The egg roll forming device according to claim 2, wherein the egg roll forming device comprises a plurality of moving parts (1100), the plurality of roll mechanisms (1300) are arranged on the moving parts (1100) at intervals, and the moving parts (1100) drive the plurality of roll mechanisms (1300) to move along the preset track;
wherein the interval between two adjacent auxiliary forming portions (1500) is equal to the interval between two adjacent winding rollers (1321).

A device according to claim 3, wherein the moving part (1100) is a revolving chain, a plurality of the roller mechanisms (1300) are arranged outside the revolving chain and connected with the revolving chain, and the revolving chain drives the roller mechanisms (1300) to move along an annular track; a plurality of auxiliary forming parts (1500) are arranged on one side of the winding roller (1321) close to the revolving chain.
5. The egg roll forming device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
a first frame (1600), the roller mechanism (1300) is connected with the first frame (1600) and moves along a preset track relative to the first frame (1600);
and the auxiliary forming installation frame (1700) is connected with the first rack (1600), and the auxiliary forming part (1500) is installed on the auxiliary forming installation frame (1700).

A egg roll processing device, comprising a baking tray and an egg roll forming device, wherein a roll (1321) of a roll mechanism (1300) of the egg roll forming device is used for winding a roll skin on the baking tray so as to form the roll skin into an egg roll; the roll (1321) moves the roll along at least part of the outer surface of an auxiliary forming section (1500) of the roll forming device, characterized in that the roll forming device is a roll forming device according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
