Abstract

本发明涉及一种污染布的制作工艺,具体涉及一种用于洗衣机性能检测的标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺。本发明的制作工艺中,以水作为配置污染液的生产溶剂,安全环保,且成本低;采用全自动连续式轧吸拉幅定型机进行印染,通过控制轧车的压力、烘干机的烘干温度、风机风量以及链条速率等,减少了印染过程的人工干预,自动化程度高。本工艺制得的标准炭黑污染布成品两侧四点的反射率在22%‑28%之间,成品率可达95%以上。

Description

一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种污染布的制作工艺,具体涉及一种用于洗衣机性能检测的标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺。
背景技术
标准污染布是衡量洗衣机能否洗净衣物的标准物质,也是国际上通行的洗衣机性能测试方法所用的标准物质。现有的标准污染布的制作工艺存在对原布处理方法不一、污染液配置以及染制工艺不规范的问题,会造成污染原布和成品的反射率不稳定,废品率高,出布率低等问题,严重影响了洗衣机性能检测结果的准确性和可复现性。同时,目前在制作标准炭黑污染布时多采用四氯化碳作为配置污染液的分散介质,会对环境造成极大的污染。
因此,开发一种无需对原布进行预处理,放弃使用四氯化碳,且自动化程度高,成品率高的标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,对于保证测试数据准确性、提高检测效率以及保护环境、降低生产成本具有很高的实用价值。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提出了一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)取2000mL水置于烧杯中,加入49-52g阿拉伯树胶粉,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切15-20min,加入墨水18-20g,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切10-15min,然后将烧杯放入水浴锅中升温至90℃;
2)取1000mL水置于另一烧杯中,将烧杯放入水浴锅中升温至90℃,然后加入14-16g卵磷脂,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切10-15min,加入蓖麻油6-8g,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切10-20min;
3)将步骤2)获得的液体缓慢倾入步骤1)获得的液体中,保持水浴加热温度90℃,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切30-40min,形成稳定的炭黑污染液;
4)将原布穿引到连续式轧吸拉幅定型机的轧车上,开启设备并预热,将步骤3)配置好的炭黑污染液注入轧车液槽中开始印染;
5)印染结束后,用激光切割机将污染布切割成标准尺寸;
其中,步骤4)设置的定型机运行条件为:调节轧车压力为19-21psi;设置定型控制机机器链条时间滞留120-150s;旋转风量为800-1000rpm;烘干温度设置为110-150℃;调整链条间距为25-27cm,链条前后两端间距差为0.4-0.6cm。
本发明中在配制炭黑污染液时通过使用阿拉伯树胶粉、卵磷脂、蓖麻油,阿拉伯树胶粉是模拟水溶性污垢的重要成分之一,起到了增稠作用,有利于维持分散液的稳定性,还能在织物表面形成一层高粘度高弹性的薄膜,增加了污垢成分在织物上的结合力。蓖麻油是是模拟油性污垢的重要成分之一,但是其不溶于水,粘度较大,在水中会聚集成大型油滴,对污染液的均一性造成不良影响。卵磷脂是一种油水两亲的物质,基于这种性质,卵磷脂可以作为含油混合液的表面活性剂,它可使蓖麻油均一的分散在水溶液中,并呈现出良好的稳定性,实现了使用水作为溶剂也能够制得稳定的炭黑污染液。
本发明的有益效果是:通过针对性的设计,本工艺减少了印染过程中的人工干预,自动化程度高;采用全自动连续式轧吸拉幅定型机进行印染,实现了人员的合理利用,降低人员成本;配制污染液用的溶剂是水,经济环保;由本工艺生产的炭黑污染布成品成品率可达95%以上,成品两侧四点的反射率在22%-28%之间,稳定性好,能有效提高检测效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步阐释说明,以使本发明的特征更易于被理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更清晰的界定。
实施例1
一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)用量筒量取2000mL水,置于5L烧杯中,加入49g阿拉伯树胶粉,用剪切乳化机于3000rpm条件下剪切15min,加入墨水18g,用剪切乳化机于3000rpm条件下剪切10min,然后将烧杯放入设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中升温,并保持该温度设定直至完成;
2)另用量筒量取量取1000mL水,置于2L烧杯中,将烧杯置于设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中,使水升温至90℃,加入14g卵磷脂,用剪切乳化机于3000rpm条件下剪切10min,加入蓖麻油6g,用剪切乳化机于3000rpm条件下剪切10min;
3)将步骤2)获得的液体缓慢倾入步骤1)获得的液体中,保持水浴加热温度,用剪切乳化机于3000rpm条件下剪切30min,形成稳定的炭黑污染液;
4)将幅宽为30cm的原布穿引到连续式轧吸拉幅定型机的轧车上,开启设备,设置运行条件:调节轧车压力为19psi;设置定型控制机机器链条时间滞留150 s,旋转风量为800rpm,烘干温度设置为110℃,调整链条入布端间距为26cm,链条出布端间距为26.5cm;设备预热10min后,将步骤3)配置好的炭黑污染液注入轧车液槽中,开始印染;
5)印染结束后,用激光切割机将污染布切割成标准尺寸6×12cm。
实施例2
一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)用量筒量取2000mL水,置于5L烧杯中,加入50g阿拉伯树胶粉,用剪切乳化机于4000rpm条件下剪切18min,加入墨水19g,用剪切乳化机于4000rpm条件下剪切12min,然后将烧杯放入设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中升温,并保持该温度设定直至完成;
2)另用量筒量取量取1000mL水,置于2L烧杯中,将烧杯置于设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中,使水升温至90℃,加入15g卵磷脂,用剪切乳化机于4000rpm条件下剪切12min,加入蓖麻油7g,用剪切乳化机于4000rpm条件下剪切15min;
3)将2)获得的液体缓慢倾入1)获得的液体中,保持水浴加热温度,用剪切乳化机于4000rpm条件下剪切35min,形成稳定的炭黑污染液;
4)将幅宽为30cm的原布穿引到连续式轧吸拉幅定型机的轧车上,开启设备,设置运行条件:调节轧车压力为20 psi;设置定型控制机机器链条时间滞留135 s,旋转风量为900rpm,烘干温度设置为135℃,调整链条入布端间距为26cm,链条出布端间距为26.5cm;设备预热10min后,将配置好的炭黑污染液注入轧车液槽中,开始印染;
5)印染结束后,用激光切割机将污染布切割成标准尺寸6×12cm。
实施例3
一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)用量筒量取2000mL水,置于5L烧杯中,加入52g阿拉伯树胶粉,用剪切乳化机于5000rpm条件下剪切20min,加入墨水20g,用剪切乳化机于5000rpm条件下剪切15min,然后将烧杯放入设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中升温,并保持该温度设定直至完成;
2)另用量筒量取量取1000mL水,置于2L烧杯中,将烧杯置于设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中,使水升温至90℃,加入16g卵磷脂,用剪切乳化机于5000rpm条件下剪切15min,加入蓖麻油8g,用剪切乳化机于5000rpm条件下剪切20min;
3)将步骤2)获得的液体缓慢倾入步骤1)获得的液体中,保持水浴加热温度,用剪切乳化机于5000rpm条件下剪切40min,形成稳定的炭黑污染液;
4)将幅宽为30cm的原布穿引到连续式轧吸拉幅定型机的轧车上,开启设备,设置运行条件:调节轧车压力为21 psi;设置定型控制机机器链条时间滞留120s,旋转风量为1000rpm,烘干温度设置为150℃,调整链条入布端间距为26cm,链条出布端间距为26.5cm;设备预热10min后,将配置好的炭黑污染液注入轧车液槽中,开始印染;
5)印染结束后,用激光切割机将污染布切割成标准尺寸6×12cm。
对比例1
一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)用量筒量取2000mL水,置于5L烧杯中,加入10g阿拉伯树胶粉,用剪切乳化机于2000rpm条件下剪切20min,加入墨水9g,用剪切乳化机于2000rpm条件下剪切10min,然后将烧杯放入设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中升温,并保持该温度设定直至完成;
2)另用量筒量取量取1000mL水,置于2L烧杯中,将烧杯置于设定温度为90℃的水浴锅中,使水升温至90℃,加入2g卵磷脂,用剪切乳化机于2000rpm条件下剪切10min,加入蓖麻油4g,用剪切乳化机于2000rpm条件下剪切10min;
3)将步骤2)获得的液体缓慢倾入步骤1)获得的液体中,保持水浴加热温度,用剪切乳化机于2000rpm条件下剪切30min,形成炭黑污染液;
4)将幅宽为30cm的原布穿引到连续式轧吸拉幅定型机的轧车上,开启设备,设置运行条件:调节轧车压力为18 psi;设置定型控制机机器链条时间滞留150 s,旋转风量为800rpm,烘干温度设置为80℃,调整链条入布端间距为26cm,链条出布端间距为26.5cm;设备预热10min后,将配置好的炭黑污染液注入轧车液槽中,开始印染;
5)印染结束后,用激光切割机将污染布切割成标准尺寸6×12cm。
对比例2
采用ZL200910238114.9中公开的工艺生产污染布,该工艺制得的污染布反射率在20-30%之间,但需要对污染布原布进行前处理且前处理过程复杂,耗时长,印染后的成品率仅为85%。

