本发明公开了一种空心柔性水冷电缆,包括骨架和导电层,所述骨架内部为内部通水孔,所述内部通水孔呈圆形,所述骨架外壁上设有导电层,所述导电层由多根彼此相切且直径一致的导线组成,所述保护套壁厚均匀,所述导体由多根全镀锡柔性铜丝绞合而成,所述导电层外壁上设有铠装保护层,所述铠装保护层的壁厚均匀,所述铠装保护层外部设有外部通水层,所述外部通水层外部设有无碳橡胶管,所述无碳橡胶管的壁厚均匀。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:发热量小、能耗少、使用寿命长、通体表面积大、具有双冷却系统冷却效果好、电压降小、集肤效应少、载流能力强。

一种空心柔性水冷电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是指一种空心柔性水冷电缆。
背景技术
众所周知,一般水冷电缆(通水冷却电缆)、电线在高温条件下极易老化,失去绝缘作用。而在化工、硅铁、钢铁及特钢企业的产品生产时,其工作状况处于高温、粉尘中,故在连接电极与导电电缆需要一种空心柔性水冷大电流电缆。因而,普通水冷电缆在设备运行过程中弯曲时,会造成堵水情况,从而致使水冷电缆脱水,烧坏电缆。
由于结构设计和理论尺寸计算的缺陷与不足,在普通水冷电缆弯曲和运动过程中,多根裸铜母线间互相挤压摩擦,造成电缆过早损坏,从而致使其使用寿命过短。同时现有的普通水冷电缆从外至内包括护套层、铠装层、通水层和导体层,这样的结构使得普通水冷电缆导体层的横截面积较小,从而使其载流量也较小。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,增大导电层的通电横截面积,提供一种发热量小、能耗少、通体表面积大、使用寿命长、具有双冷却系统冷却效果好、电压降小、集肤效应少、载流能力强的一种空心柔性水冷电缆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种空心柔性水冷电缆,包括骨架和导电层,所述骨架内部为内部通水孔,所述内部通水孔呈圆形,所述骨架外壁上设有导电层,所述导电层由多根彼此相切且直径一致的导线组成,所述导线从外向内包括保护套、绝缘层和导体,所述保护套和绝缘层均壁厚均匀,所述导体由多根全镀锡柔性铜丝绞合而成,所述导电层外壁上设有铠装保护层,所述铠装保护层的壁厚均匀,所述铠装保护层外部设有外部通水层,所述外部通水层外部设有无碳橡胶管,所述无碳橡胶管的壁厚均匀。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:该空心柔性水冷电缆设有内部通水孔和外部通水层,形成独特的双水冷却系统,内部通水孔设置在电缆的中心位置,使得电缆在任意弯曲角度下都不会出现堵水现象,同时中间设置为空心结构,能够有效的提升导电层的横截面积,提升其载流能力;导电层由多根导线排序组成,从而增大导体的表面积,导线内部的导体由多根全镀锡柔性铜丝绞合而成,使得导线易弯曲,且适应的弯曲角度较大,柔性铜丝表面镀锡,使得铜丝具有超强的抗腐、抗氧化能力。
作为改进,所述导线绞合在骨架上。
作为改进,所述骨架采用铜质弹簧(原不锈钢弹簧改为铜质弹簧)。
作为改进,所述铠装保护层内壁和外壁上均经过镀锡工艺。
作为改进,所述导电层的横截面积大于普通水冷电缆导电层的横截面积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明在具体实施时,一种空心柔性水冷电缆,包括骨架1和导电层2,所述骨架1内部为内部通水孔3,所述内部通水孔3呈圆形,所述骨架1外壁上设有导电层2,所述导电层2由多根彼此相切且直径一致的导线4组成,所述导线4从外向内包括保护套5和导体6,所述保护套5壁厚均匀,所述导体6由多根全镀锡柔性铜丝7绞合而成,所述导电层2外壁上设有铠装保护层8,所述铠装保护层8的壁厚均匀,所述铠装保护层8外部设有外部通水层9,所述外部通水层9外部设有无碳橡胶管10,所述无碳橡胶管10的壁厚均匀。
所述导线4绞合在骨架1上,使得导线4与骨架1之间的连接紧密,导线4不易松散。
所述骨架1采用铜质弹簧,使得骨架1具有良好的弹性极限、疲劳极限和耐磨性,同时使其还具有良好的耐蚀性、导电性。
所述铠装保护层8内壁和外壁上均经过镀锡工艺,使得铠装保护层具有优良的抗蚀性。
本发明的工作原理:该空心柔性水冷电缆在使用时,内部通水孔和外部通水层同时对导线层进行降温,导电层位于骨架和铠装保护层之间,骨架内部为内部通水孔,铠装保护层外部设有外部通水层,而骨架为经过处理的铜质弹簧(优选铍铜弹簧),铠装保护层经过镀锡处理,使得骨架和铠装保护层均具有良好的耐腐蚀性,同时其导热性也具有显著提升。由于骨架采用铜质弹簧,使得电缆的弯曲角度增大,同时在弯曲过程中不会影响冷却水的流动,由于铜质弹簧具有较高的强度、弹性、硬度、疲劳强度、弹性滞后小、耐腐蚀、高导电、无磁性等,在电缆长时间弯曲使用后,电缆骨架的结构仍然不会受到破坏。导电层由多根直径相同的导线组成,导线中的导体由多根全镀锡柔性铜丝绞合而成,使得导体具有超强的抗腐蚀性,可弯曲的角度较大,同时由于全镀锡柔性铜丝具有多根,使得电缆的集肤效应和电压降减少。导线绞合在骨架上,使得电缆在任意角度弯曲时,导线不易松散。由于骨架内部设有内部通水孔,骨架外部设有导电层,与普通的水冷电缆相比,例如同为500平方的普通水冷电缆和该空心柔性水冷电缆的导电层的最大横截面的直径分别为32毫米和48毫米,使得该空心柔性水冷电缆的导电层的横截面积比之普通水冷电缆导电层的横截面积更大,载流能力更强(因电缆表面积的大小与载流量是成正比的)。

1.一种空心柔性水冷电缆,包括骨架(1)和导电层(2),其特征在于:所述骨架(1)内部为内部通水孔(3),所述内部通水孔(3)呈圆形,所述骨架(1)外壁上设有导电层(2),所述导电层(2)由多根彼此相切且直径一致的导线(4)组成,所述导线(4)从外向内包括保护套(5)和导体(6),所述保护套(5)壁厚均匀,所述导体(6)由多根全镀锡柔性铜丝(7)绞合而成,所述导电层(2)外壁上设有铠装保护层(8),所述铠装保护层(8)的壁厚均匀,所述铠装保护层(8)外部设有外部通水层(9),所述外部通水层(9)外部设有无碳橡胶管(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心柔性水冷电缆,其特征在于:所述导线(4)绞合在骨架(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心柔性水冷电缆,其特征在于:所述骨架(1)采用铜质弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心柔性水冷电缆,其特征在于:所述铠装保护层(8)内壁和外壁上均经过镀锡工艺。
