧云铁中间漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水123.5-136.5重量份,进口E20改性水性环氧树脂334.88-370.13重量份且固含60、环氧当量850,分散剂9.5-10.5重量份,消泡剂1.425-1.575重量份,钛白粉38-42重量份,硫酸钡142.5-157.5重量份,铁黑28.5-31.5重量份,云母粉47.5-52.5重量份,国标磷酸锌76-84重量份,云母氧化铁47.5-52.5重量份,膨润土2.85-3.15重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂2.85-3.15重量份,总计855.005-936.005重量份;
B组份:脂肪胺固化剂66.5-73.5重量份且固含60、活泼氢当量230,乙二醇丁醚9.5-10.5重量份,丙二醇甲醚9.5-10.5重量份,润湿流平剂2.85-3.15重量份,水6.65-7.35重量份,总计95-105重量份;
配比质量比:A组份:B组份:水=9:1:0.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是水性双组份环氧云铁中间漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水130重量份,进口E20改性水性环氧树脂352.5重量份且固含60,环氧当量850,分散剂10重量份,消泡剂1.5重量份,钛白粉40重量份,硫酸钡150重量份,铁黑30重量份,云母粉50重量份,国标磷酸锌80重量份,云母氧化铁50重量份,膨润土3重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂3重量份,总计900重量份;
B组份:脂肪胺固化剂70重量份且固含60,活泼氢当量230,乙二醇丁醚10重量份,丙二醇甲醚10重量份,润湿流平剂3重量份,水7重量份,总计100重量份;
配比质量比:A组份:B组份:水=9:1:0.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是水性双组份聚氨酯面漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水95-105重量份,进口羟基丙烯酸分散体190-210重量份且固含45、羟值3.3,分散剂9.5-10.5重量份,消泡剂3.8-4.2重量份,DPP大红粉19-21重量份,110有机黄66.5-73.5重量份,硫酸钡116.09-128.31重量份,云母粉28.5-31.5重量份,气相二氧化硅2.85-3.15重量份,进口羟基丙烯酸分散体237.5-262.5重量份且固含45、羟值3.3,紫外线吸收剂4.75-5.25重量份,润湿流平剂3.8-4.2重量份,二丙二醇丁醚2.85-3.15重量份,醇酯12为0.76-0.84重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂2.85-3.15重量份,总计783.75-866.25重量份;
B组分:进口水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂114-126重量份且固含100、NCO值215,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯28.5-31.5重量份,总计142.5-157.5重量份;
配比质量比:A组份:B组分:水=5.5:1:0.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是水性双组份聚氨酯面漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水100重量份,进口羟基丙烯酸分散体200重量份且固含45、羟值3.3,分散剂10重量份,消泡剂4重量份,DPP大红粉20重量份, 110有机黄70重量份,硫酸钡122.2重量份,云母粉30重量份,气相二氧化硅3重量份,进口羟基丙烯酸分散体250份且固含45,羟值3.3,紫外线吸收剂5重量份,润湿流平剂4重量份,二丙二醇丁醚3重量份,醇酯12为0.8重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂3重量份,总计825重量份;
B组分:进口水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂120重量份且固含100、NCO值215,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯30重量份,总计150重量份;
配比质量比:A组份:B组分:水=5.5:1:0.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是水性份双组氟碳面漆配方如下:
A组份:去离子水100.7-111.3重量份,分散剂9.5-10.5重量份,消泡剂3.8-4.2重量份,DPP大红粉19-21重量份,110有机黄66.5-73.5重量份,硫酸钡28.5-31.5重量份,气相二氧化硅2.85-3.15重量份,进口羟基氟碳分散体570-630重量份且固含50%、羟值1.5,紫外线吸收剂4.75-5.25重量份,润湿流平剂3.8-4.2重量份,二丙二醇丁醚4.75-5.25重量份,醇酯12为38-42重量份,聚氨酯增稠剂2.85-3.15重量份,总计855-945重量份;
B组分:进口水性HDI聚氨酯固化剂76-84重量份且固含100、NCO值215,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯19-21重量份,总计95-105重量份;
配比质量比:A组份:B组分:水=9:1:0.5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层配套体系,其特征是水性份双组氟碳面漆配方如下:

8.一种钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层涂装施工工艺,其特征是:

6)水性双组份聚氨酯面漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后喷涂,喷涂完后养护12-48小时后即可,养护过程避免漆膜表面淋雨,结露;
7)水性双组份氟碳面漆:按产品要求配制涂料,使用气动搅拌机快速搅拌3-5min,混合均匀后喷涂,喷涂完后养护12-48小时后即可,养护过程避免漆膜表面淋雨,结露。
9.根据权利要求8所述的钢桥梁全水性重防腐涂层涂装施工工艺,其特征是:养护12-48小时是指:30-45摄氏度需养护12h,15-30摄氏度需养护24h,5-15摄氏度需养护48小时。
