本发明涉及一种同步伸缩双出杆油缸,由导向套、缸筒、活塞杆、活塞和限位块组成,所述缸筒为一个整体的圆管状,缸筒中部设有无杆腔进油口,缸筒两端设有有杆腔进油口;所述限位块位于缸筒内壁的中部,限位块的侧壁设有进油孔与缸筒的无杆腔进油口对应;所述导向套设置在缸筒的两端开口处;所述缸筒的两端设有两个活塞杆,活塞杆位于缸筒内的一端固定有活塞。本发明的有益效果是:缸筒采用整体式结构设计,相比现有技术,其结构紧凑,直线度、同轴度等形位公差加工精度更高,油缸密封性、使用可靠性更高,同时缸筒加工简单高效,加工成本大大降低。

技术领域
本发明属于液压油缸技术领域,特别涉及一种同步伸缩双出杆油缸。
背景技术
当前液压油缸设计中,双出杆油缸常见的有两种结构设计:一种双出杆油缸的结构是将两根油缸通过连接板焊接固定在一起,然后将两油缸大小腔进行串联,实现油缸的同步伸缩;另一种双出杆油缸的结构是将两缸筒的缸底通过焊接连接在一起,共用无杆腔,实现油缸同步伸缩。目前的结构设计中加工成本高,精度要求不易保证,运行的安全可靠性较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有双出杆油缸结构设计技术中存在的问题,提供一种结构简单、可靠性更高的同步伸缩双出杆油缸。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种同步伸缩双出杆油缸,包括导向套、缸筒、活塞杆、活塞和限位块,所述缸筒为一个整体的圆管状,缸筒中部设有一处无杆腔进油口,缸筒两端设有两处有杆腔进油口;所述限位块为中空的圆柱状,限位块位于缸筒内壁的中部,限位块的侧壁设有进油孔与缸筒的无杆腔进油口对应;所述导向套为圆管状,导向套设置在缸筒的两端开口处,导向套外壁与缸筒内壁以螺纹配合连接;所述缸筒的两端设有两个活塞杆,活塞杆外圆表面与导向套内壁接触滑动,并采用密封圈实现密封,活塞杆位于缸筒内的一端固定有活塞;所述活塞的外表面与缸筒内壁接触滑动,活塞的外表面与缸筒内壁、活塞的内表面与活塞杆外表面均采用密封圈实现密封。
工作原理:
当无杆腔油口进油,油液推动两活塞带动活塞杆同步外伸;当两有杆腔油口进油时,油液推动两活塞带动活塞杆同步回缩。
本发明的有益效果是:同步伸缩双出杆油缸的缸筒为整体式结构设计,相比现有技术,其结构更加紧凑,直线度、同轴度等形位公差加工精度更高,油缸密封性、使用可靠性更高,同时缸筒加工更加简单、高效,加工成本大大降低。

以下结合实施例及其附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细的说明:
参见图1,一种同步伸缩双出杆油缸,包括导向套1、缸筒2、活塞杆3、活塞4和限位块5,所述缸筒2为一个整体的圆管状,缸筒2的中部设有一处无杆腔进油口22,缸筒2的两端设有两处有杆腔进油口21;所述限位块5为中空的圆柱状,限位块5位于缸筒2内壁的中部,限位块5与缸筒2内壁之间采用焊接方式连接,限位块5的侧壁设有进油孔51与缸筒2的无杆腔进油口22对应;所述导向套1为圆管状,导向套1设置在缸筒2的两端开口处,导向套1的外壁与缸筒2的内壁以螺纹配合连接;所述缸筒2的两端设有两个活塞杆3,活塞杆3的外圆表面与导向套1的内壁采用密封圈实现密封,活塞杆3位于缸筒2内的一端固定有活塞4,活塞杆3与活塞4之间采用螺纹连接;所述活塞4的外表面与缸筒2的内壁、活塞4的内表面与活塞杆3的外表面均采用密封圈实现密封。

1.一种同步伸缩双出杆油缸,包括导向套、缸筒、活塞杆、活塞和限位块,其特征在于:所述缸筒为一个整体的圆管状,缸筒中部设有一处无杆腔进油口,缸筒两端设有两处有杆腔进油口;所述限位块为中空的圆柱状,限位块位于缸筒内壁的中部,限位块的侧壁设有进油孔与缸筒的无杆腔进油口对应;所述导向套为圆管状,导向套设置在缸筒的两端开口处,导向套外壁与缸筒内壁以螺纹配合连接;所述缸筒的两端设有两个活塞杆,活塞杆外圆表面与导向套内壁接触滑动,采用密封圈实现密封,活塞杆位于缸筒内的一端固定有活塞;所述活塞的外表面与缸筒内壁接触滑动,活塞的外表面与缸筒内壁、活塞的内表面与活塞杆外表面均采用密封圈实现密封。
