The egg roll forming device according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the second stop (1210) is of cylindrical structure; the first stop part (1330) is provided with a stop groove, and the stop groove is matched with the cylindrical structure, so that the cylindrical structure is limited in the stop groove when the roller mechanism (1300) moves to the material rolling position.

The egg roll forming device according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the roll assembly (1320) further comprises a roll connection (1323), the roll connection (1323) being connected to the roll support frame (1310) and being arranged movably in a vertical direction with respect to the roll support frame (1310); the roller (1321) is inserted into the roller connecting part (1323) and is rotatably arranged relative to the roller connecting part (1323); the first stop part (1330) is connected with the winding roller connecting part (1323); one end of the elastic component (1340) is connected with the roller connecting part (1323), the other end of the elastic component (1340) is connected with the roller supporting frame (1310), and the elastic component (1340) is located below the roller connecting part (1323).

A roll processing apparatus comprising a baking pan and a roll forming device, a roll (1321) of a roll mechanism (1300) of the roll forming device being adapted to wind a skin on the baking pan so that the skin forms an egg roll, characterized in that the roll forming device is an egg roll forming device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
