本发明涉及一种粉状物介质专用阀,阀体由左右对称的两半阀体组成,半阀体一体成型有法兰和连接部,连接部处通过螺栓组件将对称的两半阀体固定连接形成球体容置腔及填料腔,容置腔内设有阀座,球体和阀杆均位于两半阀体之间,球体及半阀体上均设有通道,半阀体内壁覆有防护层一,防护层一与半阀体内壁之间设有缓冲层;球体上包覆有防护层二;填料腔内从上到下依次设有压料、密封环,凹槽内设有氟橡胶密封圈。该粉状物介质专用阀通过阀体中分式结构设置,可方便的取出位于其内的球体对其进行清理,同时设置防护层,保护阀体内壁,同时对两阀体连接处以及法兰与管道连接处提供密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是一种粉状物介质专用阀。
背景技术
用于化工厂内粉状物的输送的阀,由于其输送介质的为粉状颗粒,长时间使用容易出现粉状颗粒物附着在球体和阀体内壁上,球体上附着的粉状颗粒物会影响球体与阀座密封面之间的密封效果,增大球阀与阀座密封面的摩擦力,导致阀的开关力矩增大,不便于开启和关闭。阀体内壁附着的颗粒物严重时会对阀的导通产生堵塞现象,因此若不及时处理附着在阀内粉状颗粒物会严重影响阀的使用性能。
发明内容
针对背景技术中的不足,本发明提供一种粉状物介质专用阀,并且克服了以上缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种粉状物介质专用阀,包括阀体、球体及阀杆,阀体包括左右对称的两半阀体,半阀体一体成型有法兰和连接部,连接部处通过螺栓组件将对称的两半阀体固定连接形成球体容置腔及填料腔,两半阀体相接触的面上之间设有密封垫,所述容置腔内设有阀座,球体和阀杆均位于两半阀体之间,球体及半阀体上均设有通道,半阀体内壁覆有防护层一,防护层一与半阀体内壁之间设有缓冲层;阀杆与球体固定连接,球体上包覆有防护层二,所述防护层二延伸至阀杆上,直至填料腔内;所述填料腔内从上到下依次设有由弹片组成的压料、设有凹槽的密封环,所述凹槽内设有氟橡胶密封圈。
所述防护层一延伸至半阀体设有法兰的面上。
所述缓冲层选用塑胶材质,所述防护层选用塑料材质。
所述弹片为凹陷的片状体,其上设有导向孔及位于中心处且供阀杆穿过的中心孔,所述导向孔内设有弹簧柱,弹簧柱的底部固定有承接片,承接片内经和外径与弹片相同。
所述螺栓组件包括螺柱和螺母,螺柱一端固定在其一连接部上,另一端旋拧螺母。
由于采用了上述技术方案,有效的改善了现有的阀在输送粉状颗粒物的过程中阀体内壁和球体上附着颗粒物而影响阀使用性能的问题,该粉状物介质专用阀结构设计合理简单,通过阀体中分式结构设置,可方便的取出位于其内的球体对其进行清理,同时设置防护层,保护阀体内壁,同时对两阀体连接处以及法兰与管道连接处提供密封。

具体实施方式
参考图1结合图2、图3、图4可知,本发明:一种粉状物介质专用阀,包括阀体、球体1及阀杆2,阀杆2端部连接有把手10,阀体包括左右对称的两半阀体3,半阀体3一体成型有法兰31和连接部32,连接部32处通过螺栓组件4将对称的两半阀体3固定连接形成球体1容置腔7及填料腔8,两半阀体3相接触的面上之间设有密封垫12,所述容置腔7内设有阀座71,球体1和阀杆2均位于两半阀体3之间,球体1及半阀体3上均设有通道5,半阀体3内壁覆有防护层一6,防护层一6与半阀体3内壁之间设有缓冲层(图中未显示);阀杆2与球体1固定连接,球体1上包覆有防护层二9,所述防护层二9延伸至阀杆2上,直至填料腔8内;所述填料腔8内从上到下依次设有由弹片811组成的压料81、设有凹槽821的密封环82,所述凹槽821内设有氟橡胶密封圈822,如附图2所示,凹槽821分别设置在密封环82的内外侧壁上,分别用于与阀杆2和半阀体3形成密封结构,位于外侧壁上凹槽821同时位于密封环82的下表面上,其内的氟橡胶密封圈822同时抵触在半阀体3的两个面上,增强密封效果。填料箱8上设有压盖11。
所述防护层一6延伸至半阀体3设有法兰31的面上,法兰31与管道连接时起到密封作用。
