Abstract

本发明公开了一种气流蝶阀,包括管道、把手、中心杆和阀板,中心杆两端连接阀板和把手,中心杆连接阀板和把手并垂直于管道上下移动;中心杆外壁设有挡环,挡环和固定块之间设有复位用的弹性件,所述管道包括入流管,所述入流管内壁固定有挡流板,挡流板中部设有供流体通过的通孔,挡流板紧贴于阀板表面。通过把手的转动可以控制阀门的启闭,实现持续性流体供给;而采用摁压的方式也可控制阀门的启闭,实现高频通断供给。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金阀门设备技术领域,它是一种气流蝶阀。
背景技术
目前,阀门的结构包括阀体,阀体内设有阀腔,阀腔内安装有阀芯,阀芯上连接有阀杆。在农业、工业等各个领域都会用到各种各样的阀门,然而,具有多种控制流体流动的方法的阀体较少,不能够满足需要。
在工业生产中,阀门用于控制气流的通断,既需要源源不断的持续性供给气体,同时也要满足一定生产条件所需的较高频率通断性供给。
有些生产制造场合往往需要阀门进行频繁的启闭,达到气体间断性的输送目的。但是现有的蝶阀需不断的进行转动以实现启闭功能,速度较慢,且转动的力度较大,因此难以实现高频启闭通断流作业。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是为了解决蝶阀难以高频启闭的问题,提供一种气流蝶阀,可以高速的启闭作业,实现流体的高速通断流,同时亦可持续通流。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
气流蝶阀,包括管道、可转动的把手、中心杆和转动以控制启闭的阀板,中心杆两端连接阀板和把手,所述阀板位于管道内,所述把手位于管道外壁,所述管道与中心杆之间还设有固定块和密封圈,中心杆穿设于固定块和密封圈,所述中心杆与管道、固定块滑动连接,中心杆连接阀板和把手并垂直于管道上下移动;所述管道包括入流管,所述入流管内壁固定有挡流板,挡流板中部设有供流体通过的通孔,挡流板紧贴于阀板表面;所述位于固定块上方的中心杆外壁设有挡环,中心杆上套设有将中心杆向上复位的弹性件,所述弹性件位于挡环和固定块之间。
进一步的,所述挡流板呈“◎”形,阀板和通孔均为圆形,所述通孔与阀板的直径差小于中心杆上下移动的最大距离。
进一步的,所述管道上方还设有阀盖,所述阀盖通过紧固件固定于管道外壁上方,所述固定块、密封圈和挡环均位于阀盖内,固定块与阀盖内壁相固定,挡环通过中心杆带动往复移动于固定块和阀盖顶壁之间。
进一步的,所述阀板下方的管道内设有供阀板上下移动的附腔,所述附腔的形状与阀板相配合。
进一步的,所述把手呈柱状,把手顶部为圆顶,把手的侧壁上还设有片状或条状的握柄。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案的气流蝶阀,具有如下有益效果:
一、采用本发明的气流蝶阀,首先可以实现管道内流体(包括气体和液体)的通断,可以持续的为生产环节提供所需的流体,通过转动把手用于控制蝶阀阀芯部分的启闭,达到持续通流及关闭的目的。
二、其次,把手可带动中心杆的阀板进行上下移动,弹性件可为中心杆提供恢复原位的常力,使阀门处于常闭状态。通过向下摁压把手,挡流板中部的通孔与阀板间断性的产生间隙,流体可通过通孔和间隙进行流通,由于弹性件的作用,可实现把手的快速摁压及回弹,达到高频启闭阀芯的目的,实现流体于阀门内的高速通断流供给。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1至3所示的气流蝶阀,包括管道3、阀盖4、阀板2、中心杆1、把手8、固定块5和密封圈6。阀盖4位于管道3上方,固定块5固定于阀盖4内壁,中心杆1穿过固定块5,固定块5可使中心杆1更为稳定,中心杆1两端分别连接把手和阀板2,阀板2位于管道内部,把手位于阀盖4上方。
阀盖通过紧固件40(如螺栓螺钉等)固定于管道上方,方便阀盖的拆卸和安装,当阀门内部出现损坏后,可以通过紧固件40将阀壳4拿掉,从而对管道内的组件进行检修,大大增加了阀门的使用寿命,降低了成本。
本实施例中的阀板2为圆形的片状金属阀芯,通过转动把手带动阀板2转动,实现管道内气体的通断。
中心杆1与阀盖、固定块5滑动连接,中心杆1可带动把手和阀板上下移动。中心杆1的外壁还固定有挡环10,挡环10与固定块5之间设有弹簧,弹簧套设于中心杆1外壁,阀板2朝向入水口31一侧的管道内设有挡流板90(挡流板由弹性橡胶等不透气的材料制成),挡流板90呈“◎”形,,其截面呈弧形并与阀板2外壁紧密贴合,环形的挡流板90与阀板2更易贴合,密封性能更为良好。
挡流板90设置于阀板2的入流管一侧,当阀板2关闭时,入流管内的压强高于出流管处,因此挡流板90将被压强紧紧的压住并紧贴阀板2表面,增加气密性。
如图4所示,阀板2和通孔均为圆形,所述通孔与阀板2的直径差小于中心杆上下移动的最大距离。阀板2移动间距的最大值减去通孔与阀板2二者的直径差,即为阀板2下压时产生的间隙大小,间隙的大小决定了气流流速。
摁压式把手的侧壁设有握柄80,方便使用者对把手进行转动,其次也可用于分辨阀芯的启闭状态。
阀板2下方的管道设有附腔9,附腔9可增加阀板2进行上下移动的距离,若缺少附腔9,则需将管道的内壁直径进行较大幅度的增加,以供阀板2进行上下移动,因此增设附腔9后,可以大幅降低管道的直径。
本实施例的气流蝶阀共有2种使用方式:高频通断流方式和持续通流方式。
持续通流方式:
如图1所示,蝶阀处于关闭的状态,在弹簧的作用下,弹簧抵触挡环10和固定块5,由于固定块5固定于阀盖内壁,挡环10被弹簧抵押,阀板2将挡流板90上的通孔完全遮蔽,在气压的作用下,挡流板90紧紧的贴合于阀板2的表面,气密性强,不易漏气。
如图3所示,通过旋转把手8,将阀板2转动至图3中的角度,阀芯打开,气体可顺利通过。
高频通断流方式:
如图1所示,将把手转动至图2位置,阀芯处于关闭状态,流体无法通过。
如图2所示,此时通过摁压把手8,将中心杆1带动阀板2和挡环10向下压,阀板2与挡流板90之间产生间隙(如图4所示),同时挡环10压缩弹簧,此时阀板2和挡流板90上方产生一定的缝隙,管道内的流体通过缝隙流动,气体从蝶阀内流出。
当手不再摁压把手时,挡环10在弹簧的作用下向上移动恢复原位,并带动中心杆1、阀板2和把手一同向上移动,阀板在弹簧的作用下再次封闭挡流板90上的通孔,此时阀门再次处于关闭状态,阀门停止通气。
本实施例中的气流蝶阀,除了可以通断气体外,亦可以对液体流体进行通断和控制,本实施例并不进行过多的限定。

