本发明涉及电力电缆技术领域,尤其是一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱固定设有填充层,所述填充层固定设有多个缆芯,所述填充层等角度固定设有加强条,所述填充层固定设有第一防水层,多个所述支撑四棱台固定设有第二防水层,所述第二防水层固定设有编织屏蔽层,所述编织屏蔽层固定设有加强层,所述加强层固定设有无卤低烟内护套层,所述无卤低烟内护套层固定设有隔热层,所述隔热层固定设有无卤低烟阻燃护套层。本发明在普通电力电缆的基础上,设置了水冷装置和无卤低烟等材料,提高了散热效果和强度,具有广阔的市场前景,适合推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆。
背景技术
随着我国社会发展进步,高层建筑、大型商场等建筑物不断增多,用电量不断提高,如果采用低压供电,在电缆用量、敷设安装工作量及敷设空间用量等都需要很大投入,因此,逐步采用中压供电降低成本是电力行业发展的必然趋势。近几年,为了提高电气线路的安全等级,减少电气火灾事故的发生及损失,国家建设部、公安部以及一些地方政府相继出台了一些电气设计规范,而低烟无卤电缆由于具有燃烧时烟密度小,透光率高,无卤酸气体放出,无有害副产物等优点,因此得到广泛的应用,但是,市场上出现的大多数电力电缆难免会存在散热效果不佳、强度较低等缺点导致电力电缆使用寿命较低,针对以上不足,我们推出一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,来代替旧式的电力电缆,满足人们的生活需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在散热效果不佳、强度较低的缺点,而提出的一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱的表面固定设有填充层,所述填充层等角度固定设有多个缆芯,所述缆芯包括导线,所述导线的表面固定设有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述交联聚乙烯绝缘层的表面固定设有内屏蔽层,所述内屏蔽层的表面与填充层固定连接,所述填充层等角度固定设有加强条,所述填充层的表面固定设有第一防水层,所述第一防水层的表面等角度固定设有多个支撑四棱台,多个所述支撑四棱台远离第一防水层的一侧固定设有第二防水层,所述第二防水层的表面固定设有编织屏蔽层,所述编织屏蔽层的表面固定设有加强层,所述加强层的表面固定设有无卤低烟内护套层,所述无卤低烟内护套层的表面固定设有隔热层,所述隔热层的表面固定设有无卤低烟阻燃护套层。
优选的,所述支撑四棱台是由硬度较高的橡胶材料制成,所述支撑四棱台的内部均设有空腔。
优选的,所述加强层等角度固定设有多个加强钢丝,所述加强钢丝为直径长度2mm的镀锌钢丝。
优选的,所述无卤低烟内护套层和隔热层相接触的表面设有多个齿槽。
优选的,所述第一防水层、多个支撑四棱台和第二防水层之间形成水冷却通道。
优选的,所述填充层是由无碱玻璃纤维材料制成。
优选的,所述隔热层是由无卤聚烯烃材料制成。
优选的,所述第一防水层和第二防水层均是由防水橡胶材料制成,所述第一防水层和第二防水层的表面均涂布有具有憎水性能的环氧树脂。
优选的,所述编织屏蔽层是由镀锡铜丝加芳纶纱编织而成。
本发明提出的一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,有益效果在于:本发明通过设置加强条、加强层和加强钢丝,可以有效的提高本发明自身的强度,通过设置由防水橡胶材料制成由第一防水层和第二防水层,以及在第一防水层和第二防水层的表面涂布具有憎水性能的环氧树脂,可以对本发明进行有效降温延长使用寿命的同时可以有效地防止在进行水冷工作时出现漏水的现象,同时与内部均设有空腔的支撑四棱台相配合,可以防止本发明在受到挤压时堵塞冷却水的流通,通过设置由无卤聚烯烃材料制成的隔热层,使本发明的隔热、抗震缓冲和耐火性能得到提升,通过在无卤低烟内护套层的表面设有多个齿槽,使无卤低烟内护套层和隔热层之间形成多个空腔,进一步降低了热量的导入,本发明通过采用多种无卤低烟阻燃材料,在火灾事故发生时避免了因燃烧产生大量的烟雾以及有毒有害气体,提高了安全性。

参照图1-2,一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,包括支撑柱1,支撑柱1的表面固定设有填充层2,填充层2等角度固定设有多个缆芯3,缆芯3包括导线301,导线301的表面固定设有交联聚乙烯绝缘层302,交联聚乙烯绝缘层302的表面固定设有内屏蔽层303,内屏蔽层303的表面与填充层2固定连接,填充层2等角度固定设有加强条4,填充层2的表面固定设有第一防水层5,第一防水层5的表面等角度固定设有多个支撑四棱台6,多个支撑四棱台6远离第一防水层5的一侧固定设有第二防水层7,第二防水层7的表面固定设有编织屏蔽层8,编织屏蔽层8的表面固定设有加强层9,加强层9的表面固定设有无卤低烟内护套层11,无卤低烟内护套层11的表面固定设有隔热层13,隔热层13的表面固定设有无卤低烟阻燃护套层14。
参照图1-2,一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,支撑四棱台6是由硬度较高的橡胶材料制成,支撑四棱台6的内部均设有空腔,可以防止本发明在受到挤压时堵塞冷却水的流通,加强层9等角度固定设有多个加强钢丝10,加强钢丝10为直径长度2mm的镀锌钢丝,有效的提高本发明自身的强度,无卤低烟内护套层11和隔热层13相接触的表面设有多个齿槽12,使无卤低烟内护套层11和隔热层13之间形成多个空腔,降低了热量导入缆芯3。
参照图1-2,一种交联聚乙烯绝缘聚烯烃护套无卤低烟阻燃电力电缆,第一防水层5、多个支撑四棱台6和第二防水层7之间形成水冷却通道,填充层2是由无碱玻璃纤维材料制成,隔热层13是由无卤聚烯烃材料制成,使本发明的隔热、抗震缓冲和耐火性能得到提升,第一防水层5和第二防水层7均是由防水橡胶材料制成,第一防水层5和第二防水层7的表面均涂布有具有憎水性能的环氧树脂,可以进行有效降温延长使用寿命的同时可以有效地防止在进行水冷工作时出现漏水的现象,编织屏蔽层8是由镀锡铜丝加芳纶纱编织而成,本发明通过采用多种无卤低烟阻燃材料,在火灾事故发生时避免了因燃烧产生大量的烟雾以及有毒有害气体,提高了安全性。
