本发明公开了一种可控的延时龙头。可控的延时龙头,包括管道、摁压式的把手、中心杆和转动以控制启闭的阀芯,中心杆两端连接阀芯和把手,所述管道与中心杆之间还设有固定块和密封圈,中心杆穿设于固定块和密封圈,所述中心杆与管道、固定块滑动连接,中心杆连接阀芯和把手并垂直于管道上下移动,阀芯下方的管道内壁连接有不透水的弹性板,所述弹性板与阀芯紧贴;所述位于固定块上方的中心杆外壁设有挡环,中心杆上套设有将中心杆向上复位的弹性件,所述弹性件位于挡环和固定块之间。把手可以上下摁压,也可转动,即可实现延时龙头的持续通水,可以实现龙头通水一段时间后自动关闭。

可控的延时龙头
技术领域
本发明涉及五金阀门设备技术领域,它是一种可控的延时龙头。
背景技术
龙头是阀门的一种别称,阀门的结构包括阀体,阀体内设有阀腔,阀腔内安装有阀芯,阀芯上连接有阀杆。在农业、工业等各个领域都会用到各种各样的阀门,然而,具有多种控制液体流动的方法的阀体较少,不能够满足需要。
目前,市场上的延时龙头多见于公共饮水台、公共厕所等,延时龙头种类非常繁多,有机械的还有红外线的等等。延时龙头具有延时,自闭,卫生,不受水力限制,节水效果达50%显着等特点。只需按一下或者身体靠近的时候龙头开启,离开后能够自动关闭,既方便有不会交叉污染。由于机械式延时龙头无需通电,因此机械式延时龙头应用的范围更为广泛。
但是,现有的机械式延时龙头的使用方式较为单一,若使用者需要持续供水时,需要不停的去摁压龙头上的把手,实现持续的不断水,操作较为繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是为了解决延时龙头无法持续供水的问题,提供一种可控的延时龙头,可以延时供水,也可以根据使用者需要进行持续供水。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
可控的延时龙头,包括管道、摁压式的把手、中心杆和转动以控制启闭的阀芯,中心杆两端连接阀芯和把手,所述阀芯位于管道内,所述把手位于管道外壁,所述管道与中心杆之间还设有固定块和密封圈,中心杆穿设于固定块和密封圈,所述中心杆与管道、固定块滑动连接,中心杆连接阀芯和把手并垂直于管道上下移动,阀芯下方的管道内壁连接有不透水的弹性板,所述弹性板与阀芯紧贴;所述位于固定块上方的中心杆外壁设有挡环,中心杆上套设有将中心杆向上复位的弹性件,所述弹性件位于挡环和固定块之间。
进一步的,所述管道上方还设有阀盖,所述阀盖通过紧固件固定于管道外壁上方,所述固定块、密封圈和挡环均位于阀盖内,固定块与阀盖内壁相固定,中心杆带动挡环于固定块和阀盖顶壁之间往复移动。
进一步的,所述阀芯呈球形,阀芯中部设有供流体通过的阀孔,所述弹性板呈环状并与阀芯外壁紧密贴合。
进一步的,所述阀芯呈圆形片状或球形,所述阀芯下方的管道内设有供阀芯上下移动的附腔。
进一步的,所述把手呈柱状,把手顶部为圆顶,把手的侧壁上还设有片状或条状的握柄。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案的可控的延时龙头,具有如下有益效果:
采用本发明的可控的延时龙头,可以实现普通机械式延时龙头的延时供水和自闭功能,同时又可以像普通的闸阀一样持续供水,使用者可以根据自己的需要来选择2种供水方式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1至2所示的一种可控的延时龙头,包括管道3、阀盖4、阀芯2、中心杆1、把手、固定块5和密封圈6。阀盖4位于管道3上方,固定块5固定于阀盖4内壁,中心杆1穿过固定块5,固定块5可使中心杆1更为稳定,中心杆1两端分别连接把手和阀芯2,阀芯2位于管道内部,把手位于阀盖4上方。
阀盖通过紧固件40(如螺栓螺钉等)固定于管道上方,方便阀盖的拆卸和安装,当龙头内部出现损坏后,可以通过紧固件40将阀壳拿掉,从而对管道内的组件进行检修,大大增加了阀门的使用寿命,降低了成本。
本实施例中的阀芯2为球形的阀芯,阀芯2中部带有阀孔20,通过转动把手带动阀芯2转动,实现管道内液体的流动。
中心杆1与阀盖、固定块5滑动连接,中心杆1可带动把手和阀芯上下移动。中心杆1的外壁还固定有挡环10,挡环10与固定块5之间设有弹簧,弹簧套设于中心杆1外壁,阀芯下方的管道内壁设有弹性板90,弹性板90呈环形,其截面呈弧形并与阀芯外壁紧密贴合,环形的弹性板90与球形阀芯更易贴合,密封性能更为良好。
本实施例中的弹簧采用阻尼弹簧延时系统(阻尼弹簧即市场上普通延时龙头内的延时系统),阻尼弹簧延时系统具有如下特性:当阻尼弹簧刚被压缩时需要较大的力,而后续压缩时的力相比之前较小。而在阻尼弹簧失去受压的力时,其回弹具有一定的滞后性,阻尼弹簧刚开始将缓慢展开,1-3秒左右才将迅速并回复原状。
摁压式把手的侧壁设有握柄80,方便使用者对把手进行转动,其次也可用于分辨阀芯的启闭状态。
阀芯下方的管道设有附腔9,附腔9可增加阀芯进行上下移动的距离,若缺少附腔9,则需将管道的内壁直径进行较大幅度的增加,以供阀芯进行上下移动,因此增设附腔9后,可以大幅降低管道的直径。
阀芯上方的管道通向阀盖的开口处设有弧形段,该弧形段的直接与阀芯相同,弧形段与阀芯的形状完全贴合,可有效增加密封性能,避免流体从间隙流出。
本实施例的延时龙头共有2种使用方式:延时通水方式和持续通水方式。
持续通水方式:
如图1所示,在弹簧的作用下,弹簧抵触挡环10和固定块5,由于固定块5固定于阀盖内壁,挡环10被弹簧抵压,在弹簧的作用下阀芯与管道上方的内壁完全抵触,流体无法从阀芯上方位置通过;其次,由于弹性板90的设置,环形的弹性板90同阀芯外壁紧密贴合,流体亦无法从阀芯下方通过,龙头处于关闭状态。
将把手转动至图1位置,阀芯上的阀孔20连通管道,使管道内的流体可以从阀孔20内持续通过,实现持续通水。使用者转动把手关闭阀芯,即可将龙头关闭。
延时通水方式:
如图2所示,将把手转动至图2位置,阀芯处于关闭状态,流体无法通过阀孔20。
此时通过摁压把手,将中心杆1带动阀芯和挡环10向下压,阀芯将弹性板90向外侧压,同时挡环10压缩弹簧,此时阀芯和上方的管道产生一定的缝隙,管道内的流体通过阀芯上方的缝隙流动,水从龙头内流出。
当手不再摁压把手时,挡环10在弹簧的作用下向上移动恢复原位,并带动中心杆1、阀芯和把手一同向上移动,阀芯在弹簧的作用下紧紧的贴合与管道上方内壁的弧形段,此时龙头再次处于关闭状态,延时龙头停止通水。