Claims (3)

1.一种标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)取2000mL水置于烧杯中,加入49-52g阿拉伯树胶粉,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切15-20min,加入墨水18-20g,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切10-15min,然后将烧杯放入水浴锅中升温至90℃;
2)取1000mL水置于另一烧杯中,将烧杯放入水浴锅中升温至90℃,然后加入14-16g卵磷脂,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切10-15min,加入蓖麻油6-8g,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切10-20min;
3)将步骤2)获得的液体缓慢倾入步骤1)获得的液体中,保持水浴加热温度90℃,用剪切乳化机于3000-5000rpm条件下剪切30-40min,形成稳定的炭黑污染液;
4)将原布穿引到连续式轧吸拉幅定型机的轧车上,开启设备并预热,将步骤3)配置好的炭黑污染液注入轧车液槽中开始印染;
5)印染结束后,用激光切割机将污染布切割成标准尺寸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标准炭黑污染布的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中设置的定型机运行条件为:调节轧车压力为19-21psi;设置定型控制机机器链条时间滞留120-150s;旋转风量为800-1000rpm;烘干温度设置为110-150℃;调整链条间距为25-27cm,链条前后两端间距差为0.4-0.6cm。
3.一种由权利要求1或2所述的制作工艺制得的标准炭黑污染布,其特征在于,其成品两侧四点的反射率在22%-28%之间。
