(1) taking 25g of the product, adding 100ml of methanol, heating and refluxing for 20 minutes, cooling, filtering, evaporating filtrate to dryness, adding 30ml of water into residue, slightly heating to dissolve, filtering, extracting filtrate with 25ml of water-saturated n-butanol, taking n-butanol solution, washing with 25ml of ammonia test solution, discarding ammonia solution, washing with 2 times of water-saturated n-butanol, 25ml each time, evaporating n-butanol solution to dryness, and adding 1ml of methanol to residue to dissolve to obtain a sample solution. Taking ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 as reference substances, adding methanol to obtain mixed solution containing 1mg of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 per 1ml, and using as reference substance solution. According to a thin-layer chromatography (Chinese pharmacopoeia), 5-10 μ l of each of the two solutions is absorbed and respectively spotted on the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, a lower layer solution placed at the temperature of below 10 ℃ in chloroform-methanol-water (13: 7: 2) is used as a developing agent, the developing solution is taken out, dried in the air, sprayed with a 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution, and heated at the temperature of 110 ℃ until spots are clearly developed. Spots of the same color appear in the chromatogram of the test solution at positions corresponding to those in the chromatogram of the control solution.
(2) Taking 6g of the product, adding 30ml of methanol, carrying out ultrasonic treatment (100W, frequency of 25kHz) for 30 minutes, filtering, evaporating filtrate to dryness, adding 20ml of 2.5mol/L sulfuric acid solution into residue, heating in water bath for 30 minutes, cooling, extracting with chloroform for 2 times, 20ml each time, combining chloroform solutions, evaporating to dryness, adding 1ml of chloroform into residue to dissolve, and taking the residue as a test solution. Another control medicinal material 0.5g is prepared, and the same method is used to prepare control medicinal solution. Then adding methanol into emodin and physcion reference substances to obtain solutions each containing 1mg per 1ml as reference substance solutions. According to a thin-layer chromatography (Chinese pharmacopoeia) test, absorbing 5-10 mul of each of the four solutions, respectively dropping the solution on the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, developing by using an upper-layer solution of petroleum ether (30-60 ℃) -ethyl formate-formic acid (15:5:1) as a developing agent, taking out, drying in the air, and inspecting under an ultraviolet lamp (365 nm). The test chromatogram shows fluorescent spots of the same color at the positions corresponding to those of the control chromatogram.
The clinical curative effect is summarized as follows:
5231 patients suffering from fracture, 209 patients suffering from soft tissue injury and 185 patients suffering from joint dislocation in 1-2016 (12-10-year in 2014, 5523 patients are treated by using the bone injury powder disclosed by the invention, and 16020 plaster prepared from the bone injury powder is used together; the total number of patients who use the bone injury powder is 10261, wherein the total number of patients who use the bone injury powder is 6016, the number of patients who suffer from soft tissue injury is 3100, the number of patients who suffer from lumbar muscle strain is 525, the number of patients who suffer from traumatic arthritis is 420, and the sequelae of fracture is 200. The observation and statistics of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction are carried out on 150 patients with bone fracture, 150 patients with soft tissue injury, 100 patients with lumbar muscle strain, 60 patients with traumatic arthritis and 60 patients with fracture sequelae, wherein the fracture patients and the soft tissue injury patients use the bone fracture medicine powder of the invention in the department of living, and the statistical results show that: the Zhengbao bone fracture medicinal liquor has the effects of activating blood circulation, removing stasis, relieving swelling and pain, the obvious effect rate of treating the fracture is 89.33 percent, and the total effective rate is 92.00 percent; 94.67 percent of obvious effect rate for treating soft tissue injury and 100.00 percent of total effective rate; 88.00 percent of obvious effect rate for treating lumbar muscle strain and 95.00 percent of total effective rate; the total effective rate of treating traumatic arthritis is 63.33%, and the significant efficiency is 78.33%; the obvious effect rate for treating the fracture sequelae is 66.67 percent, and the total effective rate is 80.00 percent. The using condition and the curative effect observation data are shown in tables 1 to 3.

Claims (6)

1. The preparation method of the external bone fracture powder with the functions of activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and pain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing medicinal materials;
s2, drying the prepared medicinal materials, and crushing the medicinal materials into fine powder according to the formula amount;
s3, sieving and mixing uniformly to obtain the external bone fracture powder with the functions of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and pain;
the medicinal materials in the step S1 comprise, by mass, 300 parts of large-bonesetting pill 100-;
the crushing in the step S2 is: in a low-temperature pulverizer;
the crushing operation comprises:
(1) replacing the air environment in the crushing cabin with dry air, starting a crushing mechanism in the crusher at normal pressure, and crushing the medicinal materials in the crushing cabin for 3-5 min;
(2) on the basis of keeping the operation of the crushing mechanism, pressurizing a cabin filled with medicinal materials in the crushing mechanism, and increasing the pressure in the cabin to 2-3 atmospheric pressures within 2 min; then the operation of the crushing mechanism and 2-3 atmospheric pressures in the cabin are maintained for 4-6 min;
(3) on the basis of stopping the operation of the crushing mechanism, reducing the pressure in the cabin of the crushing machine to room pressure within 10-15 min;
wherein, the crushing operation step (2) is to pressurize the cabin filled with the medicinal materials in the crusher and adopt mixed gas to perform the operation; the mixed gas consists of 3-5% of water vapor, 40-50% of carbon dioxide gas and the balance of nitrogen or air.

The preparation method of the external bone fracture powder with the effects of activating blood circulation, removing stasis, relieving swelling and alleviating pain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the medicinal materials in the step S1 comprise 280 parts by mass of Dajiegudan, 180 parts by mass of Xiaojiegudan, 180 parts by mass of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, 180 parts by mass of Panax notoginseng Burk, 70-90 parts by mass of green grape and 150 parts by mass of Polygonum cuspidatum Bunge.

The method for preparing bone fracture powder for external use with effects of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, relieving swelling and alleviating pain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drying in step S2 is: drying the prepared medicinal materials in a constant temperature oven at 55-65 deg.C until the water content of the medicinal materials is less than 6%.

The method for preparing bone fracture powder for external use with effects of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, relieving swelling and alleviating pain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sieving in step S3 is: sieving with 80-120 mesh sieve, and collecting the filtered product as the target product; and collecting the sieved filter residue part, and returning the filter residue to a crushing cabin for re-crushing operation until the mass of the filter residue part is not more than 2% of the total mass of the medicine.

The method for preparing bone fracture powder for external use with effects of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, relieving swelling and pain as claimed in claim 4, wherein the regrinding operation is: pulverizing under 2-3 atmospheric pressure in mixed gas environment for 5-10 min; the mixed gas consists of 60-70% of carbon dioxide gas and the balance of nitrogen.