所述缓冲层选用塑胶材质,所述防护层选用塑料材质。缓冲层相较防护层较软,在两半阀体3接触固定时起到密封的效果,同时在清洁阀内部时方便清理,若表面损坏可局部修复,优选地,通过打补丁的形式。相较于阀内壁不设防护层的阀体,清理麻烦且无法彻底清理,容易腐蚀损坏阀体内壁,影响阀体寿命。球体1上包覆的防护层二9可更换可局部修复。
所述弹片811为凹陷的片状体,其上设有导向孔813及位于中心处且供阀杆2穿过的中心孔812,所述导向孔813内设有弹簧柱814,弹簧柱814的底部固定有承接片815,承接片815内经和外径与弹片811相同。如附图3所示,相邻弹片811的凹陷面相对或向背叠放在一起形成具有弹性的压料81,承接片815位于弹片811与密封环82之间,其上固定的弹簧柱814依次穿设过弹片811上的导向孔813,在需要取出或放入压料81时,可一次性取出或放入,无需单个弹片811放入或取出,单个放入时还会出现相邻弹片811方位放错,进而导致压料81弹性减弱,在装入前整个压料81装好,再放入到填料腔8内,操作简单,避免出错。弹簧柱814为弹性件,在取出时通过拉住弹簧柱814的一端扯出即可。
所述螺栓组件4包括螺柱和螺母,螺柱一端固定在其一连接部32上,另一端旋拧螺母。
长时间使用当通道5内附着有粉状颗粒物时,如附图1所示,通过旋拧螺栓组件4的螺母,然后将左侧半阀体3沿螺柱向左移动,使得左右两半阀体3分离,即可取出位于其内的球体1和阀杆2,再然后对阀体内部进行清理,或者是对防护层进行修复,操作简单方便,避免阀的堵塞而影响整个设备的运行。
有效的改善了现有的阀在输送粉状颗粒物的过程中阀体内壁和球体上附着颗粒物而影响阀使用性能的问题,该粉状物介质专用阀结构设计合理简单,通过阀体中分式结构设置,可方便的取出位于其内的球体1对其进行清理,同时设置防护层,保护阀体内壁,同时对两阀体连接处以及法兰31与管道连接处提供密封。

1.一种粉状物介质专用阀,包括阀体、球体(1)及阀杆(2),其特征在于:阀体包括左右对称的两半阀体(3),半阀体(3)一体成型有法兰(31)和连接部(32),连接部(32)处通过螺栓组件(4)将对称的两半阀体(3)固定连接形成球体(1)容置腔(7)及填料腔(8),两半阀体(3)相接触的面上之间设有密封垫(12),所述容置腔(7)内设有阀座(71),球体(1)和阀杆(2)均位于两半阀体(3)之间,球体(1)及半阀体(3)上均设有通道(5),半阀体(3)内壁覆有防护层一(6),防护层一(6)与半阀体(3)内壁之间设有缓冲层;阀杆(2)与球体(1)固定连接,球体(1)上包覆有防护层二(9),所述防护层二(9)延伸至阀杆(2)上,直至填料腔(8)内;所述填料腔(8)内从上到下依次设有由弹片(811)组成的压料(81)、设有凹槽(821)的密封环(82),所述凹槽(821)内设有氟橡胶密封圈(822);凹槽(821)分别设置在密封环(82)的内外侧壁上,分别用于与阀杆(2)和半阀体(3)形成密封结构,位于外侧壁上凹槽(821)同时位于密封环(82)的下表面上,所述弹片(811)为凹陷的片状体,其上设有导向孔(813)及位于中心处且供阀杆(2)穿过的中心孔(812),所述导向孔(813)内设有弹簧柱(814),弹簧柱(814)的底部固定有承接片(815),承接片(815)内经和外径与弹片(811)相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉状物介质专用阀,其特征在于:所述防护层一(6)延伸至半阀体(3)设有法兰(31)的面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉状物介质专用阀,其特征在于:所述缓冲层选用塑胶材质,所述防护层选用塑料材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粉状物介质专用阀,其特征在于:所述螺栓组件(4)包括螺柱和螺母,螺柱一端固定在其一连接部(32)上,另一端旋拧螺母。
