Abstract

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是石墨烯基粉末涂料及其生产工艺。该涂料各种原料的重量份数为,石墨烯改性树脂0‑20份、涂料基体树脂50‑80份、填料0‑40份、助剂5‑7份、颜料0.2‑3份。该发明能够通过在传统树脂粉末涂料的配方中加入了石墨烯改性树脂,大大提高了石墨烯在粉末涂料基体中的分散性,从而加强了粉末涂料的机械性、导电性、导热性、阻燃性。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是石墨烯基粉末涂料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种不含溶剂,并以粉末形态进行施工涂装后形成涂膜的新型涂料。与传统的溶剂型涂料相比,粉末涂料在固化时有机溶剂挥发物(VOC)的排放几乎为零,避免了对环境的污染;同时,粉末涂料具有利用率高,涂覆性能良好和便于实现自动化涂装等优势,近年来获得了较快的发展。
粉末涂料组合物通常包含固体成膜树脂或不同种类树脂混合物的固体组合物,其通常具有一种或多种颜料和任选的一种或多种性能添加剂如增塑剂、稳定剂、流动助剂和增量剂。
石墨烯(Graphene)是一种由原以sp2杂化道组成的层片结构的新材料,其独特的二维结构赋予了其优异的性能。石墨烯是已知的世上最薄、最坚硬的纳米材料,它常温下其电子迁移率超过15000 cm2/V·s,比纳米碳管或硅晶体高,电阻率值约10-6 Ω·cm,比铜或银更低,为世上电阻率最小的材料;其强度达 130GPa,成为世界上强度最高的材料;其热导率约为4000 W/m·k,是铜的5倍,是金刚石的2倍;此外,其还具有超大的比表面积、良好的疏水性和优异的耐磨性。
但是在树脂粉末涂料并未有加入石墨烯来增强其性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有的树脂粉末涂料的疏水性和耐磨性差的不足,本发明提供了石墨烯基粉末涂料及其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种石墨烯基粉末涂料,该涂料各种原料的重量份数为:石墨烯改性树脂0-20份、涂料基体树脂50-80份、填料0-40份、助剂5-7份、颜料0.2-3份。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述涂料基体树脂包括聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟树脂中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述石墨烯改性树脂中石墨烯的含量为0~15%。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述石墨烯改性树脂中石墨烯为氧化石墨烯、氧化还原石墨烯、石墨烯微片中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述石墨烯改性树脂中用于改性的树脂包括聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟树脂中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述助剂为固化剂、增光剂、安息香、流平剂、增强剂中的一种或者多种。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述填料为硫酸钡、硫酸钙中的一种或者多种。
一种石墨烯基粉末涂料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将石墨烯改性树脂、涂料基体树脂、填料、助剂、颜料按照配比放入高速混料机中混合;
b、然后将该混合物在高温加热的混料机中熔融;
c、将混合物融化成浆状物质后再由螺杆机挤出,辊压成片,冷却使混合物固化,随后压成片料;
d、最后将片料物按颗粒分级和分离操作研磨成颗粒状粉末,其粒径为10-100 μm,制成树脂粉末涂料。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括步骤a中,所述高速混料机的转速为1000-5000转/分钟,混合时间是30-120分钟。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明能够通过在传统树脂粉末涂料的配方中加入了石墨烯改性树脂,大大提高了石墨烯在粉末涂料基体中的分散性,从而加强了粉末涂料的机械性、导电性、导热性、阻燃性。

一种石墨烯基粉末涂料,该涂料各种原料的重量份数为:石墨烯改性树脂0-20份、涂料基体树脂50-80份、填料0-40份、助剂5-7份、颜料0.2-3份。
所述涂料基体树脂包括聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟树脂中的一种或多种。
所述石墨烯改性树脂中石墨烯的含量为0~15%。
所述石墨烯改性树脂中石墨烯为氧化石墨烯、氧化还原石墨烯、石墨烯微片中的一种或多种。
所述石墨烯改性树脂中用于改性的树脂包括聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟树脂中的一种或多种。
所述助剂为固化剂、增光剂、安息香、流平剂、增强剂中的一种或者多种。
所述填料为硫酸钡、硫酸钙中的一种或者多种。
一种石墨烯基粉末涂料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将石墨烯改性树脂、涂料基体树脂、填料、助剂、颜料按照配比放入高速混料机中混合;

实施例一:
将石墨烯改性树脂10份、涂料基体树脂50份、填料10份、助剂5份、颜料0.2份放入高速混料机中混合,高速混料机的转速为1000转/分钟,混合时间是30分钟。然后将该混合物在高温加热的混料机中熔融。接着将混合物融化成浆状物质后再由螺杆机挤出,辊压成片,冷却使混合物固化,随后压成片料。最后将片料物按颗粒分级和分离操作研磨成颗粒状粉末,其粒径为10-100 μm,制成树脂粉末涂料。
实施例二:
将石墨烯改性树脂20份、涂料基体树脂80份、填料40份、助剂7份、颜料3份放入高速混料机中混合,高速混料机的转速为5000转/分钟,混合时间是120分钟。然后将该混合物在高温加热的混料机中熔融。接着将混合物融化成浆状物质后再由螺杆机挤出,辊压成片,冷却使混合物固化,随后压成片料。最后将片料物按颗粒分级和分离操作研磨成颗粒状粉末,其粒径为10-100 μm,制成树脂粉末涂料。

1.一种石墨烯基粉末涂料,其特征是,该涂料各种原料的重量份数为:石墨烯改性树脂0-20份、涂料基体树脂50-80份、填料0-40份、助剂5-7份、颜料0.2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯基粉末涂料,其特征是,所述涂料基体树脂包括聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟树脂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯基粉末涂料,其特征是,所述石墨烯改性树脂中石墨烯的含量为0~15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯基粉末涂料,其特征是,所述石墨烯改性树脂中石墨烯为氧化石墨烯、氧化还原石墨烯、石墨烯微片中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯基粉末涂料,其特征是,所述石墨烯改性树脂中用于改性的树脂包括聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、氟树脂中的一种或多种。

a、将石墨烯改性树脂、涂料基体树脂、填料、助剂、颜料按照配比放入高速混料机中混合;
b、然后将该混合物在高温加热的混料机中熔融;
c、将混合物融化成浆状物质后再由螺杆机挤出,辊压成片,冷却使混合物固化,随后压成片料;
d、最后将片料物按颗粒分级和分离操作研磨成颗粒状粉末,其粒径为10-100 μm,制成树脂粉末涂料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的石墨烯基粉末涂料的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤a中,所述高速混料机的转速为1000-5000转/分钟,混合时间是30-120分钟。
