An egg roll processing device comprises a baking tray and an egg roll forming device, wherein a rolling roller (1321) of a rolling roller mechanism (1300) of the egg roll forming device is used for winding a rolling skin on the baking tray so as to enable the rolling skin to form an egg roll; the roller (1321) moves the egg roll along at least part of the outer surface of an auxiliary forming section (1500) of the egg roll forming device, wherein the egg roll forming device is an egg roll forming device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
