技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体是指一种无磨损密封四位三通调节阀。
背景技术
调节阀主要用于切断、接通以及分流介质,考虑调节阀适用的性质和密封面的耐冲蚀性,有时也可用于节流,调节阀被广泛地在各行各业中,如石油化工、暖通和医疗产业,三通调节阀通常包括有阀壳、阀芯、阀座、阀杆,阀杆与阀芯连接,阀芯与阀壳配合组成密封副,通过将阀杆旋转90度,带动阀芯一起旋转,使阀芯上的通道口与阀壳上的通道口相同或分开,实现开启或关闭的动作,现有的三通调节阀在阀芯转动时阀芯和阀壳由于摩擦产生很大的磨损,使用寿命短;并且现在的三通调节阀功能单一,油路控制能力不足。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种无磨损密封四位三通调节阀,其不仅结构简单,而且使用寿命长。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无磨损密封四位三通调节阀,包括侧面设有P口的阀壳,所述阀壳的侧面上在P口的左侧设有与P口夹角为90°的A口、在P口的右侧设有与P口夹角为90°B口;所述阀壳的上端开口处设有上端盖、下端开口处设有下端盖;所述阀壳内设有呈圆台形的阀芯,所述阀芯内设有连通腔;所述阀芯的侧面上设有第一连通孔,所述阀芯的侧面上在第一连通孔的左侧设有与第一连通孔夹角为90°的第二连通孔、在第一连通孔的右侧设有与第一连通孔夹角为90°的第三连通孔,所述第一连通孔、第二连通孔、第三连通孔均与连通腔连通;所述阀壳内设有与所述阀芯配合的阀座面;
所述上端盖设有伸入所述阀壳内的定位套筒;所述阀芯的上端设有穿过定位套筒且伸出上端盖的顶杆,所述顶杆的上端固定安装有手柄;所述定位套筒的下端以所述顶杆为圆心间隔均匀地设有四个定位槽;所述顶杆的圆周侧面上间隔均匀的设有四个与所述定位槽配合的定位销杆;所述阀芯的下端设有穿过下端盖的滑杆,所述滑杆上套接有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧位于阀芯的下端和下端盖之间用于迫使所述阀芯向上运动;
所述阀芯内在与第一连通孔位置相对的侧壁内设有右端与第三连通孔连通的弧形滑槽,所述弧形滑槽内滑动连接有用于控制第三连通孔通断的挡片;所述挡片的上端右侧设有伸出阀芯上端的挡杆,所述顶杆上设有与所述挡杆配合用于迫使所述挡片向第三连通孔方向运动的扭簧;所述阀芯的下端设有设有与弧形滑槽连通的第一弧形限位槽,以及与第三连通孔连通的第二弧形限位槽,所述第一弧形限位槽的左端设有定位卡槽;所述挡片的下端中间位置设有竖直连杆,所述竖直连杆的下端铰接有弧形连杆,所述弧形连杆的左端铰接有与定位卡槽配合的定位块、右端铰接有位于所述第二弧形限位槽内的顶块;所述顶块上套接有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧位于第二弧形限位槽内用于迫使所述顶块向下运动;所述顶块上设有第一斜面,所述下端盖上在A口的正下方设有与第一斜面配合用于推动顶块压缩第二弹簧的竖直杆。
进一步的技术方案中,所述阀壳的上端开口与上端盖之间设有密封垫片;所述下端盖与滑杆之间设有密封圈;该设置能够防止管路中的介质渗出调节阀。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
