Abstract

一种油管伸缩机构,本机构由左右球接头、底板、压板、伸缩节及“O”型圈等组成。左右球接头与输出输入端连接,底板与压板夹在球接头的球头上,可以绕着球头旋转,中间的伸缩节可以伸缩,使左右球接头的相对位置不仅可以伸缩,还可以转动。本机构使输入输出端不仅可以旋转,还可以相对伸缩,具有很强的实用性。

本发明属于流体传输技术领域。 
背景技术
在流体传输时,传送端和接收端有相对运动时一般采用软管传输。但是在输入输出的端口需要能够伸缩时,软管就难以满足需要了。 
发明内容
在输入输出端口需要伸缩时,本发明可以较好的解决此问题。 
本技术方案是通过以下方式实现: 
在机构的左端为左球接头,左球接头的内部为通孔,外部为球头。 
左球接头的球头上安装有左底板和左压板,左底板和左压板均为圆形板,中间加工球形孔,球半径和左球接头的球半径一致。左底板和左压板通过螺栓连接,相应位置加工通孔和内螺纹。 
在左压板上安装有外节,外节的单边截面为“Z”型,大径端为法兰盘,法兰盘上有孔,通过螺栓与左压板连接,小径端向内有台阶,防止中间节滑出。 
外节内为中间节,中间节的单边截面也是“Z”型,其大径端的外壁与外节的内壁之间为小间隙配合。中间节的外壁与外节小径端内壁之间也是小间隙配合。中间节的数量可以增加,从而增加伸缩的距离。 
中间节里面是内节,内节的单边截面是“L”型。内节的左侧大径端是台阶,大径端的外壁与中间节的内壁为小间隙配合,内节的外壁与中间节小径端的内壁为小间隙配合,内节的右端为外螺纹,与丝板的内螺纹连接。 
丝板为一圆形板,中间为螺纹孔,孔径与内节的外螺纹一致。在丝板的外侧均匀分布通孔,右压板相应位置制作螺纹,丝板通过螺栓固定在右压板上。 
[0004]右压板和右底板均为圆形板,中间加工球形孔,其球半径和右球接头的球半径一致。右压板上有密封槽,内有密封圈。右底板和右压板通过螺栓连接,相应位置加工通孔和内螺纹。
右球接头内部为通孔,外面为球头。 
在各个有相对运动的面上都加工有密封槽,内有密封圈。特别的,在外节和左压板之间安装密封圈,密封槽设在左压板上。在丝板和右压板之间也安装密封圈,密封槽设在右 压板上。在左底板和左球接头之间,及右底板和右球接头之间没安装密封圈。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本技术方案做进一步详细说明。 
在左球接头1与输出端连接前,先把左底板2套在左球接头上,把密封圈3安装在左压板4的密封槽内后,通过螺栓使左底板2和左压板4固定。由于左压板4和左底板2中心的球半径与左球接头的球半径一致,使其可以绕左球接头旋转。按照相同办法使右压板10与右底板11连接在右球接头12上。 
在外节6、中间节7、内节8制作好以后,把密封圈放进密封槽内后进行组装,特别的,图1的中间节为一节,制作中可以根据需要增加,结构同此中间节,只是尺寸要适当缩小,相应的内节尺寸也缩小,但是内节的内径不得小于右压板中间球形孔的最小直径,不然就会产生干涉。 
以上的外节6、中间节7、内节8组装好后,先把内节8与丝板9组装,最后把外节6通过螺栓5固定在左压板上,整体机构安装完成。 

Claims (3)

1.一种油管伸缩机构,其特征在于:左端为左球接头(1),左球接头(1)上有左压板(2)和左底板(4);外节(6)通过螺栓(5)固定在左压板(4)上,中间节(7)安装在外节(6)内,内节(8)安装在中间节(7)内,内节(8)右端与丝板(9)螺纹连接;丝板(9)与右压板(10)螺栓连接;右压板(10)与右底板(11)螺栓连接,右压板(10)与右底板(11)安装在右球接头(12)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油管伸缩机构,其特征在于:左压板(2)、外节(6)、中间节(7)内节(8)、右压板(10)均加工有密封槽,密封槽内安装有“O”型密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油管伸缩机构,其特征在于:中间节(7)的数量可以根据需要来设计。
