本发明涉及医药保健领域，具体涉及一种火麻油精华软胶囊。
背景技术
火麻仁又叫大麻仁或麻仁，为桑科植物大麻的干燥成熟果实，火麻油具有无胆固醇、人体必需脂肪酸含量高，特别是具有ω-6族亚油酸和ω-3族α-亚麻酸2.4∶1的天然比值，符合国际卫生组织推荐的小于等于4∶1最佳比值的特点，是最具营养平衡性的油脂，火麻油营养清香，长期食用火麻油有效补充人体必需营养素α-亚麻酸，润燥滑肠，有益心、脑及血管的延年益寿，，还具有降低血脂血压血糖等功效，火麻油是唯一能够溶解于水的油料，是巴马百岁老人长期食用得以健康长寿的原因之一，当地群众称之为“长寿麻”或者“长寿油”，火麻油与蜂蜜混合食用可以润肠通便，清热解毒，可治疗重度便秘，但人们在日常食用时，对火麻油和蜂蜜的比例不易把握，不能使火麻油和蜂蜜发挥最佳疗效，且携带不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题，提供了一种火麻油精华软胶囊。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种火麻油精华软胶囊，包括火麻油、蜂蜜，软胶囊。
火麻油4～5份，蜂蜜2份，混合均匀后注入可食用软胶囊中密封后制成胶囊。
进一步的，每粒软胶囊内包括火麻油2～2.5g和蜂蜜1g。
本发明的有益效果是：连续服用本发明配方的火麻油精华软胶囊可以润肠通便，清热解毒，对便秘疗效颇佳，一般便秘情况较轻的喝2-3天是可以正常排便的，以后坚持喝15～21天,即可长期保持大便通畅。

本优选实施例中，每粒软胶囊内包括火麻油2～2.5g和蜂蜜1g。
本发明原理如下： 该火麻油精华软胶囊在食用时，单次食用4～5粒，一般便秘情况较轻的喝2-3天是可以正常排便的，以后坚持喝15～21天,即可长期保持大便通畅。