Claims (5)

1.气流蝶阀,包括管道(3)、可转动的把手(8)、中心杆(1)和转动以控制启闭的阀板(2),中心杆(1)两端连接阀板(2)和把手(8),所述阀板(2)位于管道(3)内,所述把手(8)位于管道(3)外壁,所述管道(3)与中心杆(1)之间还设有固定块(5)和密封圈(6),中心杆(1)穿设于固定块(5)和密封圈(6),其特征在于:
所述中心杆(1)与管道(3)、固定块(5)滑动连接,中心杆(1)连接阀板(2)和把手(8)并垂直于管道(3)上下移动;
所述管道(3)包括入流管(31),所述入流管(31)内壁固定有挡流板(90),挡流板(90)中部设有供流体通过的通孔,挡流板(90)紧贴于阀板(2)表面;
位于固定块(5)上方的所述中心杆(1)外壁设有挡环(10),中心杆(1)上套设有将中心杆(1)向上复位的弹性件(7),所述弹性件(7)位于挡环(10)和固定块(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气流蝶阀,其特征在于:所述挡流板(90)呈“◎”形,阀板(2)和通孔均为圆形,所述通孔与阀板(2)的直径差小于中心杆(1)上下移动的最大距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气流蝶阀,其特征在于:所述管道(3)上方还设有阀盖(4),所述阀盖(4)通过紧固件固定于管道(3)外壁上方,所述固定块(5)、密封圈(6)和挡环(10)均位于阀盖(4)内,固定块(5)与阀盖(4)内壁相固定,挡环(10)通过中心杆(1)带动往复移动于固定块(5)和阀盖(4)顶壁之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气流蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(2)下方的管道(3)内设有供阀板(2)上下移动的附腔(9),所述附腔的形状与阀板(2)相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气流蝶阀,其特征在于:所述把手(8)呈柱状,把手(8)顶部为圆顶,把手(8)的侧壁上还设有片状或条状的握柄(80)。
