本发明公开了一种液压连接机构,包括斜盘(1)和活塞杆(2),斜盘(1)上设有安装腔,安装腔由槽口(16)、内环槽(14)和球窝(13)组成,内环槽(14)的侧壁上具有两个对称分布且截面为半圆形的第一弧面(11),两个第一弧面(11)之间通过两个第一平面(12)相连成环形,内环槽(14)的底面与球窝(13)连接,内环槽(14)的顶面与槽口(16)相连;所述活塞杆(2)的端部设有位于安装腔内的球头(21),球头(21)与球窝(13)球铰接,球头(21)的中部设有第一锥面(22),第一锥面(22)通过第二锥面(23)连接活塞杆(2)的侧壁。本发明具有组件装配简单、组件加工周期短和成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于变量柱塞泵中活塞杆与斜盘的连接机构领域,尤其涉及一种液压连接机构。
背景技术
变量柱塞泵内具有由斜盘和活塞杆组成的组件,活塞杆和斜盘之间的连接结构包括螺纹连接和球铰接。活塞杆和斜盘之间螺纹连接时,加工时只需要在活塞杆上车出螺纹,在斜盘对应位置打螺纹孔即可,加工工序少,容易加工,但是活塞杆不能绕斜盘转动和轴向移动,组件在装配时容易出现过定位,组件难以装入变量柱塞泵内,具有组件装配困难的问题;活塞杆和斜盘之间以球铰接连接时,由于活塞杆可以绕斜盘转动,组件装配时不容易出现过定位,组件后容易装入变量柱塞泵内,但是存在加工困难的问题,首先需要在活塞杆上加工出球头,然后需要在斜盘上加工出容许活塞杆穿过的收口,收口的内侧加工与球头配合的安装腔,加工的复杂程度高,涉及到的加工工序多,加工周期很长,而且收口的加工尺寸难以保证,收口过小时球头难以紧配穿过收口装入安装腔,收口过大时,球头容易从安装腔内脱开,活塞杆和斜盘发生分离,所以对收口处的尺寸精度要求极高,导致斜盘的加工合格率低,增加了组件的成本。因此,现有的连接结构用于斜盘和活塞杆之间的连接存在组件装配困难的缺陷,或存在组件加工周期长和成本高的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种液压连接机构。本发明具有组件装配简单、组件加工周期短和成本低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:液压连接机构,包括斜盘和活塞杆,斜盘上设有安装腔,安装腔由分别位于安装腔顶部、中部和底部的槽口、内环槽和球窝组成,内环槽的侧壁上具有两个对称分布且截面为半圆形的第一弧面,两个第一弧面之间通过两个第一平面相连成环形,内环槽的底面与球窝连接,内环槽的顶面与槽口相连;所述活塞杆的端部设有位于安装腔内的球头,球头与球窝球铰接,球头的中部设有第一锥面,第一锥面通过第二锥面连接活塞杆的侧壁;所述球窝的底面上设有储油孔。
前述的液压连接机构中,所述内环槽的顶面与内环槽的中心轴线之间具有90°的夹角。
前述的液压连接机构中,所述活塞杆内设有与储油孔连通的通油孔。所述通油孔用于将变量柱塞泵内的油液引入到储油孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明是在现有球铰接式连接结构的基础上做改进,改进一在于改变了安装腔的形状,改进二在于改变了球头的形状。改进后,活塞杆可以绕斜盘自由转动,组件在装配时不容易出现过定位,组件容易装入变量柱塞泵内,组件装配简单。活塞杆倾斜较大角度后就能很容易地装入安装腔中,对于安装腔的加工精度要求低,不需要多道加工工序保障安装腔的精度,加工的复杂程度低,加工周期较短,槽口(相当于现有技术的收口)加工精度要求低,尺寸容易保证,不会因槽口尺寸不准而导致斜盘报废,提高了斜盘的加工合格率,降低了组件的成本。因此,本发明具有组件装配简单、组件加工周期短和成本低的优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。液压连接机构,如图1所示,包括斜盘1和活塞杆2,斜盘1上设有安装腔,安装腔由分别位于安装腔顶部、中部和底部的槽口16、内环槽14和球窝13组成,内环槽14的侧壁上具有两个对称分布且截面为半圆形的第一弧面11,两个第一弧面11之间通过两个第一平面12相连成环形,内环槽14的底面与球窝13连接,内环槽14的顶面与槽口16相连;所述活塞杆2的端部设有位于安装腔内的球头21,球头21与球窝13球铰接,球头21的中部设有第一锥面22,第一锥面22朝向活塞杆2的端部直径大于朝向球头21的端部直径,第一锥面22的轴线与活塞杆2的轴线重合,第一锥面22通过第二锥面23连接活塞杆2的侧壁,第二锥面23朝向球头21的端部直径大于朝向朝向活塞杆2的端部直径。
所述内环槽14的顶面与内环槽14的中心轴线之间具有90°的夹角A。
所述活塞杆2内设有与球窝13相连的通油孔24。通油孔24另一端通向变量柱塞泵的变量活塞,经变量活塞上的通孔连通泵内的油液,如型号A10VO52/53系列的变量柱塞泵。
所述球窝13的底面上设有与通油孔24相连的储油孔15。
所述内环槽14的横截面大于槽口16的横截面。进一步细述,内环槽14的两个对称中心面与槽口16的两个对称中心面两两重合,内环槽4的两个对称中心面之间形成的交线与储油孔15的轴线重合。所述内环槽14的横截面和槽口16的形状类似椭圆,内环槽14横截面的长度为b2,内环槽14横截面的宽度为a2,内环槽14横截面上的弧线半径为R1;所述槽口16横截面的长度为b1,槽口16横截面的宽度为a1,槽口16横截面上的弧线半径为R。满足的关系为:b2>b1,a2>a1。所述第一锥面22与第二锥面23的连接处是球头21的最大截面所在处,球头21的最大截面与活塞杆2垂直,球头21的最大截面直径D,b1>D>a1,由此保证球头21装入到安装腔内时活塞杆2必须倾斜到较大角度才能装入,活塞杆2与安装腔中心轴线之间夹角较小时(变量柱塞泵工作时,活塞杆2与安装腔中心轴线之间的最大夹角为也属于较小夹角),球头21装入安装腔后不会从斜盘上脱出;同时,a2>D>a1,从而保证球头21能装入到安装腔内,且球头21的球面与球窝13贴合后,活塞杆2可以以球窝13为支点在安装腔内摆动,当活塞杆2处于与安装腔中心轴线同轴时,活塞杆2不会从安装腔内脱出。
本发明具有组件装配简单、组件加工周期短和成本低的优点。

1.液压连接机构,其特征在于:包括斜盘(1)和活塞杆(2),斜盘(1)上设有安装腔,安装腔由分别位于安装腔顶部、中部和底部的槽口(16)、内环槽(14)和球窝(13)组成,内环槽(14)的侧壁上具有两个对称分布且截面为半圆形的第一弧面(11),两个第一弧面(11)之间通过两个第一平面(12)相连成环形,内环槽(14)的底面与球窝(13)连接,内环槽(14)的顶面与槽口(16)相连;所述活塞杆(2)的端部设有位于安装腔内的球头(21),球头(21)与球窝(13)球铰接,球头(21)的中部设有第一锥面(22),第一锥面(22)通过第二锥面(23)连接活塞杆(2)的侧壁;所述球窝(13)的底面上设有储油孔(15)。
