技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,更具体的是涉及一种隔离型复合电缆。
背景技术
电缆是输送能源、传递信息所不可缺少的基础器材,从在社会信息化、电气化快速发展的今天,电线电缆已成为经济建设中最重要的基础产品之一。电线电缆行业又是配套行业,产品必须满足国民经济各主行业对电线电缆性能的要求,国民经济觉得多数行业都与电线电缆相关,其产业地位是十分重要的。传输数据的通信电缆,是非常重视通信质量的,而来自于外部的电磁干扰,很容易造成数据错误,普通的电缆的屏蔽层多采用金属丝线编制,电缆屏蔽层容易出现外包皮鼓包或扎穿线芯的问题。
现有的复合电缆存在屏蔽效果差,防潮效果差、机械性能差、外护套不耐磨的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决普通复合缆的屏蔽效果不佳、机械性能差及防潮效果差的问题,本发明提供一种隔离效果好、耐火的隔离型复合电缆。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种隔离型复合电缆,包括1条加强芯和3条缆芯线,所述的1条加强芯和3条缆芯线外部依次包裹着松套层、内屏蔽层、隔水层、铜带屏蔽层、隔离层和聚氯乙烯外护套层和外耐磨层,松套层内的空隙处填充有阻水膏,外耐磨层的上端的厚度小于下端的厚度,隔离层的材质为无机矿物绝缘层。
进一步地,缆芯线包括动力线芯导体和依次设置在动力线芯导体外的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层和护套层。
进一步地,所述的隔离层的材料为氧化镁。
进一步地,所述内屏蔽层是沿电缆的线长方向设置的镀银编织铜网层,所述镀银编织铜网层为通过编织加工而成的纵横交错的镀银铜丝构成的镀银编织铜网层。
进一步地,所述的加强芯是由直径为0.2~0.3mm的镀锌钢丝编制而成。
进一步地,所述的外耐磨层为厚度为1.2~4.6mm的陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明机构简单,多重屏蔽,屏蔽效果好,隔离层的材料为氧化镁,料氧化镁的熔点是2800℃,因此该种复合电缆可以在接近铜的熔点的火灾情况下继续保持供电,是一种真正意义上的防火电缆,陶瓷化硅橡胶在500到700度火焰烧灼下,形成坚硬的陶瓷花保护层,起到隔绝火源、防火作用,但在常温下仍然保持硅橡胶的特性;
2、加强芯是由直径为0.2~0.3mm的镀锌钢丝编制而成,增加了电缆增加电缆的机械强度,可以承受机械拉力,提高防侵蚀能力;

实施例1
本实施例提供一种隔离型复合电缆,包括1条加强芯8和3条缆芯线1,所述的1条加强芯8和3条缆芯线1外部依次包裹着松套层2、内屏蔽层3、隔水层4、铜带屏蔽层5、隔离层6和聚氯乙烯外护套层7和外耐磨层10,松套层2内的空隙处填充有阻水膏,外耐磨层10的上端的厚度小于下端的厚度,隔离层6的材质为无机矿物绝缘层。
缆芯线1包括动力线芯导体1-1和依次设置在动力线芯导体1-1外的导体屏蔽层1-2、绝缘层1-3、绝缘屏蔽层1-4和护套层1-5。
所述的隔离层6的材料为氧化镁。
所述的外耐磨层10为厚度为1.2~4.6mm的陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶。
多重屏蔽,屏蔽效果好,隔离层的材料为氧化镁,料氧化镁的熔点是2800℃,因此该种复合电缆可以在接近铜的熔点的火灾情况下继续保持供电,是一种真正意义上的防火电缆,陶瓷化硅橡胶在500到700度火焰烧灼下,形成坚硬的陶瓷花保护层,起到隔绝火源、防火作用,但在常温下仍然保持硅橡胶的特性。

所述内屏蔽层3是沿电缆的线长方向设置的镀银编织铜网层,所述镀银编织铜网层为通过编织加工而成的纵横交错的镀银铜丝构成的镀银编织铜网层。
所述的加强芯8是由直径为0.2~0.3mm的镀锌钢丝编制而成。

1.一种隔离型复合电缆,其特征在于,包括1条加强芯(8)和3条缆芯线(1),所述的1条加强芯(8)和3条缆芯线(1)外部依次包裹着松套层(2)、内屏蔽层(3)、隔水层(4)、铜带屏蔽层(5)、隔离层(6)和聚氯乙烯外护套层(7)和外耐磨层(10),松套层(2)内的空隙处填充有阻水膏,外耐磨层(10)的上端的厚度小于下端的厚度,隔离层(6)的材质为无机矿物绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔离型复合电缆,其特征在于,缆芯线(1)包括动力线芯导体(1-1)和依次设置在动力线芯导体(1-1)外的导体屏蔽层(1-2)、绝缘层(1-3)、绝缘屏蔽层(1-4)和护套层(1-5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔离型复合电缆,其特征在于,所述的隔离层(6)的材料为氧化镁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔离型复合电缆,其特征在于,所述内屏蔽层(3)是沿电缆的线长方向设置的镀银编织铜网层,所述镀银编织铜网层为通过编织加工而成的纵横交错的镀银铜丝构成的镀银编织铜网层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔离型复合电缆,其特征在于,所述的加强芯(8)是由直径为0.2~0.3mm的镀锌钢丝编制而成。