Claims (5)

1.可控的延时龙头,包括管道(3)、摁压式的把手(8)、中心杆(1)和转动以控制启闭的阀芯,中心杆(1)两端连接阀芯和把手(8),所述阀芯位于管道(3)内,所述把手(8)位于管道(3)外壁,所述管道(3)与中心杆(1)之间还设有固定块(5)和密封圈(6),中心杆(1)穿设于固定块(5)和密封圈(6),其特征在于:
所述中心杆(1)与管道(3)、固定块(5)滑动连接,中心杆(1)连接阀芯和把手(8)并垂直于管道(3)上下移动,阀芯下方的管道(3)内壁连接有不透水的弹性板(90),所述弹性板(90)与阀芯紧贴;
所述位于固定块(5)上方的中心杆(1)外壁设有挡环(10),中心杆(1)上套设有将中心杆(1)向上复位的弹性件(7),所述弹性件(7)位于挡环(10)和固定块(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可控的延时龙头,其特征在于:所述管道(3)上方还设有阀盖(4),所述阀盖(4)通过紧固件固定于管道(3)外壁上方,所述固定块(5)、密封圈(6)和挡环(10)均位于阀盖(4)内,固定块(5)与阀盖(4)内壁相固定,挡环(10)通过中心杆(1)的带动往复移动于固定块(5)和阀盖(4)顶壁之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可控的延时龙头,其特征在于:所述阀芯呈圆形片状或球形,所述阀芯下方的管道(3)内设有供阀芯上下移动的附腔(9)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可控的延时龙头,其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)呈球形,阀芯(2)中部设有供流体通过的阀孔(20),所述弹性板(90)呈环状并与阀芯(2)外壁紧密贴合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可控的延时龙头,其特征在于:所述把手(8)呈柱状,把手(8)顶部为圆顶,把手(8)的侧壁上还设有片状或条状的握柄(80)。
