本发明涉及一种具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的三个直线进给轴的机床。
背景技术
作为在正交三轴的直线进给轴的基础上具备至少一个旋转进给轴的多轴的机床,根据进给轴的结构不同存在各种类型的机床。在专利文献1中记载了具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的三个直线进给轴的机床的一例。在这样的机床中,两个旋转进给轴与可旋转地支承安装刀具的主轴的主轴头一起在直线方向相对地进给。因此,包括两个旋转进给轴和主轴头在内的移动体的重量增加,例如,相对于机床的床身的那样的固定部分可移动地支承该移动体的立柱变形。
特别是,在专利文献1的机床中,构成移动体的进给台、床鞍、床身保持架及主轴头从横架在立柱的上端附近的横轨在X轴方向以伸出的方式突出。因此,在专利文献1的机床中,立柱及横轨扭转变形,加工精度低下。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明以解决这样的现有技术的问题为技术问题,其目的是提供一种如下的机床,该机床具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的三个直线进给轴,在该机床中,使包括可旋转地支承安装刀具的主轴的主轴头在内的移动体的重心位置从机床的床身的那样的固定部的伸出量变小。

发明的效果
根据本发明,在具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的三个直线进给轴的机床中,通过使前述两个旋转进给轴的一方倾斜,可使包括两个旋转进给轴和主轴头在内的移动体的伸出量变小,可使由移动体的重量产生的机床的变形减小。

下面,说明本发明的优选的实施方式。
参照图1、2,图1、2表示具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的三个直线进给轴的机床的一例。机床10具备作为被固定在工厂的地板面上的基台的床身12;在床身12的后端侧(在图1中是右侧)直立设置固定在该床身12的上面上的立柱14;在床身12的前方部分(在图1中是左侧)的上面中可移动地设置在前后方向或者Y轴方向(在图1中是左右方向)并固定工件W的工作台26;设置在工作台26的上方,可旋转地支承主轴24的主轴头22,在立柱14的顶部可移动地设置在左右方向或者X轴方向(在图1中是与纸面垂直的方向)的床鞍16;设置在床鞍16上,以旋转轴线Oa为中心可旋转地支承主轴头22的主轴头支承部60。主轴头支持部60具备在床鞍16的前面中可移动地安装在上下方向或者Z轴方向的Z轴滑块18,和以作为第二旋转轴线的倾斜轴线Oc为中心可在C轴方向旋转地被支承在Z轴滑块18上的C轴旋回轴20。

在床鞍16的前面上,在作为铅直方向的Z轴方向(在图1、2中是上下方向)延伸设置了一对Z轴导轨36,在Z轴滑块18上,安装了可在该Z轴导轨36上滑动的导块38。在床鞍16上,作为沿Z轴导轨36往复驱动Z轴滑块18的Z轴进给装置,设置了在Z轴方向延伸设置的滚珠丝杠40和与该滚珠丝杠40的一端连结的Z轴伺服马达44,在Z轴滑块18上,安装了与滚珠丝杠40卡合的螺母(在图1中,表示了安装该螺母的托架42)。
在Z轴滑块18的下端部,由轴承50以倾斜轴线Oc为中心可旋转地支承C轴旋回轴20。倾斜轴线Oc,相对于X轴垂直地从机床10的前面侧向背面侧向斜上方相对于倾斜面14a大致平行地延伸。倾斜轴线Oc和倾斜面14a只要向相同方向倾斜即可,但接近平行是进一步有效的。另外,Z轴滑块18,作为旋转驱动C轴旋回轴20的C轴进给装置或者第二旋转进给装置内置了C轴伺服马达52。在C轴旋回轴20的正面侧的前端部,形成了相对于倾斜轴线Oc平行地延伸的左右一对臂部20a、20b。
主轴头22,可绕主轴轴线Os旋转地支承主轴24,在该主轴24的前端部安装刀具T。在C轴旋回轴20的左右一对臂部20a、20b之间配设主轴头22。主轴头22由形成在两侧部的A轴旋回轴22a、22b以相对于倾斜轴线Oc垂直的作为第一旋转轴线的旋转轴线Oa为中心可在A轴方向旋转地被支承在主轴头支持部60的C轴旋回轴20的臂部20a、20b。作为A轴进给装置或者第一旋转进给装置,在臂部20a、20b的一方(在本实施方式中是臂部20a)装入了与A轴旋回轴22a、22b的一方(在本实施方式中是A轴旋回轴22a)结合的A轴伺服马达21。
另外,倾斜轴线Oc通过主轴24的主轴轴线Os和旋转轴线Oa的交点O的附近。另外,如图2所示,将旋转轴线Oa成为与水平的X轴平行的C轴进给装置的旋转位置作为C轴的原点位置。进而,在C轴处于原点位置时,将主轴24的主轴轴线Os成为铅直的A轴进给装置的旋转位置作为A轴的原点位置。

根据本实施方式,在具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的三个直线进给轴的机床中,通过使形成前述两个旋转进给轴的一方的C轴旋回轴20向立柱14侧倾斜,可使包括A轴进给装置和C轴进给装置的两个旋转进给轴和主轴头22在内的移动体的相对于立柱14侧的伸出量变小,可使该移动体的重心位置向立柱14侧改变。由此,能够减小立柱14、床鞍16的变形。另外,当进给前述移动体时,在加减速时床鞍16、Z轴滑块18的变形减小。
优选为,能够在床鞍16的前面上形成凹部16b,在该凹部16b内配置Z轴的滚珠丝杠40。进而,能够使得主轴头支承部60的至少一部分配置在床鞍16的凹部16b内。由此,能够使前述移动体的相对于立柱14的伸出量进一步变小。

Claims (6)

1.一种机床,该机床具有控制刀具的姿势的两个旋转进给轴和相对于刀具相对地移动工件的位置的直线进给轴,其特征在于,具备将刀具安装在前端部的主轴;
可绕主轴旋转轴线旋转地支承前述主轴的主轴头;
可绕相对于前述主轴旋转轴线垂直地延伸的第一轴线旋转地支承前述主轴头的主轴头支承部;
设置在前述主轴头支承部,绕前述第一轴线旋转进给前述主轴头的第一旋转进给装置;
可绕相对于前述第一轴线垂直且相对于铅直方向倾斜的第二轴线旋转地支承前述主轴头支承部的床鞍;和
设置在前述床鞍上,绕前述第二旋转轴线旋转进给前述主轴头支承部的第二旋转进给轴装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,
还具备床身;和设置在该床身上,可在水平的左右方向往复动地支承前述床鞍的立柱,
前述立柱具有与前述第二旋转轴线大致平行地延伸的倾斜面,前述床鞍配置在前述倾斜面的上方。
