Description

Composition for nourishing yin, clearing lung and relieving cough and preparation method thereof
[ field of technology ]
The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to a composition for nourishing yin, clearing lung and relieving cough and a preparation method thereof.
[ background Art ]
In autumn and winter, a series of respiratory symptoms are easily caused, and the daily life of people is still affected. The common symptoms of cough, asthma, excessive phlegm and the like are that some patients suffering from respiratory diseases for a long time are more concerned about the health condition of the patients, especially the weak population such as children and old people and the patients suffering from severe respiratory diseases. Therefore, the attention of respiratory symptoms has increased significantly, and people are more concerned about how to alleviate respiratory discomfort through daily healthcare.
In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the respiratory system is regarded as the "lung" of the human body, which is one of the organs that dominate the qi flow. The lung governs qi and breathing, and is important for normal physiological activities of the human body. Traditional Chinese medicine advocates improving yin-yang balance of the body by adjusting diet, life style and health care so as to enhance self-healing capacity of the body.
In the face of respiratory discomfort, an increasing number of people prefer to improve their health by routine maintenance. This transition in mind stems from the more active awareness of people's own health and trust in treatment of ill-conditioned therapies. It is increasingly recognized that the combination of herbs and traditional Chinese medical health concepts may provide a milder, comprehensive solution to respiratory problems. Therefore, people prefer to care the respiratory system carefully in daily life through diet, health-preserving drinks and the like to prevent and alleviate potential health problems.
In the current market, the traditional Chinese patent medicines are mainly used for preventing, treating or improving respiratory symptoms, and the beverage with the effects of moistening lung and relieving cough is very few, and meanwhile, certain limitations exist in the product, so that people feel unsatisfactory when seeking the support of comprehensive respiratory health. The disadvantages of these products are mainly manifested in a number of ways, one of which is: the traditional Chinese herbal medicine decoction method is generally adopted in the existing lung-moistening and cough-relieving beverage preparation process, and the traditional process has certain limitation; the traditional method has a certain influence on the enzyme activity in the raw material, so that the stability of the product is poor, and precipitation and turbidity are easy to occur. Aiming at the technical problems that the current market lacks drinks/soup with lung moistening and cough relieving effects aiming at respiratory symptoms, the current soup drink preparation technology is not ideal, and the product stability is poor, a drink with lung moistening and cough relieving effects needs to be developed.
