Abstract

一种用于管道管口预热的加热装置,主要用于管道焊接施工前对管口的预热。主要包括感应线圈、sb变频电源、温度传感器、隔热保温材料、柔性外壳、温度控制装置构成。将感应线圈安装在隔热保温材料上后灌封在柔性外壳里后沿着管道做圆周包裹后连接sb变频电源,工频电通过sb变频电源输出中频电至感应线圈后在管道本体形成涡流实现加热。温度控制装置根据管口预热所需的设置温度以及温度传感器所测的实时温度来控制sb变频电源的输出。隔热保温材料对感应线圈起到隔热作用。它具有结构合理、安全可靠、使用方便、不受外界温度干扰的特点。

技术领域
本发明是一种管道管口预热的加热装置,涉及到管道管口预热、焊接领域。
背景技术
在现有管道管口焊接施工的过程中,首先需要对管道管口进行预热,其主要方式是利用甲烷、乙炔等可燃性气体对管道管口进行烘烤从而达到加热的目的。这种方式存在以下弊端:1、温度不均匀,焊接达不到技术要求。2、受施工环境影响,热量流失大,需要多次烘烤才能实现管口的焊接。3、施工现场污染严重。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种能够使管道管口自身发热的一种加热装置。
本发明主要由感应线圈1,sb变频电源2,温度传感器3,隔热保温材料4,柔性外壳5,温度控制装置6构成。本发明可以通过以下结构方式来实现:一种用于管道管口预热的加热装置,将感应线圈1安装在隔热保温材料4上面后灌封在柔性外壳5里后沿管道做圆周包裹后连接sb变频电源2,温度传感器3安装在感应线圈中间后连接温度控制装置6后与sb变频电源连接。本发明的原理是将工频电通过sb变频电源2输出中频电到感应线圈1上,中频电通过感应线圈1在管道本体4表面形成涡流实现加热。温度控制装置6根据根据管口预热所需的设置温度以及温度传感器3所测的实时温度来控制sb变频电源的输出。隔热保温材料4对感应线圈起到隔热作用。
本发明改变了原有依靠甲烷、乙炔等可燃性气体对管道本体进行烘烤实现预热的目的,提供一种新型利用电磁感应加热原理使管道本体自身发热的一种加热装置。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:1、升温速度快、均匀,提高管道焊缝质量。2、不受外界冷热环境因素的影响,热量无流失。3、使用安全可靠。

1.一种用于管道管口预热的加热装置,特征包括由感应线圈、sb变频电源、温度传感器、隔热保温材料、柔性外壳、温度控制装置构成。将感应线圈安装在隔热保温材料上面后灌封在柔性外壳后沿管道做圆周包裹后连接sb变频电源。温度传感器安装在感应线圈中心后连接温度控制装置之后与sb变频电源连接。工频电通过sb变频电源输出中频电到感应线圈上,中频电通过感应线圈在管道本体表面形成无数涡流实现加热。温度控制装置根据温度传感器检测的实时温度以及管道预热所需的设置温度来控制sb变频电源的输出。隔热保温材料对感应线圈起到隔热的作用。