阀芯在开启、关闭过程中,先与阀座面脱离接触,因此可以避免阀芯与阀座面之间的磨损,从而延长整个无磨损密封四位三通调节阀的使用寿命;另外,该三通调节阀同时具有全通、全闭和选择通路通能,一阀多用,增加了对管路的控制能力。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-14所示,一种无磨损密封四位三通调节阀,包括侧面设有P口的阀壳1,所述阀壳1的侧面上在P口的左侧设有与P口夹角为90°的A口、在P口的右侧设有与P口夹角为90°B口;所述阀壳1的上端开口处设有上端盖6、下端开口处设有下端盖16;所述阀壳1的上端开口与上端盖6之间设有密封垫片17。所述阀壳1内设有呈圆台形的阀芯2,所述阀芯2内设有连通腔201;所述阀芯2的侧面上设有第一连通孔2.1,所述阀芯2的侧面上在第一连通孔2.1的左侧设有与第一连通孔2.1夹角为90°的第二连通孔2.2、在第一连通孔2.1的右侧设有与第一连通孔2.1夹角为90°的第三连通孔2.3,所述第一连通孔2.1、第二连通孔2.2、第三连通孔2.3均与连通腔201连通;所述阀壳1内设有与所述阀芯2配合的阀座面101。
所述上端盖6设有伸入所述阀壳1内的定位套筒601;所述阀芯2的上端设有穿过定位套筒601且伸出上端盖6的顶杆2b,所述顶杆2b的上端固定安装有手柄7;所述定位套筒601的下端以所述顶杆2b为圆心间隔均匀地设有四个定位槽6a;所述顶杆2b的圆周侧面上间隔均匀的设有四个与所述定位槽6a配合的定位销杆2a;所述阀芯2的下端设有穿过下端盖16的滑杆2c,所述下端盖16与滑杆2c之间设有密封圈18。所述滑杆2c上套接有第一弹簧3,所述第一弹簧3位于阀芯2的下端和下端盖16之间用于迫使所述阀芯2向上运动。
所述阀芯2内在与第一连通孔2.1位置相对的侧壁内设有右端与第三连通孔2.3连通的弧形滑槽202,所述弧形滑槽202内滑动连接有用于控制第三连通孔2.3通断的挡片4;所述挡片4的上端右侧设有伸出阀芯2上端的挡杆4a,所述顶杆2b上设有与所述挡杆4a配合用于迫使所述挡片4向第三连通孔2.3方向运动的扭簧5;所述阀芯2的下端设有设有与弧形滑槽202连通的第一弧形限位槽203,以及与第三连通孔2.3连通的第二弧形限位槽204,所述第一弧形限位槽203的左端设有定位卡槽2c;所述挡片4的下端中间位置设有竖直连杆4b,所述竖直连杆4b的下端铰接有弧形连杆8,所述弧形连杆8的左端铰接有与定位卡槽2c配合的定位块9、右端铰接有位于所述第二弧形限位槽204内的顶块11;所述顶块11上套接有第二弹簧10,所述第二弹簧10位于第二弧形限位槽204内用于迫使所述顶块11向下运动;所述顶块11上设有第一斜面1101,所述下端盖16上在A口的正下方设有与第一斜面1101配合用于推动顶块11压缩第二弹簧10的竖直杆12。
如图1-2所示,是本实施例中一种无磨损密封四位三通调节阀油口全通时的剖视图,以此状态为初始状态
如果需要将调节阀在全通状态改变为:P口与A口相通的工作状态时,使用者需要将手柄7向下按直到手柄7贴在上端盖6上,这时阀芯2被向下推动与阀壳1内的阀座面101分离,顶杆2b上的定位销杆2a也脱离定位槽6a,接着将手柄7逆时针旋转90°,使阀芯2也随之转动90°,定位销杆2a也随之转动90°,将手柄7向上提,使旋转后的定位销杆2a回到另一个定位槽6a中,阀芯2也受第一弹簧3的弹簧力重新压紧在阀座面101上,如图3-4所示,这样调节阀由油口全通的工作位变为P口与A口相通的工作位。
如果需要将调节阀在P口与A口相通的工作状态改变为:P口、A口、B口全闭工作状态,使用者需要将手柄7向下按直到手柄7贴在上端盖6上,这时阀芯2被向下推动与阀壳1内的阀座面101分离,顶杆2b上的定位销杆2a也脱离定位槽6a,接着将手柄7逆时针旋转90°,使阀芯2也随之转动90°,定位销杆2a也随之转动90°,在阀芯2转动的过程中顶块11触碰到竖直杆12的上端,使得顶块11在第一斜面1101作用下向第二弧形限位槽204内运动并且压缩第二弹簧10。顶块11向第二弧形限位槽204内运动时,通过弧形连杆8定位块9被推出定位卡槽2c,在定位块9离开定位卡槽2c时,扭簧5通过推动挡杆4a带动挡片4转动,进而带动定位块9沿第一弧形限位槽203转动并靠近竖直杆12;于是挡片4被从弧形滑槽202内推出,将阀芯2上的第三连通孔2.3关闭,当阀芯2旋转90°后,将手柄7向上提,使旋转后的定位销杆2a重新另一个定位槽6a中,阀芯2也受第一弹簧3的弹簧力重新压紧在阀座面101上,如图5-6所示,这样调节阀由P口与A口相通的工作状态改变为:P口、A口、B口全闭工作状态。
