Background
Firstly, excavating a natural soil pavement to form a foundation pit with a specific size, simultaneously manufacturing a template with a corresponding size and a street lamp base, pouring concrete after the construction, and naturally curing for three days at normal temperature; secondly, after maintenance is finished, the complete set of lamp post and the base are fixedly connected through four bolts so as to enable the lamp post to stand vertically; thirdly, the buried cable is connected with the street lamp to form a complete closed loop, so as to achieve the power utilization condition.
For outdoor road illumination, pole type street lamps are generally adopted, and the installation mode is that buried cables are used for laying power supply, and the pole type street lamps are erected after the street lamp foundation is poured. step three: laying galvanized wire pipes; selecting JDG pipes with proper diameters according to specifications and models of street lamp cables required by design, laying the JDG pipes on pipe frames straightly, and fixing the pipe pipes on I-shaped steel by using U-shaped clamps;
step four: fixing the waterproof junction box; locking the junction box on the I-shaped steel by four screws;
step five: laying a street lamp cable; leading the street lamp incoming cable to pass through the wire tube to the waterproof junction box, sleeving a proper metal hose from the wire tube opening to the position of the wire incoming box, installing a pipe joint and connecting the pipe joint with the waterproof junction box;
step six: wiring a street lamp; the method comprises the steps of introducing a reserved line of a street lamp pole into a waterproof junction box, butting the reserved line with a penetrated cable, sleeving a section of suitable metal hose on a wire outlet of the street lamp pole, installing a connector, and finally closing a line box cover plate to complete basic installation of the street lamp so as to meet power transmission conditions of the street lamp.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in terms of material economy: the installation mode does not need to purchase a street lamp base, concrete for manufacturing a foundation, yellow sand for burying a cable and the like, and only needs to purchase a line pipe with a proper pipe diameter and a waterproof junction box, so that the material cost is saved;
in terms of construction period: according to the prior art, 4-5 persons are needed for installing a street lamp on average, even crane-class coordination construction is needed, the installation mode can carry out construction by only 2 persons, and any large-sized tool is not needed; under the condition of the same manpower, the installation time efficiency of the traditional street lamp is assumed to be 10 pieces/day, the installation mode can reach 50 pieces/day, and time and labor are saved;
in terms of flexibility: in the traditional installation mode, the street lamp occupies a certain geographical position due to the fact that the street lamp is buried underground after being installed, and if large goods pass through or the geographical position is used for other purposes, the street lamp is difficult to move and inconvenient to detach. The installation mode is simple, the disassembly is convenient, the geographical position is not occupied relatively, the installation position can be changed randomly under special conditions, and the installation mode is flexible and reliable.
In the aspect of maintenance: the traditional technology leads to the increase of workload due to complicated buried maintenance procedures and large uncertainty. And this mounting means naked eye is visible, can easily detect out the trouble place through the instrument, has accelerated maintenance speed greatly, convenient safety.