如果需要将调节阀在P口、A口、B口全闭的工作状态改变为:P口与B口相通的工作状态时,使用者需要将手柄7向下按直到手柄7贴在上端盖6上,这时阀芯2被向下推动与阀壳1内的阀座面101分离,顶杆2b上的定位销杆2a也脱离定位槽6a,接着将手柄7逆时针旋转90°,使阀芯2也随之转动90°,定位销杆2a也随之转动90°。由于挡片4将第三连通孔2.3关闭,且定位块9伸出第一弧形限位槽203;在下压阀芯2后定位块9靠近竖直杆12,阀芯2旋转过程中,竖直杆12挡住定位块9,使其位置不动,另外由于挡片4与定位块9相连,则挡片4位置也不发生改变,因此阀芯2转动90°使得阀芯2上的第三连通孔2.3被打开。当阀芯2旋转,使定位卡槽2c运动到定位块9上方时,在第二弹簧10的弹簧力以及弧形连杆8的作用下使定位块9收缩回到定位卡槽2c中,同时顶块11弹出第二弧形限位槽204,进而使竖直杆12不再阻碍挡片4随阀芯2转动,当阀芯2旋转90°后,将手柄7向上提,使旋转后的定位销杆2a重新另一个定位槽6a中,阀芯2也受第一弹簧3的弹簧力重新压紧在阀座面101上,如图7-8所示,这样调节阀由P口、A口、B口全闭的工作状态改变为:P口与B口相通的工作状态。
如果需要将调节阀在P口与B口相通的工作状态改变为:P口、A口、B口全通的工作状态时,使用者需要将手柄7向下按直到手柄7贴在上端盖6上,这时阀芯2被向下推动与阀壳1内的阀座面101分离,顶杆2b上的定位销杆2a也脱离定位槽6a,接着将手柄7逆时针旋转90°,使阀芯2也随之转动90°,定位销杆2a也随之转动90°,将手柄7(7)向上提,使旋转后的定位销杆2a回到另一个定位槽6a中,阀芯2也受第一弹簧3的弹簧力重新压紧在阀座面101上,这样调节阀由P口与B口相通的工作状态变为P口、A口、B口全通的工作状态(如图1-2所示),至此完成循环。阀芯2在转动变换工作位时没有与阀座面101接触,所以不能产生磨损,使用寿命得以延长。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种无磨损密封四位三通调节阀,包括侧面设有P口的阀壳,所述阀壳的侧面上在P口的左侧设有与P口夹角为90°的A口、在P口的右侧设有与P口夹角为90°B口;其特征在于,所述阀壳的上端开口处设有上端盖、下端开口处设有下端盖;所述阀壳内设有呈圆台形的阀芯,所述阀芯内设有连通腔;所述阀芯的侧面上设有第一连通孔,所述阀芯的侧面上在第一连通孔的左侧设有与第一连通孔夹角为90°的第二连通孔、在第一连通孔的右侧设有与第一连通孔夹角为90°的第三连通孔,所述第一连通孔、第二连通孔、第三连通孔均与连通腔连通;所述阀壳内设有与所述阀芯配合的阀座面;
所述上端盖设有伸入所述阀壳内的定位套筒;所述阀芯的上端设有穿过定位套筒且伸出上端盖的顶杆,所述顶杆的上端固定安装有手柄;所述定位套筒的下端以所述顶杆为圆心间隔均匀地设有四个定位槽;所述顶杆的圆周侧面上间隔均匀的设有四个与所述定位槽配合的定位销杆;所述阀芯的下端设有穿过下端盖的滑杆,所述滑杆上套接有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧位于阀芯的下端和下端盖之间用于迫使所述阀芯向上运动;
